My first time here and I 100% will be back. Emma was so amazing, I had so many knots and neck issues & she made it feel sooo much better. It felt like she knew what to do without me having to say anything. She knew where I needed more attention & focused on that. I did the 90 mins Deep Massage with cupping & chinese medicine. Highly recommend! Thank you Emma!

Been needing a massage for a while and decided to try BOJIN in anaheim. It is a new business and they have great prices! The place is very cute and clean! I got the acupressure massage with chinese medicine. Only $100 for 60 minutes. Very affordable. Be sure to ask for Lucy. She was amazing and intentional with her method. It was part massage, cupping, hot mask, and chair massage. What a steal. Also thank you to IVY for being such a great receptionist. so patient and communicative.

I like trying different massage places to find someone who can really relieve my tension, but Bo Jin Massage was by far the most bizarre and uncomfortable experience I've ever had. I found this place through social media and decided to try it. My boyfriend and I arrived on time but still had to wait. While choosing our services, I asked for a deep massage for my neck and shoulders, and my boyfriend asked for a soft, relaxing massage. The receptionist ignored our preferences and kept insisting we change, even telling my boyfriend "guys should get deep." He eventually agreed but planned to ask for lighter pressure if needed. The room felt uncomfortable and honestly a bit creepy--like a jail cell, but we tried to keep an open mind. We were told to wait again, and our 7:00 PM appointment didn't start until around 7:30. The massage itself for me was not bad--my masseuse did focus on the areas I requested. However, the environment completely ruined the experience. Throughout the entire session, people were constantly coming in and out of the room, speaking loudly with the male masseuse who was working on my boyfriend. There was no whispering, no relaxing music--nothing like the calm environment you'd expect at a massage place. We were both undressed under sheets, and during the massage, the sheets were moved to expose the areas being worked on. As I was face down, I had no idea who was coming in and out of the room, but I could see bright light from the hallway, hear multiple footsteps, and hear both male and female voices talking loudly. It felt like we had absolutely no privacy. During the massage, I also heard my boyfriend repeatedly ask his masseuse to go softer. After the session, he told me he was actually in more pain than before. He said he asked at least three times for less pressure, but the masseuse did not adjust. He also asked the therapist to focus more on his back, but most of the time was spent on his head and neck. At one point, the masseuse pulled his hair so hard that his scalp hurt. He also mentioned that his masseuse changed mid-session without any explanation. The most shocking part of the experience happened during checkout. My boyfriend's masseuse handled our payment. Due to his poor experience, we planned to tip $10 for him and $20 for my masseuse. When we tried to pay by card, the staff kept asking how much we were going to tip, which felt very uncomfortable. While tipping is appreciated, it should be optional and based on the customer's experience. We told them the tip amounts, but then they said their card machine wasn't working. We were told to pay via Zelle instead. We sent the full payment and showed proof to the receptionist. She then frowned and asked, "What about tip?" I asked if we could tip the masseuses individually, but she said no and told us to send everything through Zelle. We did so, although it was unclear whether the tips would actually go to the correct people. The entire time, the receptionist was also on the phone speaking in Chinese while trying to assist us in English, which made the environment feel chaotic and unorganized. After we finally finished paying, we went to our car. As soon as we sat down, the receptionist ran after us and said they hadn't received the Zelle payment. She appeared to be on the phone with someone verifying the payment. I showed her proof from my bank account and even allowed her to take a photo of the transaction, which included the reference number. Despite this, she continued to stand in front of the open passenger door, preventing us from leaving. Both she and the person on the phone insisted they had not received the payment. I explained that they had my phone number, my name, and proof of the transaction, and that sometimes payments take time to process. I also told them we were already late for our dinner reservation and politely asked if we could leave. They ignored me and continued speaking in Chinese while still blocking the door. My boyfriend also asked politely for us to leave. They then asked us to provide our ID, which made me very uncomfortable. At that point, I firmly told them that we had already sent the payment, provided proof, and even attempted to pay by card before being told the machine wasn't working. I explained that we were late and did not feel comfortable providing ID, and asked them to let us leave or we would call the police. Only then did they finally move, and we were able to leave. We ended up missing our dinner reservation entirely and just went home. Overall, this was the worst massage experience I've ever had. The environment was chaotic, unprofessional, and lacked basic privacy. I will not be returning.

