I recently had a chance to visit this place. Took my boyfriend as a bday gift just to relax in the warm jacuzzi. You know how people say "don't judge a book by its cover " seriously don't. The guy wasn't rude as many comments say he just wants to make sure you know the basic rules & understand how certain products could ruin the water &' obvi don't bring glass inside or near a pool of water. We ended up enjoying this place together a neat place to have a relaxing moment with your partner.. you're able to listen to music , have a little drink as well they got a hot sauna I believe ? We didn't ended up using it cause we ended up just loving the warm water. I do recommend this place. My boyfriend & I agree we will surely visit this place again. also small tip bring youre body wash & shampoo you're going to need it after youre get out from the jacuzzi.!

    Yes, great for couples

Do you need to bring your own towels?

    No, towels are provided.

Do you guys alow to be nude in the hot tub?

    It's what's recommended

Does every room have a sauna?

Yes, 2 rooms have personal saunas

    Is this place LGBT friendly?

    👍🏿👍🏿yes it is

Is this a place for single men to attend?

I guess if you want to sit in a hottub by yourself. I suggest you bring a friend, makes it more enjoyable 😉.

Is this place kid friendly? Or would it be weird to come here with my son? He loves jacuzzi tubs and this would be cheaper than getting a room with one inside.

I would not recommend this place for that...

Can I make a reservation a month in advance? I'm surprising my bf for our anniversary and want to know how far in advance I can reserve a room

We do take phone reservations Michele B is wrong. Her answer is incorrect & misleading. Shes never been here. When she called she only seemed determined to over talk us…

    How do I reserve?

You need to call. Weekends are busiest so call a few days ahead to ensure you get a spot.

Are you open for holiday's such as Christmas Eve?

yes for the most part we are usually open holiday just as a heads up holiday and holiday weekend rates are slightly higher

    Are you currently open?

Currently open in generally? Or like right now? We are open & never closed were not 24 hours & are usually after hours however rates do slightly increase. Highly recommended to call first & reserve. Walk-ins are a shot in the dark. Doing a walk-in…

The rooms are private w/ a lock on the door. just don't put or get soap, bubble bath, any oils, lotions, bath salts or fragrances like bath bombs, bath salts ect. in the hot-tub & no oil or silicone lubricants, massage oils/creams in the room period…

Does it look and smell clean?

    Yes!!!!!

Yes. You can bring any kind of drinks you want just no glass containers. If you need plastic containers AJ will have them for you.

Do the suites have changing rooms or privacy barriers to change in and out of swim wear?

All the rooms are fully private this is not a communal environment like a Korean spa ect... it is a totally private hot-tub room rental the hot-tubs are big like you see outside only again in a totally private room with a lock on the door also there…

When you go into the hot tub after washing off. what do you wear in? bathing suit/swim trunks underwear or nude?

Bathing suit or birthday suits nude or swimsuits are fine just no thick heavy clothing that might potentially bleed color or dye in the water or potentially have laundry soap residue in the clothing like tee shirts regular or jean short ect.... as…

It's been a long time since I've been to the K-spa or Korean spa/bathhouse…read more This was my first time at this location, which is near the Diamond Jamboree plaza. I got the body scrub and massage for $135 since it includes admission, which is normally $40. Prior to the service, they recommend you soak in the hot pool for approximately 20-30 minutes. The facility is separated with a women's and men's area, and once you enter, you pay for your admission or service, put your things into the locker, strip naked, and head to the shower area where you are required to shower before you do anything. For just the admission alone, you get access to a variety of saunas, hot and cold pools, a steam room, and a common area with heated floors for relaxation. You get a time limit of 6 hours, which is way more than enough. At my appointment time, the workers, who are dressed in black bras and panties, call out your number (which is also your locker key number) and you head to the service area. The woman scrubbed off my dead skin for 30 minutes while applying a quick 5 minute facial mask, then had me shower off and come back. Next, she applied oil all over my body and gave me a mini massage which basically just loosened a few of my knots in my shoulder and back area. It was not really relaxing, but I only care about the results. :) Then she poured some type of warm milk all over my body, and poured some into my hand to wash my face with. She also shampooed my hair at the end... and I was asked to shower off my body again. I then headed to the common area where the co-ed saunas were and tried out the Salt room, the Forest room, Ondol room, Fire Room, and Ice Room for a short period. I spent a total of about 3 hours there with the service time included. Since I was short on time, I will get another service in the future, but come earlier to use the sauna rooms first, maybe try out their on-site restaurant, then get my service at the end and go home from there. I really enjoyed this day of pampering at the Korean spa. I just wished the guests weren't all on their phones and being loud. People were having full on conversations in the common area and whispering loudly in the sauna rooms. Technology has somewhat changed the Korean spa experience for me, which used to be more relaxing... but this was still great for the price. Happy spa day! Yelp Review #43- 2026

From a 4 to a 2.5 stars…read more I came here recently to relax for a few hours, get some reading done, get a massage, and dine in their kitchen. They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt bibimbap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal with a drink usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel to it like it used to.

I easily get bored and I got bored of Hotworx so yesterday (12/29/25), I went to the gym to cancel my membership and I was surprised that I was not allowed to cancel it without the owner's approval. It was shocking because I had never heard of such a policy. Jordan, the trainer and employee there stated that every cancellation has to go through the owner, Michael first. I asked her why. She said she didn't know why. She took down my name and phone number and said Michael will call me. So, I waited until 4:00pm on Tuesday, December 30th and I called Jordan. She apologized again and said he was busy and that she would message him again. I then told Jordan that I felt that these practices are unethical and I should be allowed to cancel my membership. She then apologizes again and says he will call me today. Previously when I cancelled my membership, I had to pay a fee to cancel. Now, they are trying to prevent you from canceling all together. I am writing this review as documentation for my credit card company too. Jordan said my credit card will not be charged but I don't believe her. Nothing is in writing.
