I saw on line and called the hotel to confirm that they are wheelchair accessible. I was told that yes they are a wheelchair accessible facility. Unprofessional, misleading and false information the restrooms in the Bar & Grill are not wheel chair accessible. The lobby of the hotel does not accommodate wheelchair accessible restrooms as well. read more

Nicely located one block from breach with bar/restaurant attached. 15 minute walk from train' or 5 minute taxi ride when it's 90+. Small but adequate rooms, except no mini fridge. Continental breakfast bar. Vending for drinks and snacks when they work. read more

ZERO STARS. It is either here or the Hotel Long Beach itself where my credit card information was STOLEN in September 2024 and there are STILL purchases attempted to this day. I see you- y'all need help and can no longer even try. Also, food is shyt and the hotel is sub-par and disgusting. Not only this, but when booking, I tried for the Alegria and the person on the phone said this was similar... it is not, and my cost was $841 for two nights in a shoe box. You can hear EVERYTHING in neighboring rooms. From a fart to an escort performing services to their clients- you name it. Absolutely revolting. They said it was renovated- it is not... The curtains were see-through and the neighboring house's residents could surely see everything in my room. Floor was sticky. I set the alarms off by simply taking a shower. I was kind and did not make a complaint, but when you steal my information, you are DONE! I highly do NOT recommend. read more

This place could be a million times better if whoever owns it utilized it properly. The bar area is nice, but the bartenders for whatever reason are always new and seem to be new to bartending as well, and that's OK. What's not OK is who's teaching them? Who's showing them the ropes? Apparently nobody. The beers aren't cold on tap, the Guinness is always flat, the live entertainment when it comes is pathetic..... come on. The food is actually pretty good, so at least the chef knows what he's doing. I had such an awful experience at this restaurant...so much so that I'm writing my first yelp review! The food was horrible and customer was even worse. The chicken wings were over spicy, we complained and switched the order to a non spicy sweet & sour option. When we received the order we realized the following: 1. We only received half of the original order 2. The original order had celery sticks/carrots...there were none in the returning order, leaving no option for our vegan friend. 3. Finally, between the three of us, noticed the spicy options were dipped in sweet & sour sauce...they didn't give us a fresh order. The whole order was recycled. Disgusting! The manager brushed us off and didn't try to accommodate our unpleasant experience at all... It wasn't just the horrible food but the way "Erica" the manager, mishandled the situation. read more

Last night I made the mistake of going to the Long Beach Hotel for dinner. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for food I decided to get the check and leave. The manager came over and was rude as could be. If we knew the service was going to be that bad we would never have gone there. We live up the block so it's convenient but I would rather walk a littler further or drive somewhere else. The sad part is, we were not alone. The people at the table next to us sent there food back and left. Everyone has a bad night , the attitude of the manager sealed the deal for me. I will never go back! read more

Room was small, bed was small, no view except for the roof between the taller portions of the building with other issues. For $200 a nite in the off season it should have been better. Went to this bar last night and had a great time. They had live music by a young lady Niko. She was very good, not to loud and she could sing any song well ! Our waitress was Sinead who was awesome ! Wack ass FILTHY restaurant. Smells like shit. Mad rat POOP EVERYWHERE. I found eyelashes GLUED TO THE MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM. The waiter gave me a dirty glass so i told him to get me a new one and that GLASS WAS DIRTY TOO! It was a sunday brunch and there was one waiter to serve 2 tables of 15. Not the waiters fault but the cheap owner Erika not paying more workers. Came here for a quick bite and cocktails. It turned out to be an amazing night! The food was terrific and the drinks were delicious. We wound up calling friends and staying hours longer. Saturday evening my husband and I hosted a dinner for a group of 30+ people. Erica and her staff set us up in a room off the main bar area. The setting was elegant, the service was perfect and the food was fantastic. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the evening. Erica made sure that all our needs were met and her staff worked tirelessly to serve food around people up and talking. There was never a moment that we felt they were being put out. All my husband and I keep hearing all night was that the food was wonderful and delicious. Don't miss the House Burger, any of the Pizzas, Steak Taco and the Skillet Cookie! We definitely plan to go back next time we are in town. Ask for Erica any time you go, she's the best! read more

Nice crowd and although quite busy we were seated by a very nice host quickly and then asked for our drink order by an equally nice waiter. Considering the bar was busy it was quite refreshing to be paid attention to that fast. Food and atmosphere was great and we had a good time. I had a hamburger which was juicy and delicious and the truffle fries were to die for. I have to say that the hamburger was probably one of the better burgers that I have had in quite a long time. The food was very good and the kitchen was prompt. Service : TERRIBLE Hostess was nice , when she noticed that after 15 minutes our waitress still did not come to the table , the hostess went and found her. First, we asked the waitress to change a water glass that had lipstick on it. She left the dirty glass on the table , then came back to exchange . Finally took our order, and then NEVER RETURNED to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. We noticed she was outside smoking on the front steps and yes the smoke was coming into the dinning area. Now It is time for us to ask for the check and once again , waitress is no where to be seen. Busboy went and found her. Received the check and now change was needed . Again waitress, no where to be seen. Finally received the change and was given all large bills and a few singles. Large bills would have been too large of a tip and singles too few. Now I would have to wait again, but left a very small tip hoping someone would realize ...Bad service = Bad tip.
