We definitely are big fans now. Both our egg roll choices wete great and the concept is terrific. The sauces could be a little bigger and maybe put a sports channel on the television, but otherwise great egg rolls.

Service - Good service, Cynthia was nice and helpful Ambiance - Nice restaurant inside clean Food - Kind of disappointing I had the egg rolls, ( Hibachi & Philly Cheesesteak) fries, fruit punch. The egg rolls were very bland didn't have any flavor wasn't nasty but wasn't good or what I was expecting. The fruit punch was very good though. Spent total of $28 so not bad on pricing -- size of egg rolls are good fulfilling. Only did 2 Stars because I pride myself on tasting good food and yeah it just wasn't it respec

Don't sleep on world famous. I was hungover earlier this week after girls wine night got crazy. So I wanted something greasy and good. Since this is close to my house I opted to grab a you pick 2 egg roll option to go. I got the Philly cheese and brisket with a strawberry lemonade to go. To my surprise the drink was slushy like with real pieces of strawberries that hit the spot. I also got my fries garlic parm style which were the best fries I've had for some time. Nice, crunchy and slathered with buttery Parmesan. The brisket egg roll was my favorite with Mac n cheese inside topped with a bbq sauce. The Philly seemed to be just beef with a yin yang dipping sauce. Food was hot and ready when arrived. I want to circle back soon for some wings, fries and to try the different egg rolls.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and expected it to come with cheese as advertised. When I went back into the store I asked the front lady for cheese - she told the chef and he was so confused and had no idea what cheese went on it and ended up putting Parmesan cheese which ruined my entire plate. Staff has no idea what they are doing. Untrained. Food was mediocre and will have you feeling sluggish after. Not worth the time or money. I should've left when I saw the empty restaurant.

I love Chinese egg rolls. I think the casing may be the second most ingeniously tasty edible packaging concept--after the sugar wafer ice cream cone, of course. So imagine my excitement upon finding this brilliant south Florida restaurant that serves over 20 different kind of egg rolls from Asian (yum to Korean BBQ) to Mexican and Italian (lasagna!). The place has all the charm of a Queens (NYC) pizza parlor. The service is abysmally slow. It's name presumptively pretentious. The presentation of the signature egg rolls in clear plastic clam shell containers is disappointingly low rent. But the egg rolls? The egg rolls themselves are to die for. They are served piping hot. The casings are fried to a crispy perfection; the chewy crunch is satisfying between gnashing molars. They egg rolls are served cut in half on a long bias. The interior contents have been cleverly stuffed so they yield an artful, sushi-like quality when presented. Oh; and you get two large egg rolls, plenty for a meal, for $11.31. Why there aren't more of this restaurant concept I don't know. This was one of the most fun and tasty meals I've had in years. I'll be back a lot.

Stopped in for lunch with a co worker of mine. I decided on the curry chicken eggroll and the Korean bbq eggroll with lemon pepper fries. also picked up a cheesecake It was fairly slow and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and hot. I fries were piping hot. Everything was delicious and flavorful. I would eat these everyday if I could.

This may seem like a strange review. We came for their famous "taste of the world" egg rolls -- so many different combos -- and fell in love with their chicken wings. Go figure. We'd ordered their "mix n match" -- where you get to choose two different stuffed egg rolls. After reading some other reviews and discussing what we felt like sharing, we got their Philly cheese steak and their bbq pulled pork ones. Each came with a couple sauces in each small container -- half and half filled -- which we also mixed and matched by dipping. The portion was large -- each roll cut into two pieces so it was easy to share. Of the rolls, I liked the cheese steak one the best. I like my cheese steak without onions so there was no problem whatsoever that it didn't have any. I also liked the bbq pork, too -- but if I had to choose between the two, steak it is. At the last minute I added in a half dozen chicken wings. I requested them well done with lemon pepper. This turned into a great idea. The wings were dry and crispy and oh so lemony. At the bottom of the container was a bit of the marinade -- that we fought over -- to dip our wings in. I'd gotten some blue cheese as my side (you had the option of that or ranch dressing), but we wound up dipping the steak roll in it instead of the wings. I'd get these wings again in a heartbeat! Most people were doing takeout when we were there. And your order is packed for takeout -- even though, like us, you might be eating inside. They have some lunch specials and even some salads, if you must. The breakfast choices were unexpected. Southern style items like chicken and waffles or shrimp and grits, et al. And some of the sides are so intriguing -- seafood fritters or sriracha fries, for example. This food truck turned restaurant is a keeper. There are too many interesting items that I need to try when I come back.... in addition to those lemon pepper wings!