It's clean and the masseuse I had, Lisa was awesome.!! Died and gone to heaven deep tissue massage I did with her. She found knots I never knew I had hiding in my deep tissues and de knotted them. If they had 2 hours, I would have done it and snore my stresses away if I could. Ivy was very friendly and accommodating as I checked in. Great reminder they send you the day of so you won't forget via text. It's quiet and less overwhelming busy here so it was just what I needed to relax. Yup if they get on the table to massage you, then you came to the right place. I did the deep tissues 90min and savored every minute of it. Like I said, if they had 2hours, I would have done it. Next I would like to try the acupressure here. Prices are decent as well compared to any boujie massage place that barely touch you by their fingers and will cost you your arm and leg. But don't expect eucalyptus smell to greet you here as you enter like the boujie massage parlor. They do their best to give you their spa sound here to relax you. Yup, worth coming back for because the massage was heavenly!!

First time here - it was great! I had a one hour acupressure massage, it was very relaxing and much needed. The therapist was great, place was clean and comfortable!

    Cupping - must try!!

I need to make this place my monthly massage place! I got the 60 minute deep massage with cupping, AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. I have chronic tense shoulders, neck, and calves. My lady hit it all. Pressure was firm, and when I asked for her to adjust pressure, it was even more perfect. Can't wait to come back. Im glad i found a local

    After 60 minutes massage!

First time coming and they did a fantastic job! Deep tissue was great and will come back for my sciatica!

The bathrooms and locker rooms felt outdated, and the showers were especially old and in serious need of renovation. The biggest issue was the common area--there seemed to be absolutely ZERO air conditioning. It was unbelievably hot, honestly hotter and more uncomfortable than the sauna at times. A relaxation area should not feel like that. I also didn't see staff regularly cleaning or maintaining the facility during my visit, which stood out because other spas I've been to are constantly cleaning, especially when they're busy. For the price, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained experience. Between the overcrowding, outdated facilities, lack of AC, and overall value, I would not come back.

She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. When I arrived, Tina was my massage therapist, and she did a fabulous job. I have severe lower back and neck pain from old injuries, so I requested medium pressure. She also discovered a significant amount of tension at the base of my skull and applied firm pressure to both sides. That was an area I had never really considered, but it turned out to be a major source of radiating pain and headaches for me. But I wasn't expecting a full recovery after a 60 minute sessions so I didn't mind. I appreciated that she really tried using pressure on the back by literally using her entire body weight, because most of the massage therapists I get are significantly lighter than me, so I don't really feel much when they try to get the knots out. That being said, it would be nice to have an option online for a male therapist as I could have used more pressure on my back. The portion where you can book with certain staff members are only labeled as 'Therapist' for all the options. I understand from a privacy-focused perspective why they'd do that, but I never know who I' getting when I book with them. Decent service, would come back again if needed.

I've been here twice since my last visit, and I honestly think I like this spa more with the…read morefollowing visit. The reasons why I want to update my review: Very relaxing atmosphere -- the center area isn't overly loud. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The skincare products they use feel nicer/better quality than what I've experienced at other spas. I also really appreciate that this is a 12+ facility, so there aren't small children running around. At some other spas, kids can be loud and make it harder to fully relax. Here, the atmosphere is much more peaceful, which makes a big difference when you're coming to relax

I love the whole spa women's area for the two different temp jacuzzis, the cold plunge, the steam…read moreroom, sauna, as well as the Asian style sit down showers and scrub sections but this review is mostly about the food. Warming up and cooling down in the facilities easily works up an appetite but it's rare to look forward to spa food. This place has traditional Korean dishes like seaweed soup, beef soups and my fave, the dolsot hot stone bibimbap. I ordered the regular one with just veggies, egg and ground beef the first time and the second time I tried the spicy squid version. Both are very filling and served with complimentary banchan as well as a small bowl of seaweed soup. You get a lot for what you pay for and every thing is tasty. I also enjoyed their refreshing lychee iced green tea as a beverage and dessert since it's served with whole lychees on the bottom. The service is very prompt and courteous. At one point I left my locker bracelet behind while drying my hair and one of the workers found me in the main area and returned it to me. The ambience is very chill and calm. You can hear some of the older men snoring in the lounge chairs in the common room and the music is very jazzy and soft. A perfect and affordable ($40/person for use of the facilities, without extra services) way of relaxing and rejuvenating yourself after a hard week.
