I didn't see any like experience reviews, so I'll set the scene…read more You walk in and it's very similar to any other massage place, there's a small waiting area with a few fountains facing the front desk. The front desk has the pricing flyers in a stack. The wall to the right has recommended tip amounts based on the service. They recommend $10 and up. To the left is a room divider. You pay before the massage and they also ask you to leave a tip then too. Usually I just tip, but I did hear someone ask if they could tip after. I paid with Apple Pay and once I put the tip on the receipt the receptionist gave me the dollar amount. When you pass the divider there's about 9 beds in the general area and 3 "rooms" divided by curtains to the left. The door at the back is where the employees break and the restrooms are. A little box is provided to hold your phone and belongings. I did a 30 min foot massage and to my surprise, they started at my head while my feet soaked. The massage was wonderful. Linda was my masseuse. The massage ended with some hip stretching and some leg massage. The tip exchange was weird for me, just cause I'm used to someone taking the tip from me, but when I offered, she didn't take it. So I left it in the little box and said thank you and went on my way. I'll come back. It's a good refresh.

I've been coming here for almost 2 decades, which is why this is really disappointing to write…read more This place used to be something special I recommended it to everyone I knew, even family & friends visiting from out of the country It was always a go-to But lately, it honestly feels like the end of an era The atmosphere now feels unwelcoming, and the quality of the massages has noticeably gone downhill Most of the original masseuses who helped build this place are no longer here, and it shows you're not paying your masseuse enough so they depend on tips...which brings me to my next point What really stood out to me this last visit is the tipping pressure Its getting out of hand There's a sign rating tips with faces: $10 $15 $20 and it creates an uncomfortable experience that takes away from what should be relaxing After my Half-assed massage I handed over my $20 tip and i politely asked for her name so I could thank her properly she ignored me, put on the fakest grin I've ever seen and walked away It's frustrating to see a place I supported for so long fall off like this.. the prices continue to go up quarterly but the massage quality goes down..make it make sense I truly hope management and the employees take a look at what's changed, because right now, I can't confidently recommend this place anymore I walked of there with even more stressed than when I walked in. Mother's Day Ruined…read more I had been looking forward to this spa day for weeks after dealing with a medical issue the week before. I was hoping for a relaxing and stress-free experience, but unfortunately it turned into one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I've ever had. The problems started the moment I walked in. I was immediately asked if I had an appointment, and when I provided my confirmed 11:45 a.m. booking, I was told there was "nothing scheduled" for me. I then showed them the text confirmations I had received. First, I was told I must have called and canceled. When I questioned that, the story suddenly changed to me supposedly calling and moving the appointment to 3:30 p.m. -- which never happened. At that point, I already felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, but things got worse when I asked about payment. My daughter had gone in person the day before and prepaid for the treatment as a gift for me. Despite this, I was told the service had NOT been paid for and that I would need to pay again. I called my daughter on speakerphone, and she immediately provided proof of the credit card charge. The younger receptionist was eventually able to locate and confirm the payment, but another staff member continued insisting that no payment had been made. She repeatedly stated that prepaid services always come with a gift card and claimed I should have had one. My daughter then called the spa directly to explain she was never given any gift card. It eventually became clear that the payment information had been written down improperly and they had no idea which appointment the payment belonged to. By that point, I was completely overwhelmed and left the spa in tears. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional, disorganized, and incredibly dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly, I was repeatedly made to feel like I was somehow at fault despite having proof of both the appointment and the payment. Very disappointing experience overall.

More often than not I would walk out salons with giant bug eyed sunglasses to try and hide the red, itchy, and swollen skin around my eyes after waxing. I booked a brow shaping service at The Dollhouse Waxing Lounge because I had an upcoming wedding and wanted neater brows. I thought I was going to be late, but thankfully the salon has a 10 minute grace period in case you're running a bit late. The staff were very helpful, and the entire salon was perfectly clean. My waxer Nicole was the absolute best. For the first time in my life, I got my brows done without a histamine reaction afterwards. Turns out I don't have sensitive skin. Nicole is simply the goat. I highly recommend her waxing services and will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

The environment feels desperate and sales driven. The sitting area is cluttered with random items that have nothing to do with a spa. It's also very loud during massages because you can hear a loud machine running. The owner talks the entire time during the massage, asking very personal questions like where you live, what you do, and how many kids you have she leaves the treatment room every five min and walks back in without washing her hands It feels more like an interrogation than a relaxing experience. Overall, it was not relaxing or professional. I would not return.

She told me i would only need one treament, while the nurse said I would need a few. She gave me no info on what is used, such as oils,chemicals,ect. The nurse went over the treament with me in more detail. I wanted to see if I was even going to see results from the chin sculpting....NOTHING. It has been a couple of days now and i still see no difference. The pictures they show you of others before and after and what is posted on their social media is completely false.
