I went here because I saw it on IG. I didn't get my lady's name, but she was very good. She tried to get all of my knots out but couldn't lol. I'm just that tight! But over all, it was a good experience. My complaints are that it was hard to find, the parking lot was tiny, and the inside was a bit dingy. I didn't take a photos but I wish I had so I can show y'all. If you can get over all of that and focus on the massage I think you'd enjoy it. And if you pay cash, they give you a small discount. I got their deep tissue massage with their Chinese medicine and cupping. It's advertise for $110, but if you pay cash, it's $100. read more

I've been in desperate need of a really good massage, so on the recommendation of fellow Yelper, Krystal G, I found BoJin. Since this was my first visit and other Yelpers had mentioned the surroundings were borderline sketchy, I brought my daughter along for a massage as well. So I will confirm the semi-sketchiness of the surroundings, but at 1PM, we did feel safe (would evening be a different situation?) The inside is nicely lit, clean, and well-organized. They have several private rooms for the various spa and massage services. They offer chair massages as well. My daughter had a regular 30 minute massage and I opted for a 30 minute chair massage. Lily did her massage and Joey did mine. We both really enjoyed our massages and felt refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Joey is SO strong! She really worked on some areas in my mid and lower back that I didn't even know were tight/tense until she stated working on them. The one thing I would have enjoyed more would be if the chair massage were done in a more private area. I don't know why, but it's done right out front in the middle of the waiting/reception area. They do take walk in, but I imagine as they get more established and build up a regular clientele, booking an appointment would be recommended. I like trying different massage places to find someone who can really relieve my tension, but Bo Jin Massage was by far the most bizarre and uncomfortable experience I've ever had. I found this place through social media and decided to try it. My boyfriend and I arrived on time but still had to wait. While choosing our services, I asked for a deep massage for my neck and shoulders, and my boyfriend asked for a soft, relaxing massage. The receptionist ignored our preferences and kept insisting we change, even telling my boyfriend "guys should get deep." He eventually agreed but planned to ask for lighter pressure if needed. The room felt uncomfortable and honestly a bit creepy--like a jail cell, but we tried to keep an open mind. We were told to wait again, and our 7:00 PM appointment didn't start until around 7:30. The massage itself for me was not bad--my masseuse did focus on the areas I requested. However, the environment completely ruined the experience. Throughout the entire session, people were constantly coming in and out of the room, speaking loudly with the male masseuse who was working on my boyfriend. There was no whispering, no relaxing music--nothing like the calm environment you'd expect at a massage place. We were both undressed under sheets, and during the massage, the sheets were moved to expose the areas being worked on. As I was face down, I had no idea who was coming in and out of the room, but I could see bright light from the hallway, hear multiple footsteps, and hear both male and female voices talking loudly. It felt like we had absolutely no privacy. During the massage, I also heard my boyfriend repeatedly ask his masseuse to go softer. After the session, he told me he was actually in more pain than before. He said he asked at least three times for less pressure, but the masseuse did not adjust. He also asked the therapist to focus more on his back, but most of the time was spent on his head and neck. At one point, the masseuse pulled his hair so hard that his scalp hurt. He also mentioned that his masseuse changed mid-session without any explanation. The most shocking part of the experience happened during checkout. My boyfriend's masseuse handled our payment. Due to his poor experience, we planned to tip $10 for him and $20 for my masseuse. When we tried to pay by card, the staff kept asking how much we were going to tip, which felt very uncomfortable. While tipping is appreciated, it should be optional and based on the customer's experience. We told them the tip amounts, but then they said their card machine wasn't working. We were told to pay via Zelle instead. We sent the full payment and showed proof to the receptionist. She then frowned and asked, "What about tip?" I asked if we could tip the masseuses individually, but she said no and told us to send everything through Zelle. We did so, although it was unclear whether the tips would actually go to the correct people. The entire time, the receptionist was also on the phone speaking in Chinese while trying to assist us in English, which made the environment feel chaotic and unorganized. After we finally finished paying, we went to our car. As soon as we sat down, the receptionist