He called back immediately and said he'd be out THAT afternoon and called again when he was on his way. Literally within 10 minutes he confirmed a short. He spent the next 1.5 hrs performing complex troubleshooting, found the issue and fixed it. Understand he didn't know anything about campers but knows everything about electricity.
