Lady in the first chair told me the last 2 times to grow it out so it can be even & this last time made them so VISIBLY uneven I told her wasn't happy and kept trying to reassure they look ok when they are completely different shapes took way to much off the one and couldn't match the other , even made one bleed and continued to say she was scared while doing my friends eye brows after which also don't even look like she touched them and was done less than 3 min with hers . Just left Bollywood threading for the first time. Sam was amazing did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them without too much direction. There was one person ahead of me and I was still in and out within 5 minutes. Everything was wiped down and sterilized and I watched Sam wash her hands before touching me. If i could give zero stars i would this was the worst experience i have ever had lady was super rude and then she asked what services i wanted and i said brows i explained to her that i don't want them thin and not a reshape just a clean up and she ruined my eye brows completely she didn't even take all the hair off she left lines of hair and on my left brow she chopped the middle off. they are super uneven and there nothing anyone can do to fix it. My experience here was fantastic, I had Rimi do my eyebrows quick which was perfect because I have really thick eyebrows and i hate when other people pull one after one at a time. My shape of eyebrow is tricky too because it's straight so she managed to give it an arch. Also the prices here are great and they do hennas here. My first time here this afternoon. The place is clean and shiny. The one who threaded me looked at me from head to toe sizing me up when I was walking to the chair. No smile from her. She was fast in doing her job despite of her heavy hands (which worried me that she would rip my skin). Maybe it's because I was a walk-in that she did not clean the threaded hairs from my face or they just leave it to the customer to do it as I was not offered a facial tissue paper to wipe my face. The customer service I received is a far cry to the beauty of the salon. I will not come back here nor will I recommend this place. read more

The receptionist is very rude and condescending and the threader argues over how to do your eyebrows! never seen anything like this. Poor customer service and horrible quality. WORST place for waxing. I asked to make sure they could wax my underarm because my other place was booked, the lady said yes. I went in and she started waxing. I think they use really cheap wax / don't know how to use it. She blamed it on my armpit hairs not being long enough. THEY WERE LOOONG! I know how long they have to be. I asked her if she could pluck some out and she said no. I don't think she understood me so I asked if she could tweeze them off. She said oooooh nooooo. So I said "I'll do it myself then." She had the audacity to charge me the full $15 even though I walked out with the same hairy underarms that I went in with! I get they're known for threading, but they need to take waxing off their menu because this was a horrible experience. read more

Worst place for eyebrow threading. The woman who did my eyebrows was horrible. I asked to clean up my brow and that I didn't want them thin. She cleaned them up alright... she left one brow kinda threaded on the top and the other, she did not clean up at all. I realize that my eyes are kinda weird in the brow area in that I have one brow that seems to be higher than the other. Not that weird if you ask me. However, this chick decided that she was going to be creative after I asked her to properly clean it up and F*ck up my ish by not even paying attention to the arch. I gave her a 3.00 tip and the bish was laughing at what I gave her. So I heard her talking and I went and asked for my tip back because frankly she didn't deserve it anyways. That is Burger King or Wendy's money bish... I'm royalty with mine. She was so rude. I am a patient person and not one at all to get mad and off the handle with people even if they roll their stroller across my toe and keep it pushing. I try to have an understanding. But this female was outright rude. I will never go to this place again because they are rude and don't deserve a tip at all. My eyebrows are very easy to thread and in the past, most places that I have been to always give compliments on my brows after and before they thread them. Ugh, I hate places like this. read more

I went for Brazilian last month considering that they are good. But the lady double-dipped during Brazilian waxing session. That is a NO NO and super unhygenic. I came in on a Friday night around 7:30. The "closed" sign was lit up, but I decided to walk in anyways, considering they closed at 8 and I had rushed home from work to make it on time. The girl at the front desk seemed upset and quoted a 15-20 min wait although there was only one other person waiting. Anyways, the girl before me was getting her eyebrows done which could not of taken more a minute! No exaggeration. After my service was done, I could still feel hairs around my lip. I pointed them out, not once, but different times. How ridiculous, even after I got home I could still feel stray hairs. Long story short, I will not be returning. It's understood no one wants to be at work on a Friday night, but the rushed job and unfriendly greeting they were giving costumers that night, is unacceptable. read more
