I ordered a quart of their beef stew that cost $16 and there is no beef in my beef stew. Well that's not exactly true. There were two and I counted them two little tiny pieces of beef in a quart size container of beef stew I just ended up throwing the whole thing away because I'm not gonna just eat a bowl of carrots and potatoes. Actually reflecting back and looking at the bowl I don't even see any carrots and I had to add a can of peas into the soup to give it some kind of body. Very disappointing.

The beef was very tender and not rubbery at all. The addition of the fresh veggies and herbs were the chef's kiss. They provide a generous amount of broth and meat, so I was not complaining at all. I felt like they took amazing care of me and ensuring I was satisfied with my meal. This was some of the best pho I've had that left me wanting to come back very soon.
