Horrible service. I went today they messed up my eyebrows so bad and then when I told them to fix it she fought with me and she does what she wants & then i called to talk to them and they didn't not care. I will not being going anymore and would really like to see if the owner cares about the business. I would do negative stars. read more

Had several services rendered from Rimi-- Brazilian, underarms, legs, eyebrow threading and tint, and two helix piercings. The pain is inevitable but the results remarkable. I wasn't satisfied at all. Time to do my eyebrows, mustache, and chin area was 10 minutes. Eyebrows are all choppy and much of the area wasn't done at all. Plus, it was one long sales job, over and over. I hope you have better luck than me. read more

Do not go there if you want quality. Third time there and I swear I'm in the chair apox 3 minutes and they are finished. The lights are dim and I have no clue how they can see. I now know why now because they don't want you to see all the mistakes. I must walk out to my car and see all that they missed. This time I went in and the girl obviously was mis-threading. She was working on one eyebrow and kept getting the top of the other. I didn't want them thinned out just cleaned up. One is thinner than the other!!! I will not go to the establishment again!!! read more

Sam and the bollywood staff are absolutely amazing!! I have been coming to this location for years for my Brazilian wax and eyebrows and just tried my first Vagacial (hopefully I'm spelling it right ) and Sam NEVER disappoints!! After getting my eyebrows done for about 7 years now this was the first time someone has done it where it felt almost painless and I had a lot of eyebrow growth. The lady was super friendly and nice and There wasn't a wait at all, I went on a Thursday afternoon. I really like the way she did my eyebrows she didn't take the shape away at all and didn't do them too thin as most eyebrow places tend to do. I dont really remember the name of the woman who did my eyebrows but i went in to get eyebrows and lip done. I was just getting a cleanup on the eyebrows and the woman went pretty fast and it was almost painless! She did a great job cleaning them up and with my lip as well. I think for the price its not bad, just try to make sure you're vocal about what you want and not having your eyebrows too thin. Also, this place is eerily quiet! I went to visit with my sister and it was just sooo quiet like a library. Even though its like dead quiet you should still speak up about what you want for your brows! read more

I absolutely love this Threading salon!! I discovered Bollywood 5 years ago when I moved to Rancho. I love love Sam's work!! We always discuss what she thinks I need (clean up of my brows or shaping) and then we decide together! I literally drive 30 minutes now to get my brows threaded! IT IS THAT GOOD!! read more

I just left here with horrible eyelashes! Money down the drain. Now I have to find another place to remove them and have them redone. I get my eyebrows threaded and they do an amazing job...Sam is great! I don't recommend getting eyelash extensions done here though. read more

I really enjoy their eyebrow service. They do a great job. I don't enjoy their Brazilian wax service. They do not properly do this service. They don't take their time when they wax you (I have had this service completed in 5-10 minutes), they use the same strip when waxing (which you're not supposed to do), and they leave pieces of hair on you. In addition, they do not move the vaginal lips so they will pull it when it is being waxed. They need to be trained on how to do this service properly before offering it to customers. read more

Update: I decided to try this place again even though they made my brows uneven last time. I like to give companies a chance to redeem themselves but now- I'm not going there again! I went today , 02/02 around 6 ish in the rain. I hav even growing my eyebrows for 5 weeks now so that I can reshape it. There were 2 women ( older and younger), the younger one did my eyebrow. I was trying to explain to her what I want but she just wanted to rush through and kept saying 'uh huh' . She rush through my eyebrows and made it super thin. Now, mind you that I was growing my eyebrows out but she just messed it all again. This girl wanted to watch her movie and rushed through my eyebrows- they just lost a customer here. This place is not worth it. I rather pay a higher price else where- where people will take their time to do my brows. read more

The underside was waxed anyway. When I followed up, the owner explained that shaping is required with brow lamination and that avoiding the underside is not something they do because it does not meet their standards. My issue is that this was not explained to me before the service began. If my request could not be accommodated, I should have been told so I could decide whether to continue. I requested a refund, but it was denied because the service was completed and their policy says services are non-refundable. Overall, this was disappointing. For me, the issue was communication and feeling like a clear boundary I stated before the appointment was not honored.

I remember when I first started coming here and was only about $8 for eyebrow threading and it was worth it. However, now they have upped their price to I believe $11 just for them to not really do that good of a job. I used to always come here because it was local and cheap and always did good but I feel as though now they are getting lazy because they have increased their pricing. Every time I go now, they never clean up my eyebrows completely and always leave hair that is so noticeable even after I inform them that there is still hair I'd like to be removed still. When I get home I always have to go in with tweezers or a face shaver/razor to clean them up myself. They also leave my eyebrows uneven or one thicker or higher than the other. It's so disappointing because I used to love coming here! Other than eyebrow threading I'm not too sure about their other services and that is why I am leaving a 2 star review. So not worth $11 anymore!!! read more

I just love Jasmine!...she has been doing my facials and microdermabrasion treatments...I say treatments with an s because my skin tone and the discoloration on the sides of my face has become so much better...when I come home my husband always touches my face and says how soft it is. being in my mid 40's I used to pluck...you know what I mean...I was getting hard skin under my chin from pinching ...Jasmine told me to stop it and she threaded me for the 1st time...yes it hurts a little bit but not anymore than plucking and it's faster and OMG the hard spot has dissapeared...the prices are good and there is very little wait time. so worth it! read more

I went for a facial and applying mehendi on hair. This was my first experience going there, having tried numerous beauty parlors,i went with least expectations, but i was really amazed with the way Radha, did the facial and also applying the mehendi on the hair. She indeed did a remarkable job, i am very happy with the glow in my face, and my hair looks great. I loved her massage during the facial, also she makes sure that you are comfortable, by asking at regular intervals, if she was putting the right pressure.I definitely recommend Bollywood Threading & Spa, at Rancho Cucamonga. Went here for the first time and they took me without an appointment. That was a big plus since I only had time today. Got a brazilian with Sam and even though it's been years since I had one. It was not uncomfortable or awkward, painful yes but not that bad. Overall the experience was as good as can be for having hair ripped off a very sensitive area. This is my go to place for eyebrow threading, they are very consistent in their threading. The majority of the time I go in, Sam threads my eyebrows. She is very good at listening to what the customer wants, I once had my brows threaded at a different salon and they thinned them out completely despite asking them to keep them as thick as possible. read more

I just left from taking my daughter to get her brows done. (She's a teenager) We only wanted to clean them up, nothing major or too grown up. Nyla was the name of the girl that did them and she screwed them up! Half of her brow on the right side is missing. So I will have to pencil them in. Needless to say, we will never return! Way overdue!! I came in last week for a Brazilian wax and Jazmin helped me out. Absolutely love Mariam. She is by far the best in the area. Her precision for threading eyebrows and face is far superior compared to other places I have been. Love the waxing, too.
