Rude rude rude! I wish I could give this place no stars at all. When the lady found out I was paying with a Groupon, she quickly changed her attitude. I got my eyebrows& lip done.. I was in & out of the chair in less than 7 minutes. I'm not kidding or exaggerating at all. My eyebrows were uneven & she didn't even bother to clean my eyebrows all the way. Never coming here again, my Groupon was worth 3 eyebrow threading sessions. What a waste! read more

I've been here 4 times. The 1st time when they first opened it was a great experience, good atmosphere everyone smiling , music playing etc. I got eyelash extensions and my eyebrows threaded. Second time it was okay, but not great. Didn't like my brows but eyelashes looked good. Third time, no music, no smiles, and no airconditioning! it was hot as heck and they had the door open saying we need a breeze to come thru. I had flies irritating the crap out of me while getting my eyelashes done! Then instead of telling me they were out of medium lashes they put short lashes and long ones on the side and i looked stupid, they should have told me ahead of time. Forth time I come in. The staff was too busy talking to even acknowledge I was there for about 3min and I was the only customer there. Then they only have an eyelash person now on certain days of the week cause she is split between Rancho and their "new" location in Ontario . Needles to say I now go to Bella's threading salon l n Rancho Cucamonga! This place had gone down hill and lightening fast!!!! read more

I was a weekday walk in for eyebrow threading - walked out 5 minutes later with to thin brows and a chunk missing along the top line of one brow! Oh man! This place does hair now! And I am totally lucky to have my favorite ongoing stylist, Mariko, at the helm of all things hair in such a convenient location! I've had my hair cut and styled by Mariko more times than I can count and every time my hair comes out just the way I want it; the perfect length, easy to style and it grows out beautifully! I've been really impressed by her precision, creativity and patience (especially for my crazy thick, layered hair) and I'm super glad she has a station here now where I can continue going to her. I did a full body wax here, it was nice as they literally get every part of your body for you, but last time I went they did miss alot of spots. like the bottom of my forearm, some parts in the bikini, and a whole part of my leg. I was really disappointed. They are good to go to for threading and henna, but on the waxing part I was not at all impressed. read more

Disappointed . I was in on Friday for eyebrows and I realized Sunday afternoon that I still had a bunch of small hairs under and in between my brows. This wasnt the service I usually get here . I was looking for a place that offered eyebrow tinting service, I called ahead and was inform they offered the service for $20, the lady who worked on my eyebrows was Miriam, she did a really good job on my threading however, my tinting service was OK I felt she should have cleaned up the edges a bit. read more

I stopped in because I was in the area and I had always passed by this place. It was a Sunday and the place was not busy. I was in and out quickly. I got my upper lip and eyebrows done here and I loved it. It was not painful at all compared to other places. I don't know what the lady's name was but she was short, long hair, wore glasses. My eyebrows were uneven from a previous threading salon and she has helped me fill in the areas and helped them look even. I was very satisfied. Pricing was very affordable too. $7 for eyebrows and $5 for my upper lip. They also have a rewards card. The place is large, open and very clean. Recently had a spur of the moment face make over and decided to try threading, waxing, and eyelash extensions, they're very professional and love that their place is so clean, also made me feel comfortable for my first time full body waxing. i love that i can be a walk-In and they service me always so kindly and quickly, since i always show up with my 3 month old baby, i definitely recommend this place for threading i had not done my brows in months and it didn't hurt one bit. Went here for my first time, and last. She took less then 5 min and didn't even touch the middle of my eyebrows until I looked in the mirror and had to point it out. I noticed more mistakes and she got attitude. I'm paying for this so I thought I had a right to get it at least a little bit cleaned up, at least. Horrible. I don't live around here but we were in the area for my son's baseball tournament and in between games, I took my daughter who was in desperate need! She is only 13 so I'm incredibly picky with her as her shape is perfect. Sam was amazing!! She was so FAST, I was thinking- there's no way she can be done but sure enough, they were so clean and she kept my daughter's beautiful shape. Came here for the 1st time but for a underarm wax, jasmine was the one who wax me, she's was very nice n friendly but unfortunately she left hairs behind, I had a feeling it wasn't coming out good by the way she wax n took the strips off. I usually go to shear artistry with Lilam but she was way too busy n I need an ASAP underarm wax. I won't b back $15 for it n with hairs left behind not worth it next time I'll wait for my long time wax tech n pay $10 instead. read more