ran after us and said they hadn't received the Zelle payment. She appeared to be on the phone with someone verifying the payment. I showed her proof from my bank account and even allowed her to take a photo of the transaction, which included the reference number. Despite this, she continued to stand in front of the open passenger door, preventing us from leaving. Both she and the person on the phone insisted they had not received the payment. I explained that they had my phone number, my name, and proof of the transaction, and that sometimes payments take time to process. I also told them we were already late for our dinner reservation and politely asked if we could leave. They ignored me and continued speaking in Chinese while still blocking the door. My boyfriend also asked politely for us to leave. They then asked us to provide our ID, which made me very uncomfortable. At that point, I firmly told them that we had already sent the payment, provided proof, and even attempted to pay by card before being told the machine wasn't working. I explained that we were late and did not feel comfortable providing ID, and asked them to let us leave or we would call the police. Only then did they finally move, and we were able to leave. We ended up missing our dinner reservation entirely and just went home. Overall, this was the worst massage experience I've ever had. The environment was chaotic, unprofessional, and lacked basic privacy. I will not be returning. read more

Even moving away to Yorba Linda I came back here w my boyfriend because we loved the quality of the massages. I came here this past Tuesday Aug 18th and the massages were literally awful. I always do a couples massage and we've always come back but after this last massage we will no longer be returning. The 2 ladies who did our massages on tuesday were awful and you could tell they were just tired. The massages lacked everything. and one just rubbed my head for like 30 mins you could tell they were just tired. Ok. so don't book me a massage then. I just spent 175 for nothing. Wow, I've never had a massage like this before. It's different than your usual massages. It's a Chinese massage studio where they really focus on blood flow and circulation of your entire body. I got the 90 minute Combination Deep Acupressure Massage where they: - start off with a full massage where it feels like they are pin pointing your high problematic areas - then I got a hot stone massage - cupping in the areas of my back that had the most issues - then they applied an herb black paste that was hot and will heat my back even after the massage. It's more so to loosen the muscles and promote circulation in your back. They remove the paste at the end of the session - massaged my head and temples - lastly, completed the session with another full body massage The whole massage experience was different, but in a great way. I felt like they truly reduced the energy blockage and helped my blood flow move through my body better. I was so exhausted after the massage, and needed water & coconut water to hydrate after. It's clean and the masseuse I had, Lisa was awesome.!! Died and gone to heaven deep tissue massage I did with her. She found knots I never knew I had hiding in my deep tissues and de knotted them. If they had 2 hours, I would have done it and snore my stresses away if I could. Ivy was very friendly and accommodating as I checked in. Great reminder they send you the day of so you won't forget via text. It's quiet and less overwhelming busy here so it was just what I needed to relax. My husband and I had a terrible experience in this massage parlor. We felt it is important to leave this review as we have been misled and wanted to caution people. We saw this place featured on instagram where the lady went in for Cupping with Fire. When we called to reserve we mentioned that's what we wanted but when we arrived for our reservation, they insisted they don't do the fire and they do the air instead. They further insisted that "it has the same benefits". Already that was a red flag since we saw online that they did it but it appeared like they didn't want to do it this time. There were 4 people talking AT us in the lobby while we were deciding and urging us to pick a massage. We felt we needed to decide so instead of doing 90 mins we just did 60 mins. Right when you enter the room, it's so bright. Zero ambiance. People walking past your door. The music was through a phone connected via bluetooth and would stop and replay. It would also occasionally vibrate as if getting a notification. The paper towel you were supposed to lay your face on, i noticed had some makeup marks so i asked to have it changed. At this rate, idk what else wasn't changed. The massage to be fair was alright. The lady really helped out the knots in my neck and shoulder which i absolutely needed. Maybe the only good thing in this experience. Everything else was uncomfortable and painful. Overall we will never come back to this place. She noticed I had a lot of tension in my upper body and made sure to really massage therapist area well to release the tension.
