The instructor Nikki has sincerely changed my life. Don't get me wrong I did the work but if you want to be challenged, motivated and supported as a woman/wife/mom, this is where you come to get it done. I'm not a joiner and I'm DEFINITELY not a group exerciser and this experience was an experiment to get different results from working out/dieting and though I have peeled off 40 pounds (and counting) it wasn't the goal and in the end it wasn't the motivator to keep coming back. It's the community I have here and the feeling of accomplishment I get from being a part of this group. Thank you FIT4MOM and thank you Nikki!

I joined when my son was 4 months and it was wonderful to have a place to come and get out of the house. There are classes to go to every day of the week which is great if your schedule changes. You bring your babies in strollers and exercise around them. If you are wearing your baby, then the teachers will easily guide you in ways to continue feeling like you're getting a great workout. Each class ends at a park and you can choose to stay and chat, breastfeed or have your babies play while you cool off. Such a supportive place to get your body moving and out of the house after baby. Highly recommend.

It's such a thoughtfully put together program - a different theme every week, story time, free play in the big sensory gym, messy play, arts and crafts and snack time with friends. It's also been really special as a parent to be able to join the kiddo in school instead of just dropping off. There are other kids there that go with nannies and they also seem to do really well. It's great that the kids can go explore and play but then check in with a trusted caregiver here and there when they are feeling the need for closeness too. And it's so fun to get to be silly alongside the kiddos there. We've also done some of the other standalone classes like messy play and little movers and those are basically shorter versions of the pre preschool and are great. We'll definitely keep doing those too until we age out. :-p After mommy and me I had no idea what to do when the kids graduated and were 1. This program has been so wonderful for us as it provides my child with some structure and plenty of time to play. I couldn't say nicer things about the teacher Danielle. She goes above and beyond and is just great and the staff is so so nice. Highly recommend!

Our almost 4 yr old son (recently diagnosed with ASD) attended Play 2 Progress' summer camp program for two weeks and had an AWESOME time. While it took him a moment to adjust to his new environment, with a lot of tears and resistance the first 2 days, Allie and her team (including Natalie and Kaitlyn and Esme) showed tremendous patience, flexibility, and willingness to come up with creative solutions (like creating a visual schedule of activities and adding a one on one counselor to give our son extra attention), all of which helped him feel very comfortable and welcome. As parents, we had a lot of worry and anxiety at first, but those fears evaporated by the 3rd day when our son jumped out of the car and ran into the playroom with a backwards looking "Bye Mom!" THANK YOU again for making our son's first camp experience so great.

Brighid was our course instructor, and she was super knowledgable, open and supportive to all types of relationships, birthing plans, and wasn't overly dogmatic by recommending a "one size fits all" approach to this very dynamic process. She was experienced and knowledgeable, answered our questions, gave recommendations, resources, and context, and we could not be happier with the experience. The office was quiet, clean, free from distractions, and the environment was comfortable and inviting. My wife had a few fears/concerns about being a first time mother, but after the class she's feeling much more comfortable now that she's equipped with so much context and information. Overall this was a fantastic experience and anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and is looking for a bit of guidance and support should seek this place out. Thank you Brighid!

Our son was having a hard time napping out of our arms, which led to a very sore neck and arms and no time to do anything! Ally and Lisa are the wonder women of babies!! Talking to Ally really instilled the confidence that I am able to transition him out of only napping in my arms. She helped me to break this habit immediately. She is kind, loving and caring and it's so clear to see her strong passion to not only supporting my child but me as the mother as well. I love her gentle yet realistic approach of setting us up for success. I now feel like a new person with her help and getting him to nap in his crib. It's a very liberating feeling! Plus, you can tell he is more rested in his awake time due to a better nap! If you're struggling in any way, do not wait too long for their services!! They are a true God send. It was just amazing to see the progress he (and we) made in such a short time frame. For context, we did another method of potty training six months ago that I felt pretty lukewarm about -- he was still struggling in a number of aspects and we were very frustrated and discouraged, hence reaching out to Ally and Lisa for help. From my initial inquiry, Ally and Lisa responded very promptly to schedule a call and developed the plan quickly as we had a very short time-frame we were working with. I especially appreciated how Ally and Lisa tailored the plan to our unique circumstances (extensive travel and move abroad). Their 24/7 text support was invaluable and I will be saving that text chain forever. I also feel better equipped to address inevitable challenges and regressions should they arise in the future. I really wish I had done Ally and Lisa's plan to begin with, would have saved a lot of time, effort, and headache. Thank you, thank you!

Sharon also made the class fun by having us doing hands-on learning activities. And most importantly, she serves amazing snacks. I was up front from the beginning when I made my initial appointment that I have been experiencing this pain and that a main point of the appointment is to discuss it. At no point in time was I told that this would cause the appointment to not be covered by my insurance. While I made the appointment and before when I filled out paperwork, even though I made it CLEAR that I was experiencing pain, this was never mentioned. Then a week later I am told this was not covered and I owe over $450 because I 'discussed pain' with the doctor. Mind you, discussing the pain was unavoidable as the questionnaire they give you explicitly asks about pain and any adverse issues. So I was charged $450+ for being in pain, essentially. I feel hurt and disgusted and cheated. I came here trying to get help for a terrifying issue that is putting me in a lot of fear. And instead of getting answers, I was billed $450+ for even mentioning that I am in pain. Someone needs to be held accountable for this injustice and if anything the receptionists and doctors should at least feel responsible to warn a patient that we may be charged hundreds of dollars simply for saying that we are in pain. Words cannot express how hurtful and traumatizing this is especially after years of experiencing similar injustices with insurance and healthcare providers. I just wanted help and instead I feel cheated and violated. And I was given no sympathy for this whatsoever by receptionists or insurance even though I am sure they are dealing with these hurt patients they have cheated all day and therefore lost some of their humanity. Providence healthcare, and America needs to do better. You all should be ashamed.
