Food was amazing! Restaurant was clean n tidy. We all loved the BTS music. The bad part, it felt like AC was not working. It was hot in here. The worst part, the service was TERRIBLE and slow. I ordered a Coke in the beginning and never got it. I ordered banchan refill and never got it. We had family in town from Canada and I'm glad they liked the food. My favorite Korean place in vegas! Chicken wing are huge... each piece Authentic and I come here regularly. Pork belly salad is incredible with thin slices of pork belly so it doesn't load you down. Kimbap is another fav of mine as the roll are long and flavorful read more

This is a good place to go with friends and family. The portion sizes are on the larger size perfect for sharing. There are plenty of options to choose from. They have delicious side dishes they serve as well. The Kimchi soup was delicious, but was on the saltier side. Overall, I would go back to this place and take family/friends. read more

Went during Memorial Day weekend and they had a special BRS menu set but unfortunately were sold out by the time we got there. The restaurant is spacious, they have a waiting area, which made waiting bearable, especially since they had a BTS wall. The food was amazing, although the batch of rice we got was undercooked and had a bite. I would still recommend it as service was really good. My favorites were the bossam and mul bibim naengmyeon. Private side booth seating for a party of 4 is pretty nice. 11pmish on a Saturday night was pretty dead. There was probably only 2 other parties there, all hidden in a booth too. They offer free iced or/and hot barely water. Spicy squid $17 The group was just hoping to find a small amount of clear noodles on the bottom. Maybe we will order that at the end next time. Gam Ja Tang, large $34. Light spice in this. The party enjoyed this. Beef short rib soup $18. It was overly salty. But is probably the lightest food there. Beef ribs were too tough to get any meat off of the bone. Soju Peach bomb is a a sweet creeper. My cousin usually likes the other location they have. First time trying this location? We arrived at around 8pm on a Sunday night. The evening was quiet and there were plenty of tables available. The interior displayed a modern and clean appearance. Kimchi Stew | Served in a hot pot, the broth had enough spice and flavor with plenty of kimchi and tofu chunks. Spicy Chicken Tender | The tenders were bite-sized. The majority of the pieces were primarily composed of batter rather than actual chicken meat. They remained tasty and crispy, with a smoky flavor similar to Gangnam sauce. Menu: Usual Korean barstaurant foods were on the menu, such as fried chicken, ramen, stew, rice cakes and pancakes. Service: Although it was not busy, the service was slow. The restaurant is located near Palm casino and super close to the strip. The restaurant is newly opened (a few years now) but it is super clean, modern design and definitely a lot of seating area. The service is quick and I like how there is a at the table that we can call. Thr menu has changed quite bit with limited me u items mostly bbq stuff and bimbimbap. We saw tons of people recommending this place, so we made it our first food stop after arriving in Las Vegas. We ordered a tofu soup and the boneless chicken feet stew. The service was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the food was a major disappointment. The tofu soup was below average compared to other Korean restaurants we've tried, and you could easily find better versions elsewhere. The chicken feet stew was even more disappointing, the chicken feet themselves were bland, the dish wasn't spicy at all, and almost all the flavor depended on the sauce, which was also lacking in seasoning. Surprisingly, the bean sprout soup that came with the meal was probably the best part. We ended up mostly eating the rice and side dishes and decided to grab In-N-Out afterward. Maybe we simply ordered the wrong dishes, but based on this experience, we probably wouldn't give it another try. read more

