Will not honor any follow up repairs. Financed new HVAC system with them and the condenser-coil went out in less than 2 years. Owner himself lied and told me they would service, and he never did. I had Temperature doctors perform a complete HVAC install in my house in 2017. They seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with at the time. Unfortunately, they went well over schedule and cut a lot of corners. They didn't clean up after themselves, leaving all the old ductwork and scraps sitting in my attic. They never installed proper drainage or a drip pan either and as a result, I have had to repair significant water damage from the attic unit twice in the subsequent years. As icing on the cake, they drove over and smashed my culvert during the job and didn't offer to cover repairs until I requested it. They promised to give me a years worth of HVAC maintenance but never showed. They are nice people but I cannot in good faith recommend this company. read more

Met with Nathan today to get a quote on my heating system. They've done another job previously where they cleaned and serviced gas furnace. Today's quote was for a new chimney liner. I had checked YouTube to DIY but decided that Marcus and his team would be a better choice. Nathan explained the project and quoted the best price out of three. I'll mention that Natasha who I believe is a partner in the company was my first contact and she was also super helpful. I just got a good feeling from the start. A/C was not working well on Saturday, so called and got service to come out to check it out. Service stated that Freon was normal and unit was overall in good condition for being 19 years old. Also stated that condenser was completely plugged, but having that cleaned did not seem to make a difference as technician stated it would. Recommendation was to have A/C and furnace replaced because they are old and not efficient. Luckily, I got a second and third opinion that stated that system probably has at least 5 more years of life left due to regular maintainence and good upkeep over the years. All the system needed was a Freon recharge due to age of system. There appears to be nothing wrong with the compressor or capacitor. Called customer service with opinions of other technicians and they would not accept they may have had it wrong. Would not provide even a partial refund for service that was ineffective and unsatisfactory. Would not recommend this company to any of our friends or family. Look towards another company that will take the time to properly diagnose and service your expensive HVAC system. They seem to push towards replacing systems unnecessarily. read more
