don't waste your time going to this place. I came here on Thursday, walked in. signed in on the list. there's only one person in there. She's doing eyelash extensions on a client. She didn't even turn her head to greet or acknowledge. so i sat, waited. there's one person ahead of me. Then few minutes after, more people showed up. One customer came in to say that she was there the day before for a wax, told her that she didn't do a good job on the hair removal and wants an appt. The lady doing the eyelash extensions didn't even bother to apologize.. told her to wait 45 minutes. this place has no customer service. I wasted 15 minutes of my time for nothing. unbelievable. I walked out. save your time and money, go somewhere else. read more

I was able to make same day appointment with Mariam for threading and brazilian wax, Mariam was very gentle with the threading and waxing, she was quick and I liked that she was talking to me through out the process. $12 for eyebrows and lips and $30 for brazilian wax :) read more

I would have gave this place a better review but I wasn't satisfied with my eyebrows. I got the combo, with consists of eyebrow, lips, and chin threading. I was happy with the way my lips and chin were threaded. It was my first time getting it done and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. At the time, I was satisfied with my eyebrows but by the time I got home and looked at them up close it looks like it had not been cleaned properly. read more

WARNING!!! I went in with a full set of eyebrows. Just wanted them cleaned up. Wanted them Left as full as possible. BUT she took so much off the ends it looks like they are gone! Great Saloon to get your eyebrows and lips threaded! We got here and there were only three other people here. Two of which were just finishing up. I suppose that's the perk going the day after Christmas. Both my husband and I got our eyebrows threaded and the cleanup is amazing. I also got my upper lip threaded as well. For me the cost was $10 (eyebrows and lips) and for just eyebrows is about $8 The place overall is well lit and can be found right next to Best Buy. read more

I have been going to this place almost a year and yesterday i had the worst experience. I'm not that kind of person who complains about every single detail but yesterday the lady "unfortunately I didn't ask for her name" who did my eyebrows she was very unprofessional and i think she's new to this place because i have never seen her before. I felt the worst pain that i never felt it before. She cut my skin everywhere only in one side. She kept saying you have a very sensitive skin and yes i admit it but why i didn't get any cut in my other side if i have a very sensitive skin ???. Kashifa and Sam were amazing and very helpful! They were able to take me in last minute. Sam did a Gold facial with a microdermabrasion and it was relaxing! I came to the shop with a headache from having a long day at work.. and with Sam's magic hands, she was able get rid of the ache with a nice face massage. Alright. I went to this place a while ago and I'm STILL recovering and trying to fully grow out my eyebrows. I was in the area so I figured why not and that was a huge mistake. I went it and asked for a clean up. Key words: clean up. If I had known a clean up meant getting rid of the fullness of my eyebrows, I wouldn't have stepped foot into this place. The lady started to thread my brows and I felt much more pain than usual and I wasn't sure why until I saw the results. She made my eyebrows PENCIL THIN. I have thick and really full eyebrows and she ended up thinning them down so much. I was so shocked and I paid, left no tip, and proceeded to cry in my car. It takes a lot of patience and bushy eyebrows to re grow brows to the thickness you want. I'm fortunately back to my regular brows but there are some parts of my arch on my brow that are still feeling the effects of this place. I will never set foot here again. read more

If I could give this facility zero stars I would. I took my sister to get her eyebrows done today and although they usually do a decent job, today when she asked them to leave them thick and do just a clean up, they practically took off half of her eyebrows. It's too bad they don't have name tags so I could specify who it was, but she was working the first station on the right. read more

Horrible service !! I got one eye done for lashes , and it was very bad. I politely asked to have hairs removed & the lady said I can do it myself w/ baby oil...I went home to try & failed. Came back only for the ladies to speak in a different language going back and forth.. then taking twice the time to try removing after I had to explain they need to remove after claiming they "cannot" do not get your lashes done here..I have glue stuck in my lashes and the owner said it was "normal". read more

I went here on Wednesday after having been many times before. I received an eyebrow, upper lip, and eyebrow threading. This time was different because the lady not only left my eyebrows uneven, she also cut my lip and left me with acne all around where my treatment was. I didn't want to leave a negative review so I contacted the store and spoke to someone there where they sent me to call a different number. When I did so the lady was dismissive and offered a free eyebrow threading. Thank you but no thank you. The damage was already done. I've never had acne in my life and she tried to blame it on my hormones instead of her own workers being unclean. This was completely unacceptable to me and even though I've been going for 5 years to 4 of their locations. I won't be returning to any of them ever again. Take my advice and don't go unless you want them to completely mess up your skin as well. read more
