She refused to let me carry anything, seeing that I was pregnant. She even took my credit card inside the restaurant and came back out with all the papers so that I would not have to leave my car. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he turned around and ignored me while I was speaking to him. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Customers should not have to worry about paying for an order, receiving nothing, and then being denied a refund.
