It looked like a nice spot really cool the ambience of being next to the beach and having food. But the surprise was when we had our food Terrible. Like I have never had or I've never encountered this situation when I don't wanna eat anything because it doesn't taste like anything. We ordered the fried snapper and unfortunately it was old. It wasn't crunchy. It was unseasoned, no flavor. It was really really bland. When the server came after the two minutes, we told him like" this is not for us to finish it like literally we didn't even eat anything and unfortunately I don't know why ( since I'm a server, anytime somebody says something is bad and I clearly see they didn't eat it, i take it off the check.) the server didn't take it out of the check. He charged us for this really bad snapper. We didn't ask him to it, but he could've at least asked his manager to approach the table or something. No nothing just oh sorry. when we clearly barely ate something from that fish.. Will never return to this place unfortunately it's not worth the hype or even the bother of driving there

Grab an ice-cold beer or something fun from the full bar , kick back, and watch the boats cruise by. It's the perfect spot to chill with friends, catch up, and soak in that laid-back Florida vibe. The live band kept the energy going, and the music was just the right mix of fun without taking over the conversation. The food and drinks hit the spot, the atmosphere is lively, and it's super easy to get to. The only reason I'm stopping at four stars? There's always room for that little extra sparkle. If you're looking for great views, good tunes, cold drinks, and a place to unwind with your crew, this one is definitely worth a visit.

PROS: - Busy front entrance; organized and speedy valet service helps a lot - GREAT setup on the water, very large establishment with many seating areas & levels to choose from - Live band gets a star from me every time! - The ambiance is very "tiki-tastic"... colourful lighting & the open air concept adds to the setting CONS: - The taste of my meal was 2 stars for sure... the salmon burger I ordered was mushy and mediocre-tasting - Prices were average but should be lower based on the meals presented - As much as the seating is plentiful there was none available. Be forewarned, the place gets packed! - The staff was rude. At one point we were just kinda wandering around looking for bar seating, and were reluctantly helped when we stopped to ask a question. And by reluctantly I mean eye roll, attitude voice & microaggressive moves like sighing & curt comments. I actually would've said 'one person's actions doesn't define the place' but we got similar frost at the host stand upon entry when being added to the wait list for a table - Not the fault of the restaurant, but the rotten egg smell of the algae in the water was really strong & highly off putting The negatives outweighed the positives for this first-time visit. I will go back one day but I'm in no rush for now... first impressions are the lasting ones.

The ambiance is about what you would expect from a sort of upscale fast food venue. The graphic wallpaper is a little out dated in my opinion, however, there is plentiful seating. I ordered a seafood egg roll and a bbq brisket egg roll with an Arnold Palmer. The egg roll itself is just about the perfect amount of crispy yet flavorful. The seafood supreme is well portioned with shrimp, imitation crab, and some lobster. Paired with a "yin-yang" sauce I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely order again. The beef bbq brisket egg-roll in my opinion did not really do it for me. There was not the biggest portion of brisket within and i felt that it was more mac and cheese than brisket. It was also topped with a sweet golden bbq sauce which in my opinion would have been better if it was not as sweet and a bit more tangy. Unfortunately, the manager tonight appeared to be in a poor mood and treated the guests and myself in a bit of a rude manner. Overall, I would return. The food was filling and overall well-portioned. Clean seating, clean bathroom, nice fellow customers as well. I look forward to trying new items on the menu 4/5 stars

The employee at the counter wasn't friendly or helpful, and when I asked for a paper menu so my family could sit and look things over, I was told to just stand at the counter. It felt awkward being in the way, especially with plenty of empty tables available. The tables also had napkin holders with no napkins, which added to the sense that dine‑in guests aren't really considered. On the positive side, the food was hot and very tasty -- that's what earns this place three stars. But overall, the experience makes me doubt they'll be around for long unless the service improves.

There were a couple trucks parked when we entered the shopping center on the SE corner of Congress and Lantana. My husband knew they were not the right ones. We drove around to find the Family Dollar store. Yes! Right where they said they'd be. There was even a picnic table right out front where we could dine. You order and pay at the window. Your food is packed to go which worked out as we brought a few things home. They do a lot of takeout, obviously. My husband got a pulled pork sandwich. I got the rib sandwich. We shared a small order of baked beans. And he also got some banana pudding. His pulled pork was tender. He added some of their sweet sauce to taste. Ate every bit. My rib sandwich was also very good. I had it open faced. Didn't even need to add sauce. And brought a couple ribs home. The baked beans were fantastic. Nice bits of meat and great flavor. The pudding was my least favorite -- I only had a taste, but too many cookies for me. We even got to meet Howard. He came out to check all was good. And later he said hi to a few of his regular customers. He told us everything is "house" made. What a nice touch to meet the chef/founder! I now know where we will come when we have a bbq craving. And I need to try their rib tips and brisket as well.

On weekends they have a special of 1/2lb of shrimp, 1/2lb of snow crab legs and one lobster. A few people opted for this and enjoyed it. Restaurant has a causal vibe. Nothing fancy but still a splurge. Party of 8 and the hill was under $400 when with an order of king crab legs. Definitely worth the price. Plus they allowed us to bring a special birthday cake for the birthday girl and even sang to her. Hannah provided great service the entire night!