The place was quiet with music playing on the TVs. There were other guests. They were just busy eating. I was hungry and I ordered entirely too much. I knew better and I just threw caution to the wind. Korean seafood tofu soup is a gift from God. It makes my insides smile and the egg that cooks in the boiling broth is the most magical part. But here's the thing... I had kimchi, beansprouts, cucumber and then they bring a boiled egg and the soup ... Oh no! I also ordered bimbap and a seafood pancake. Yeah- too much. But I will give it my best shot. I ate the soup once it cooled down and couldn't find my egg. I decided to eat the boiled egg they gave me. I cracked it open only to find it wasn't boiled at all. I added the raw egg to my soup. My waitress must have been watching me because it was like she dropped from the ceiling to snag my contaminated soup. She told me I only get to put the egg in boiling soup. She took off with my soup and brought me a new one. More soup. I mean I love it and I'm grateful to her for saving me from myself, but it was so... much... food. The kimbap was bomb. I inhaled it. All of it. I didn't bat an eyelash. I was like a snake detaching it's jaws. It was gone immediately. It was SO fresh and tender and just exceptional. And then I ate more soup. So much soup. But so so tasty! Now let's talk about the seafood pancake. It looked nice. I took a bite. It was bitter. I flipped it over. Totally burnt. A sacrifice had to be made here today. It was the seafood pancake. I didn't complain because I couldn't eat it anyway. I put a napkin over it and called it a day. I thanked my waitress for saving me and waddled out like a full tick. Would I be back? Absolutely. Next time I'll crack my egg right away though. Lesson learned! read more

We ordered the bossam, grilled garlic squid, and rice cake skewers. The bossam was a great portion and tasted delicious. The cabbage, radish, and banchan complemented it perfectly. The squid portion was a bit smaller, but still good. The rice cake skewers came in a set of two and were soft and chewy. Although, the sauce was thinner than what I'm used to and I would have preferred it a little thicker. Overall, everything was still tasty! read more

We decided to come to this Soyo because the location on Flamingo is sooooo slow to serve food. So we thought why not try this one maybe it'll be better. Nope. The food takes 30+ minutes to come out (we didn't even get any panchan) and the restaurant is empty but the saving grace of Soyo is the food is SO DAMN GOOD. We always get the cold chewy noodles, chicken wings (they let me get half soy garlic and half snow cheese), and the grilled spicy chicken lunch special which comes with amazing side dishes and soft tofu soup. Instead of water they give you refreshing barley soup. We always leave so satisfied because the food is so flavorful and you can tell the chef is really talented. Soyo was a very enjoyable restaurant. They have a row of all booth seats that offer privacy. The restaurant is located close to Palms, so not in the busy parts of Chinatown and there was no wait. We got the Korean wings. They were crispy and all the flavors we tried were very tasty. Korean cheetah was the favorite among the 4 of us. It was savory, had a little bit of seaweed powder taste, and lightly spicy. The snow flower cheese was another cheese flavor, but the cheese powder was not spicy, but instead, lightly sweet. The 2 sauced wings we tried were soy garlic and Korean. Both were sweet sauce, but not cloying. Most KFC places, focused on fried chicken and there aren't many options for other Korean food. I love Soyo offered many grilled dishes, soups, kimbap, pig trotter, and jeon. Corn cheese came out first and we gobbled that up in seconds. Sweet corn with a cheesy melted crust on top. Definitely get this dish along with the wings. I felt like having some soup and yukgaejang hit the spot, but wish it was a little less salty. read more

The perfect post party meal! We went after day club and had some delicious soup- galbi tang- full of flavor, soft ribs, and paired perfect with ban Chan of cucumber, potato, radish, and kimchi. Well well. If y'all been around for a while in this city, you'd know that soyo started off in rainbow location and that's the OG when there was barely 2 KBBQ spots months entire town 10 years ago. I don't know why it took me this long to come to this location but I'll be frequenting this location from now on for several reasons: 1. The spicy beef soup (yuk gae jang) recipe is exactly how I remembered it tasting from 10 years ago. It's the OG way. Whereas the rainbow location has changed their recipe and it no longer tastes how I remember. 5/5 2. Their seafood pancake was actually crispy and delicious. Had good flavoring. 5/5 3. Stone pot bibimpab. I mean, that's hard to mess up tbh. 5/5 The vibes be vibing and didn't realize how big it was inside. Service was 5/5. It's a ways from me to go to this location but it was also recommended by a Korean friend that this location supersedes others and I have to agree. Will be back 100000 times. Bulgogi was amazing! It was very flavorful and tasty. Not pictured was the seafood pancake, spicy chicken, and the rose rice cakes. The rose rice cakes were very watery but the flavor was pretty decent. The spicy cold noodles had a strong fermented taste which was a little different from previous cold noodle dishes I've had. Overall, the best dishes were the seafood pancake and the bulgogi!!! read more
