It felt so fancy inside, and on the first floor there was a smoothie bar with snacks and food that we got the açaí bliss protein smoothie from. I also really liked that in the women's locker room there's lotion and spray on deodorant and hair dryers, and it's super clean. The second floor is stacked with machines and treadmills and anything you could possibly need for a good workout. There's also an indoor basketball court and pickleball courts and an outdoor pool. Definitely play pickleball during work hours if you're off, because we went at 7 pm and it was packed because everyone had gotten off work. But, when we were there at 4:30-5 pm, it was pretty empty.

The kids club was a perfect setup. We had use of the party room for an hour. The kids were able to rock climb and play in the bounce house while we decorated. The last hour of the party was spent in the pool. We were able to use the family dressing room and then the pool. The water was nice and warm and the kids (and adults), had a blast. There was seating for the spectators that didn't get in. Life time provided the life vests and a lifeguard for the party. Each kid had to have a guardian in the water which was not a problem. The two young adults helping us made sure to take care of everything. They helped us set up, passed out pizza and cleaned up the decorations when we went to the pool. They had all the gifts and stuff packed up on a cart and helped us take it outside. Great place for a kids pool party.

I finally need repairs to my car and all I'm getting is BULLCRAP from Endurance. I have been waiting for a complete week for a rental and still have not received one because the adjuster Alex is mia and not returning any calls and he has to authorize everything. My contract cost $4000 and they are willing to pay $2000 on my repairs leaving the balance for me to cover which is asinine and my deductible is supposed be $100. I have been HOODWINKED and BAMBOOZLED by Endurance and will tell everyone DO NOT BUY A CONTRACT from ENDURANE EXTENDED WARRANY the will take your money. The one star was given because i had to give it to leave a review but i give them no star. If I could give them a -10 I would because the games, they play with people's money and peace of mind is not cool.

I did the HIIT Boxing for my first class and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to my next one. I know I'll get the results that I'm looking for as long as I do my part and stick with it. The pricing is affordable, it's not too far away, and Carlos(the trainer) was awesome. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my family, friends, and clients.

When I inquired about the status of the women's sauna, the front desk representative proactively checked on it, which I appreciated. There are plenty of machines available now that the Missouri City location is open, making workouts more efficient and less crowded. I especially enjoy the recording room, the theatre, and the Shark Tank recovery room, which add unique value to the overall experience. The showers are decent, though they could benefit from more frequent cleaning and more consistent replenishment of body wash. The instructors are wonderful--especially Frieda. I truly cannot speak highly enough of her; she is knowledgeable, motivating, and a standout asset to the gym.

Since I have the Willpower membership and can go to any location, I suggested the Sugar Land location. She decided to sign up there on her own, and that's when everything started to go wrong. After she signed up, she was offered a "free" personal training session, and we decided to do it together. During that session, we worked with a trainer named Joseph and made it very clear multiple times that we were on a budget and could not commit to anything long-term. He reassured us more than once that we would be able to cancel at any time. He even apologized later and tried to make up for the confusion by offering another "free" session, but by that point the situation had already gone too far. That reassurance is the only reason we agreed. As soon as we realized the cost wasn't manageable, we came back in person to cancel--multiple times. Each time, we were left waiting for long periods with little to no help, while staff stood around and watched. On top of that, no one ever answers the phone, which makes it nearly impossible to get assistance without physically coming in. The way we were treated during this process was honestly shocking. Instead of being helped, we were met with resistance and dismissiveness. The fitness manager, Mac, went as far as implying that we were "scamming" simply because we were trying to cancel--based on what we were clearly told when we signed up. That was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. At no point were we trying to take advantage of anything. We were just acting on the information that was given to us upfront. The lack of accountability and communication has made this situation way more stressful than it ever needed to be. I will say the general manager took the time to listen, which I appreciated, but there has been no follow-up since then. Honestly, the most disappointing part of all of this is that my friend was treated so poorly after I was the one who recommended this gym to her. What should have been a positive experience for both of us turned into something stressful and upsetting. After this experience, we will not be returning to this location at all. I will either continue going to EōS Rosenberg, switch to another gym like Amped Fitness, or possibly cancel my membership altogether. This was just a horrible experience overall. If you're considering signing up for personal training here, make sure everything is clearly explained in writing before agreeing to anything. Verbal promises do not seem to match how things are handled later.

I have been lifting weights for close to two years now, but have struggled mentally with adding weight to my leg days because of a previous ankle injury. While the injury is completely healed and I've been thru PT, I find myself constantly worrying about my form and aggravating the injury by adding weight. After speaking to my nutritionist about my apprehension, she suggested going to PLEX to have them set me straight and provide me with guidance. I was easily able to schedule over the phone for a Tuesday morning session. The trainer I worked with was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He gave me a quick tour of the facility and explained that all kinds of people work out at the gym. When I walked into the actual gym, my first thought was that I never in a million years would have stepped foot into this type of place a couple years ago...but I quickly reminded myself how crazy I was to think this - because everyone was so nice and warm. For the next hour, my trainer led me thru a whole circuit of light weights, bands, sprints, ropes, abs, etc. and while I was breathing heavier, had an elevated heart rate and dripping with sweat - I was loving every minute of it! He had me complete a lot of challenging agility drills and that really pushed my limits with my ankle, but it was a lot of fun. While this gym is a little out of the way than my usual place, I can definitely see myself making visits part of my routine to change things up and continue to strengthen my ankle. I'm really interested in trying a class sometime soon. I definitely recommend PLEX, regardless of your fitness level or knowledge.

By far, the best environment to work out in! Initially, I didn't think that this was really for me,…read moreas I typically enjoyed lifting at my old gym and/or doing my own thing by running, circuit training, etc. With so many people around me talking about it, I thought why not try? Sure enough, after one workout I was hooked. I haven't pushed myself like this since I was a teenager (and I'm 37 ). The people become your friends and family. There are people of all ages and fitness levels in each and every class. The environment is very supportive with everyone around you wanting each peer to succeed. The trainers, especially my fav, Jeff Criswell, are very motivating and help you to make yourself better. I'm a very competitive person, so the addition of the heart monitor has been an extra boost to get my butt in gear. I love to see my name at the top of the list and track my calories burned. You also get detailed reports emailed to you seconds after your workout is done. I highly recommend adding this to your workout! They have classes multiple times each day to work around your schedule. When I tell people I'm a 5am class regular, they assume I'm crazy. That's the only time I could get to work with my busy life of a job, family and kids ‍. To add to, I've never been a morning person. This is how much I love this class!!! I pretty much go 6 times a week. It sets the pace for my entire day and if I miss, I feel as if something is "off" all day. The price might be high, but I put it in perspective.... I have had a gym membership for pretty much most of my life. I get auto drafted every month, year after year. Even when I was using it, I never went 6 days a week AND even when I did go I never burned 620 calories in 45 min! Add up all that money wasted and put it towards something you'll actually use on a regular basis. I believe you can also do "per class" payments to add to your workout regimen if your just looking for a change up. There are over 50 different workouts, so it's always different. Last thing: convenience, convenience, convenience! It takes me 3 mins to get here. 45 min workout. 3 mins back. Less than 1 hour total and I have burned 600 calories before I have even really started my day!! That's insane to me. Even on weekends, I can sleep in a couple hours, hop outta bed before the fam is up and be back in record time (usually with donuts for the kids). I love health & fitness and love encouraging others to reach their goals of getting healthy. If you're wanting something that will truly make an impact to your life, try this out. #thisplaceisonpoint
