He put it up on the lift and found NOTHING WRONG with the car. He said that they were most likely trying to get me to pay for an unnecessary repair. And not to mention, they wanted over $100 for an oil change on a Kia Sorento. "I was trying to be a nice guy and I shouldn't have," he said when I called him out on the shoddy repair and inspection. A nice guy doesn't charge me $370 to fix a part of my exhaust while breaking a different weld joint in a different area. He was also told to fix my rear drum brakes, which did not get done. Upon calling him out via a phone call he asked me to bring it in again. I explained that it is an inconvenience of finding another ride to work and such. He offered to "have one of his guys ride me to work." No thanks. I got a partial refund without much effort besides his getting mad on the phone. Why give me money back? Because he did a bad job with low attention to detail and now he regrets being lazy. Take your car anywhere else. Read reviews for local. Sometimes convenience is tempting, but I assure you he is not worth the headache.
