On this…read moreoccasion, our air conditioner stopped working, and a technician named Gio diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor. He promptly replaced it and had our system up and running again. Unfortunately, the very next day, the air stopped working once more. Red Bear responded quickly again, and a technician named Steven diagnosed the new issue as a blown fuse caused by exposed wiring that had likely come into contact with itself. He explained that the damaged wiring was most likely the result of a rodent chewing away the insulation. Both technicians were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they found and the repairs they performed. Their professionalism and prompt response are appreciated.
