    Wang Tonkasseu (Tonkatsu) was delicious!
    Paul L.

A classic hole-in-the-wall Kalguksu place with a nice mom and pop vibe and amazing food. The lady working was very warm and provided excellent, attentive service. Look at the size of this Wang Tonkkasseu (and I promise it tasted just as good with that nostalgic tomato sauce). My partner's Kalguksu was just right with a nice anchovy broth, and the side dishes were refreshing and extremely delicious. Come here if you want a traditional Korean food staple and want to beat a dreary or hot day

First eating around H-mart mall. We choose Korean noodles. Ambiance is fit for big families. The service is good. We also learn how to eat wrap appetizers. It seems very healthy. Portion wise is fair. Perilla noodle soup is my first ever. My brain still loading what the is the soup ingredient? Potato's ? It's seems very healthy soup. I see people ordering pork cutlets I have to try next time!

The lone waitress was scurrying around to serve an abundance of customers who were part of the BTS frenzy this weekend. Food was good but banchan was sparse compared to what I'm used to in Hawai'i. Had bibimnaengmyeon- spicy cold noodle and Hobak jeon. The jeon was excellent- crisp not oily with bits of tasty squid!

Found this place during our visit to Las Vegas, and it was so good! Not a very large restaurant, but there was no wait on a Monday night. We got the hot stone pot beef bulgogi, bossam, kimchi dough, and seafood noodle. The noodles were so fresh and perfectly chewy! The hot stone pots were super hot and made an amazing crispy rice bottom! It was definitely the best one I've had yet. The only issue was the timing of our food. We waited around 30 minutes for our food, but when it came, the waiter did not let us know that the king pork cutlet was out of stock, so my father waited for nothing! He was upset, but the waiter was apologetic and the rest of the food was super good, so he still wants to come back!

Large portions, no wait, and right next to HMart! Grabbed a quick brunch before we went shopping. It's a clean restaurant set up with ordering tablets at each table. Perfect spot for soup season. Seaweed banchan (5/5) Barley plus doenjang(?) (5/5) Kimchi (5/5) - a lil on the sweet side Mung bean pancake (5/5) - crispy and decadent, wish they drained more oil but it's delish Perilla seed sujebi (5/5) - tastes like a hearty potato chowder w slight nutty flavor

Vegas finally has a solid kalguksu restaurant with a variety of options and at a reasonable price point. The restaurant is located in the same plaza as H-Mart so it's the perfect place to stop in and eat before grocery shopping. I loved the convenience of being able to to order at the table (if you want) via the tablet and even request things like the bill. I thoroughly enjoyed all of our dishes and especially loved the spicy seafood kalguksu. We also ordered the perilla one, which was also a hit at our table. If you're a tonkatsu fan, their king tonkatsu is HUGE and was so juicy and delicious. The restaurant is super clean and well maintained. They provide excellent service there and are so kind and accommodating, even when you have a baby in tow :) Overall, this is a great place to grab a quick bite solo or with a group of friends or family where there will be happy tummies!

Great noodle place with other entrees as well! I love that it's open so early. I can shop at Hmart when it opens to avoid the long lines at checkout and come eat here before heading home. We ordered the clam dough noodle, spicy cold buckwheat noodle and deep fried flounder. The complimentary appetizer was delicious. I appreciate that our server taught us how to eat it. The clam dough noodle was fantastic. Nice clean broth with so many fresh clams and loved the sujebi noodle. The spicy cold noodle was good as well. I was surprised at how much I liked the deep fried flounder. Great seasoning and good quality fish too. I would love to come back and try other noodles and the raw marinaded crab. Highly recommend!

Best place to get kalguksoo (knife cut noodles) in Vegas. Their kimchi seems homemade and tastes so good. All their side dishes are thoughtfully brought out and taste rich and healthy at the same time!!! Will definitely come back to try out their other menu items.

My wife is Korean and from Orange County. She is almost always disappointed with Korean food in Las Vegas. But she really loved the North Korean cold noodles. I absolutely loved the spicy pork hot stone. The rice got all crunchy! So tasty. Noodles were high quality and authentic (per my wife)! Service was great as well.

Stopped by here after checking out the new H-Mart next door for some lunch. Upon first walking in, you definitely can feel the authenticity and mom & pop shop vibe. Ordered the beef bulgogi rice (which came with kalguksu) and steamed pork dumplings. The service was excellent, they were very attentive and friendly. Food was also up to par. Even though it was a small side, my favorite was the kalguksu. We did have a minor mishap with our food but it was taken care of immediately. The owners were apologetic and took care of the bill. Overall, our experience was decent. I did see they have soy marinated crab which I might come back for.

#23 Hot Stone Pot Spicy Pork

Came on a Monday evening, and they were not very busy. This isn't the same plaza as the future H-mart, so definitely expect this place to pick up in the future. Service was great, and this is a pretty traditional Korean restaurant. Ban Chan - Pretty standard with some kimchi. Wasn't the biggest fan of their selection (4 sides total) #23 Hot Stone Pot Spicy Pork- 7/10 - Portion sizes were fantastic, probably could've shared this one huge hot stone pot with another person pretty easily - Not too spicy, wouldn't worry about this dish being painful to eat - It comes with a side of their noodle soup. This is just soup and noodles, nothing else, but it allows you to get a taste of what their handmade noodles are like - One minor drawback is that the hot stone pot is super super hot temperature wise, and even after 20 minutes of chatting with the food in front of us, sometimes each part of the food was scathing #3 Mung Bean Pancake (7/10) - Thick pancake, the provided a good bite with a nice crust on the outside - Good to share with the entire table

    Soy Marinated Crab

This was a place that we wanted to try, as they have dough soup which isn't too common in Las Vegas (as far as I know). Fortunately, we also got marinated crab which I would say is the best reason to come here. Soup wise we ordered Spicy Clam Noodle and Anchovy Broth Dough. They both were pretty light in flavor and could use more flavor. The spicy clam noodle was more of my favorite, if I had to choose one of the two. There wasn't anything too spectacular in my opinion. The one thing that actually was pretty good was the Soy Marinated Crab. We actually received this first, and it was really flavorful and well balanced. Maybe the fact that we had this first set a high bar for the soup. And then once we received the soup it fell short. So ironically, I'd say my main reason to come here is just for the Soy Marinated Crab. The place is pretty small but has a good amount of room. There is a waiter that has a tablet to take your order, but you can also order through the tablet that each table has.

Bon Korean Noodle, conveniently located next to H Mart, looks like it's just the start of what could become a vibrant Korean shopping and dining hub--maybe even a mini Korean mall in the future. The restaurant itself is clean, neat, and welcoming, with friendly and attentive service. The portions were generous--definitely enough to share if you're not super hungry. Despite the scorching heat outside, the inside of the restaurant was almost freezing, which made the hot soup extra comforting. The noodles and sujebi were perfectly tender, and the soup base was fresh and flavorful, without the heavy MSG taste you sometimes find elsewhere. Everything tasted clean and well-prepared, making for a satisfying and authentic Korean meal. I'd gladly come back, especially to see how this growing complex develops!

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).
