When guests were done eating the staff quickly cleared their plates. The bartender was available and quick to supply the ladies with libations if needed. As someone who has worked in the catering industry I was clearly impressed at the food presentation, the quality of the food, and the attentiveness of the staff. For our main course we got a Bourbon Bacon Burger (added egg) with truffle fries and the Carne Asada Tacos. The burger and truffle fries was so flavorable, can't wait to have that again! To be honest, there was something missing in the carne asada so it tasted okay. Not only did we enjoy ourselves, but there was also a sip and paint with Bluemoon the same day we were there. That was a pretty cool little event! First time doing one! The hostess Gwen gave us two Bluemoon glasses and we painted them while we ate. I can definitely say I'm no artist but I tried my best lol!
