Just left this amazing place, got almost a bit of everything 60 min scalp spa, 30 min mini facial (bundle for $139), 30 min foot reflexology 30$, 30 min head, shoulders and back massage ($49.99) with add on 25 min detox cupping (59$). everything was worth it from how friendly and professional the staff were, to picking my own scents (they have a big selection to choose from) and to how quiet and relaxing all the services were. Will definitely be returning to try more of their services disclaimer: if going for cupping or any service detoxing recommend to drink a decent amount of water. They offered me warm water while waited which I took and offered again after the massage and I declined but I ended up slightly shaky and a bit nauseous so I should of took the second cup of water or drank more before coming. so fair warning come hydrated or take them up on their offer for the warm water. read more

They started with a professional scalp analysis and found that my scalp was on the oily side, so they focused on deep cleansing my scalp and follicles. My hair was also a little dry, so they used a nourishing smoothing hair mask with steam, which made my hair feel so soft afterward. For the facial, my skin had been a little dry and peeling, but after the treatment my skin looked so bright, hydrated, and refreshed. I'm so glad I came across Harmony Head Spa during my staycation in Rancho Cucamonga! The entire experience was so relaxing from beginning to end. I walked out feeling like I had completely reset my body and mind. I found them on Yelp this morning completely on a whim and decided to call, even though they weren't open yet. I was actually surprised when they called me back about 30 minutes before opening! Hannah answered and was so kind and helpful with getting me booked. They're a newer business , only about three months old, and I'm really happy I found them. Very cute place. I called the same day and they were able to get me in and stayed behind in order for them to complete my services. We were the last ones to be serviced and they took their time and we never felt rushed. The receptionist who checked us in and the owner was very kind. They were really receiving and super sweet. When I came in, they were able to help work with me in catering a specific package that met my needs and the needs of my husband of 12 years. They were able to give us good pricing and a good package deal. We both did a package that was about one hour and 30 minutes. I did the scalp and lymph drain treatment and he did the scalp and ear treatment. In my service, my person consistently checked in on me and I was very relaxed. My husband also shared that he enjoyed all of his services although he is not the type that likes to be pampered. Of all places, he shared that he will definitely come back to this location. I booked a head spa experience for my mom's birthday and came with my two sisters. We also purchased three gift certificates, and it turned out to be such a nice experience for all of us. We all did the 60-minute head spa, and my mom also added a massage because she has a lot of tension and soreness around her neck, shoulders, and shoulder blades. She chose deep tissue with cupping, and she was very happy with it. She said the therapist had great technique and she felt so much better afterward. The head spa was also amazing. We especially loved the scalp pressure-point massage and how thoroughly they cleaned the scalp. It didn't feel rushed at all. They used an herbal scalp cleanse first, followed by a deeper scalp massage and shampoo cleanse. We've had experiences at salons where our hair was washed very quickly and our scalps still felt itchy afterward, but this felt completely different. Our scalps felt so fresh and clean. Since it was my mom's birthday, they also surprised her with a complimentary hydrating and shine hair treatment, which was such a sweet touch. My mom and my sisters were all so happy when we left. I wish this place deserved more stars but honestly the experience was less than mid. First let me say the staff here is extremely welcoming, kind and patient. So we were really excited. The facility is cleanish and looks new. We paid for a full body massage and scalp massage 60 mins each and both of us left more than disappointed. First with the body massage. There are no heating pads in the beds. Okay fine but the rooms are really cold. Second these are not certified massage therapist omg it felt like I asked my high school cousin to do it. Painful not because of the pressure but she kept pinchining me and then using her elbow and when I said something she just kept saying knot knot. She spent 40 mins on my back ONLY. I paid for full body. She walked out and left the door to my room open while I'm naked on the table. I look up and two women are in there. From that moment I could not relax. That was not okay. When she flipped me over she did my legs and head and was out of time so she did not do my whole upper body... I hated every second. Then she proceeded to grab a cold towel and wipe off the oil. This was not worth the $100 I paid. The scalp massage I'll save you a long read but just know it was gross and I went home to shower and cancelled my plans for the night. I bought a gift certificate and don't even want to return to use it just stay away. read more
