In total, this resulted in two emails and three phone calls for a single appointment. This has happened during all three of my visits for the same treatment, so it is clearly not a new-client issue. The process is excessive, inefficient, and far from relaxing--especially when simply trying to schedule a massage. I have visited other spas, including Woodhouse locations in other cities, and have never experienced this level of repetitive outreach.
