paper plates, plastic forks, plastic cups for dine in.

Dine in service is completely absent. Once food was served, it was pretty much cafeteria style they dont check on you... I had to ask for the pickled radish, and this was well after our meal was done. No water refill, no extra napkins. No apologies. I have been to many franchise locations from California to Maryland, and this location takes the cake for horrendous. I couldn't get past the horrible service to even taste my food. Why was everything served in to-go containers? -24pcs soy garlic -Japchae -2 steamed rice -pickled radish Management, please work with your staff on service. Please close your dining area if you're understaffed, and let customers know that takeout is only available at the given time. $66.67 wasted... disappointing 1st visit to this location. Yikes.

Just in case you need a take out menu to keep!

Ahmad and the staff were great. He shared how abusive customers can be and we had a great exchange on the value of customer service. I got the 16 wing pieces for my wife to enjoy! Oh, the soy garlic is the top choice! My order was prepared while I waited. Bonchon is on the inside with enough room for a small family of six to sit comfortably. There were two other parties already sitting down, enjoying the food and the ambiance is not too noisy.

Moldy cheese is crazy. I love Bonchon, but this location was just bad. The food didn't taste good and I got moldy cheese. I ordered the tteokboki and chicken. The teokbokki was dry and lacked flavor.

Bonchon makes the best chicken! Was driving by saw this location by surprise and took a detour straight in for lunch. Dining room was empty but there was a steady stream of take out orders so we ate at the bar. The service was impeccable and the restaurant is clean. My favorite is still those giant chicken drums with the bestest crunch you could ever taste. Wow! My son ordered french fries and he was given a paper bag full, so good. Must be the pandemic , they served our food on paper plates, plastic utensils. No matter, we were there to GRUB! Five stars._

COVID update: Best option is order online and pick up in person. They do not allow dine-in at this point and have created a plastic barrier to aid in contact-free pick-up to protect customers and staff. They also offer delivery but I find the food is often delivered cold by the third party delivery services. Quality of food has remained very good for us and we celebrated when they reopened. Our last purchase was a family meal. Everything was excellent and the servings as expected.

Business responded promptly to my report via email. They wanted me to reach out to the store so they can give me free 8 more pieces of drumsticks and other discounts for future orders. Very generous, but I declined the offer since I'm not willing to drive 30 - 45 minutes from Catonsville to Crofton, just for that and some coupons. So I just suggested to just refund us what we paid for and call it even. I don't think they like that response, it's been couple of days and I haven't heard anything back from them. I may never ever go back to this particular store for logistical reason, let alone just for a redo of my order. A refund would suffice and at this time, the only option.

Boneless wings with their signature sauce, plain fried rice and daikon radishes (they are good).

I've had Bonchon at their Arundel Mills location years ago. I tried them again since they now have a location in Gambrills. This is quickly becoming my favorite chicken. I love the sauce and the crunchy chicken. This pic is of the boneless since I don't like picking out the veins, skin, tendons, fat and skin on boned chicken. When I went, it was empty inside and a few To-go orders lined up for pickup. But the attendant was very nice as she handed me the food. Everything was tasty. This was our first time trying daikon radishes and we enjoyed them. I will be back soon.

Visited on a rainy Sunday, there was only one other table of patrons. There were many people that came in get take out orders. They do have table service so we sat down and ordered off the menu. They do not have beer or wine. The wings were extraordinary and the other food choices were tasty. I will return! Lots of free parking at this location, as this located in a mini mall. There is a Chinese food place next store and a Krispy Kreme.

This is a very expensive fast food restaurant. I love Korean food but $18 for a bowl of Bi Bim Bap and a soda?

When y'all going to open the door? If not just close all together.

Does the Crofton/Gambrills location have beer yet?

They do not. I just called to confirm, since I hadn't been there in a while. They do not currently serve any alcohol.

Total came out to approximately $20 (not including tip). What's Hot - Quality. Delicious. My vegetable pho with tofu and vegetables included ingredients like broccoli, carrots, tofu cubes, nappa cabbage and even daikon. - Menu. This is one of the most extensive menus I've seen at a Vietnamese restaurant. Not only do they have the standard pho options, to include bun and drinks, but there are also clay pot options, Singaporean noodles, savory crepes, seafood, and vegan options. There is the option of ordering vegetable broth, which I did, and was delicious. - Price. For the portions and quality of the food, good value for money. I ordered a large pho. That in combination with my summer rolls was enough to get me full and not stuffed. - Service. Because there was a small group of us, we asked they provide us separate checks, which they did. They did a good job of keeping track of our orders and our final tabs were accurate. We did not wait a long time for our food, as well. The only thing that took longer than the pho was the crepe that my friend ordered, but it wasn't too long. My group took a while to order, because we were chatty. We also stuck around for some time after finishing our meals. Their staff was great in checking in on us and refilling our water afterwards. For me, the mark of good service is when they continue to check in on your even after paying your tab. - Layout. It's a small restaurant, but there are booths and tables. There's also a good size parking lot in the plaza. What's Not - Layout. Their layout does not appear to accommodate groups more than 6 people. This location is also a bit of a drive for me, so it's not the most convenient, but that's specific to me. Final Answer Definitely worth returning to.
