The Flex is fantastic and have been recommending it to all my friends in the area. I started going to The Flex in April 2019 when I temporarily relocated to Sugar Land. The location is fantastic (a mile away from where I was staying, easy access from both 59 and 90). The staff is great and engaged, even if you don't do the 1:1 training sessions. Cannot recommend enough the Saturday morning boot camp - talk about morning after burn. The month-to-month plan worked perfectly for my situation. If I have to relocate back for an extended period of time, I will definitely be reopening my membership with The Flex. read more

PLEASE STAY AWAY from ENDURANCE EXTENDED Warranty. I have purchased 4 contracts from them and referred 18 people who also bought contracts. I finally need repairs to my car and all I'm getting is BULLCRAP from Endurance. I have been waiting for a complete week for a rental and still have not received one because the adjuster Alex is mia and not returning any calls and he has to authorize everything. My contract cost $4000 and they are willing to pay $2000 on my repairs leaving the balance for me to cover which is asinine and my deductible is supposed be $100. I have been HOODWINKED and BAMBOOZLED by Endurance and will tell everyone DO NOT BUY A CONTRACT from ENDURANE EXTENDED WARRANY the will take your money. The one star was given because i had to give it to leave a review but i give them no star. If I could give them a -10 I would because the games, they play with people's money and peace of mind is not cool. read more

It's been about 5 months since I worked out and this is where I landed. The Flex is exactly what I needed! There was no babying but I definitely felt motivated to get it done. I did the HIIT Boxing for my first class and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to my next one. I know I'll get the results that I'm looking for as long as I do my part and stick with it. Absolutely love going to the Flex! Carlos and all the other trainers are absolutely fantastic. Everyone there has great energy and positive vibes when you are working out. I am not member of the Flex. I just go to the free Saturday boot camp trainings at 9 AM. You get to show up and follow the workout regime that the trainers created for that Friday. Even though I am not a member I am always welcomed into the Flex and the trainers are there to help you out during the free Saturday boot camp trainings. This place is highly recommended! The facility has a nice design and is well kept. Carlos is training me and is great! He understood what my goal was from the beginning and has been very motivational throughout my journey. Carols is the owner of this place and the minute I decided to try for personal trainer with him I could already tell that I made the right decision. His attitude towards his clients are very professional and he cares about his clients goals. I did 8 sessions with him for one month and even though it was only 8 sessions I couldn't believe the progress we already made. My body changed and I am really enjoying the results. I am not a member of this gym yet, and my experience is based on my personal training session I had with the owner Carlos. I was drawn to this location primarily because of the Reviews I saw on Yelp, and I want to say that I wasn't disappointed. This is a small location, with a limited number of and variety of equipment, but I think the repertoire of equipment here is more than adequate to get a fantastic workout. I don't let that outer appearance for you. Carlos has big ideas, and I'm confident he will become very successful. What I think sets this gym apart from all others, is the camaraderie and the collegiality of the owner and the trainers there. it seems like a small family rather than a business location. My workout session was fantastic from beginning to end, beginning with a personal assessment, and a training plan that was directed and tailored to my goals. The prices are very reasonable, and everyone who worked out at that location seem to be very happy. I will most likely join this gym based on my experience today, and I think if you haven't given this a shot you should consider doing so. I was quite surprised feeling very satisfied and drawn to this location despite the fact that I have always worked out in big gyms that have lots of equipment and lots of people around. I think it says a lot about the sort of people at this location, and their overall spirit. This is a really nice gym. It's a very intimate environment with the right machines/equipment to get the job done. The trainers are nice, professional, and seem to be very knowledgeable about what they are doing!! I train with "Q" and he's very flexible with my schedule. I told him what my goals were and he knew exactly how to get me there. I've seen tremendous results with my body and it's only been one month!
