Service here is pretty proactive, coming by regularly and taking orders promptly. We got a mix of meats and sides throughout. Pork belly is a winner, both slabs and slices. Beef intestines were not as we remembered from other locations, but nonetheless good. Sliced beef brisket and jowl are also good cuts for folks looking for something new. Not too much of a fan of marinated meets, but I'm sure they'd live up to the same level of quality too. One huge plus about this particular chain (for which you do pay a bit of a premium in the price) is that they have pretty amazingly efficient grills and vents, such that you can largely avoid smelling like your AYCE KBBQ afterwards.