Our waiter pointed out the wahoo ceviche, salmon, tuna, rolls... our friends enjoyed their noodle dishes that were plated beautifully with an edible flower. Unfortunately, no one came back to check on us or refill our water glasses. We weren't rushed, but we did have to ask for our check. For appetizers, the Kind of the Sea soup, prawn rolls, and dumplings are all delicious. Our server Eugene was exceptional -- knowledgeable, warm, and full of incredible recommendations. We started with the seafood pancake and a chef's special smoked fish dish (I wish I'd caught the name!) whose presentation was absolutely stunning -- every element on the plate was intentional and edible, right down to the flowers. On Eugene's advice, we went all in on the grill: wagyu beef, two orders of pork belly, and the snowflake short rib. The snowflake short rib was the star of the show -- it melted like butter and was absolutely divine. The wagyu was delicious too, though a touch less buttery than the short rib. The pork belly held its own, especially paired with the Ssamjang dipping sauce (a fermented soybean paste and gochujang blend that's the perfect complement). We wrapped up the savory courses with garlic shrimp -- a great finishing touch. The banchan were all wonderful, and it's worth knowing you get three free refills while you're grilling, with additional refills available for a small charge. For dessert, we ordered their halo-halo-style treats in mango and red bean (again, I forgot the name -- but don't let that stop you!). They were delicious -- not overly sweet, with a satisfying texture from the mochi and shaved ice. We loved both, but the mango was my personal favorite. The space itself is beautiful, with plenty of grill tables and a generously sized bar for those who aren't coming to cook. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive throughout. Worth noting -- this business changed ownership about 18 months ago, and the difference is evident: it's exceptionally well-run and the quality of ingredients has been elevated to a whole new level. This is definitely a place to splurge and savor -- everything we had was perfection. If you're in the area or on the hunt for a truly delicious and authentic Korean BBQ experience, this is an absolute must-visit!

We started with Peach Soju, which was light, slightly sweet, very refreshing. The Kimchi Pancake was a great appetizer: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with that tangy, slightly spicy kimchi flavor that makes it so addictive. For mains, the Beef Bibimbap was great especially during a cooler night. It's a rice bowl served on a sizzling bowl, topped with seasoned beef, vegetables, and egg, and once you mix everything together, you get a perfect balance of savory, spicy, and comforting flavors in every bite. The Soon Tofu Jigae came out hot and bubbling. It is a rich, warming stew made with soft silken tofu and a flavorful broth that's slightly spicy and incredibly comforting. We also ordered the Korean Steamed Egg, which was light, fluffy, and almost custard like. The Chicken Katsu rounded everything out nicely with a crispy breaded exterior and juicy chicken inside, served with a classic sweet-savory sauce. Banchan was included with the meal, which is always a plus. For anyone unfamiliar, banchan are traditional Korean side dishes (like seasoned or pickled vegetables) served with your food to be shared and enjoyed throughout the meal. They really add variety and enhance the overall experience. Yami is consistent providing great food, welcoming service, and a comfortable atmosphere.

One room is the regular dining room, and the other is a huge sushi bar taking up the length of the restaurant. The restaurant is a Korean restaurant with Sushi and Dim Sum and a few other Chinese meals. The regular menu is large. Plus, if you are there during the week, ask for their lunch menu. My husband ordered their sushi bento box from the lunch menu. It came with a house salad with ginger dressing and miso soup to start. The salad was crisp, and he liked the ginger dressing. The miso soup was served hot and had pieces of tofu in it. The bento box had 5 pieces of sushi and a half hamachi roll (he could have also chosen a half tuna instead). He said the fish was very fresh and delicious. I started with an avocado salad -- from the main menu. It had a lot of slices of avocado on top of the lettuce with cucumbers and tomato. There was a vinegar-based dressing on top of the salad. It was good, but I preferred the ginger dressing which I got a bit of on the side. Then I ordered a few items from the Dim Sum section of the menu. I started with their turnip cake. It was perfectly cooked on the outside and soft and creamy inside. It's one of my favorites and usually if they do this one well, then all the others are good. I'd wanted to try their shrimp stuffed eggplant or the crispy shrimp with taro but they didn't have any of these in house. So I had their classic steamed crystal shrimp dumplings. I liked these as well. We had very good and friendly service throughout. We even got a taste of two of their kimchi's as a comp offering. There are a number of Korean dishes and combos with different soups and grilled meats and fishes that we'd like to try. I know we will be back here -- I'm hoping that it is sooner rather than later.
