During my recent visit to Bollywood Spa in Corona, California, I had a mixed experience that I would like to share in a neutral review. First, I must mention that the women who provided our services were nice and professional. They were attentive to our needs, and the owner of the spa was very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues that caught my attention. Firstly, during the head spa treatment, I felt that it was rushed. It seemed like they were trying to quickly move on to the next client, which affected the overall quality of the service. Additionally, I noticed that they did not wipe the scalp camera in between clients, which raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Another issue was that they used the same comb for my sister and me, even though we are related. As an esthetician, I understand the importance of proper hygiene and avoiding cross-contamination. This practice did not meet the standards I would expect from a spa. On a positive note, the spa itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The ambiance and decor create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the price of the services offered at Bollywood Spa is quite reasonable, which is a definite plus. However, considering the issues I encountered during my visit, I personally would not choose to go back to Bollywood Spa. While the price may be attractive, I believe that certain aspects, such as proper hygiene and attention to detail, should not be compromised. In conclusion, while the women providing the services were nice and professional, and the owner was kind, my experience at Bollywood Spa was marred by rushed service, lack of cleanliness practices, and questionable hygiene. I GAVE THEM 5 STARS so this would SHOW Do NOT get your eyebrows waxed here . i went it and in the middle of my waxing (mind you they were double dipping their sticks ) the lady says she will be back , another comes in and you could tell something happened (besides the lady waxing strands of hair off my head) now both my eyebrows are messed up - as you see a whole piece is gone and the other is flat and has no shape what so ever . to compensate me she gave me a LIGHT brown eyebrow pencil (clearly my hairs dark) and a 8$ gift certificate to get my eyebrows threaded when originally i was getting them waxed which is more expensive. she also didn't charge but no DUH i wasn't about to pay for you to mess my eyebrows up ‍ read more

I came in for a Brazilian and full leg wax and was beyond happy with my experience. Staff was friendly and professional. I was taken as a walk in, I was also left with no stubble which I thought was awesome given that I always had it after being waxed at other places. The price was not bad either, I paid $45 for a full leg wax and I had a coupon for a $25 Brazilian. I went to this place for a facial, microdermabrasion, and left feeling and looking awesome, Jasmine is very knowledgeable and has been doing this for many years. She uses only the best products.
