Bonding is one of the most delicious restaurants in Brickell. Not only is the food amazing but the ambiance and service is top of the line also. Bond is an incredible host and makes the dining experience fun and exciting.... and even goes so far as to create the gorgeous flower arrangements through out the restaurant himself. Obviously we were way overdue for some fresh Thai flavors in Miami. That alone is worth the price of admission (which, by the way, is an incredibly reasonable price). The fact that they have a chill, fun ambiance; offer solid sushi favorites in addition to their Thai menu; AND deliver right to my doorstep seals the deal. Although the venue itself is a little loud, the energetic neon light and sleek white furniture bring a modern flare to the block. Bonding is a amazing place to get sushi! The only draw back is its location. Im not going to hold that against them because the food was so good! If your not careful you will miss this place because its in this little strip on land between the roads. You have to park in the back which is where the cigar bar is located. Its weird is all i can say but its worth it. When you walk in your emerced in pink everything! Again kinda weird but its done in a manor that goes with the decoration and music of the place. The owner works here so it was nice meeting Mr.Yum and his crazy hair, lmao. The appetizers are really good, we had the Tuna Tataki which came out in a amazing presentation of color and flavor. We then ordered Mylender Roll, Lobster Tempura Roll, New Styke Spicy Tuna Roll. Everything tasted so much better than it look, which the presentation was amazing with the color of the sauces to the arraignment of the center of the lobster roll. The Lobster Roll is the only thing that didn't have as much flavor as i was hoping for. It was still really good but i was expecting a lot more flavor. The most amazing flavor dishes we had where the appetizer and the Mylender Roll. Highly recommend the Mylander Roll! read more

I was very disappointed when I ordered delivery from Bonding. I have been to the restaurant many times and was always pleased with the food, so I decided to order food in. Online I put instructions specific for one of my orders to be vegetarian, I was delivered the wrong food items... When I called to let them know, they insisted that the online ordering doesn't work well and I shouldn't have used it if I had a request, that it wasn't their fault. After speaking to three people that told me it was my fault they finally agreed to bring me my correct order under the pretense that I give them back the food already delivered (which was fine since it wasn't what I ordered) being delivered the wrong food wasn't the upsetting part, it was how the situation was handled. read more

I had expectations and high hopes for this place since many yelpers claimed it was the best Thai in miami. The pictures also deceive. I left really unsatisfied considering the peas in my thai fried rice tasted like they came from a frozen packet (still frozen while I was eating) and albeit ordering Thai hot/spicy, my dish wasn't cooked in spices at all, they just poured chili powder on top of it. This was the strangest experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I was there with my boyfriend for a little over an hour, when we paid the bill the waiter cashed it out his card on a hand held machine. After paying we sat and finished our sake and the waiter came back over and said the card was not charged and she had to run it again. My bf found the transaction pending on his card, the waiter was insistent it never charged the card though. Then another waiter came over and said the machine was broken and they would refund it and recharge it. We said no, the card was charged and they were being very rude and basically saying 'give me your credit card' at this point and it was weird. Then a third waiter got involved and said the bill was incorrect and that they needed to fix it and recharge us. This whole ordeal ended up with 4 waiters arguing at our table for about 30 minutes while my bf and I were looking at each other like 'wtf is happening??!' They all had different reasons they wanted my bf's credit card and it was very strange. It was very unprofessional and inappropriate and I asked them at one point to please leave our table and go argue with each other somewhere else but they still wouldn't shut up. They spent longer harassing us over the credit card machine then we even spent eating there. If this had been a chain restaurant I would have definitely been making some complaints and wanted out whole dinner refunded for how inappropriate they behaved. We'll never go back and I would advise anyone who eats there to pay cash cause the place is shady AF. read more

Welcomed new offering in Brickell though every time I've gone it's a different experience. Also, sometimes they deliver, other days they don't and only to specific buildings. This can be annoying when you're looking to stay in and hoped to order Thai/ Japanese. The menu is printed (not laminated or finite) and it feels like they're in a permanent "soft launch" with offerings that extend past the menu. The food is pretty good, especially the Bags of Gold (fried phyllo wrapped around shrimp filling) but the other dishes I tried have had a weird after-taste. The sushi and sashimi are always fresh, and they have an awesome $10 sashimi lunch special. only downfall is that they don't have a sushi menu yet, so you either need to know what you like or have the server go through their signature rolls off the top of their heads. I have tried to find better Thai food than Bonding in Miami, I can't. No exaggeration, they make the best Thai food in SoFla. Try the Sea Bass, the red or green curry and for the non adventurous they do have the best Pad Thai - bar none. You will note everything is fresh and made from scratch, even their coconut milk is the best for any curry. Go on the weekend and hang around for drinks as the music slowly gets turned up. I've been to Bonding a few times before this evening and they always seem to wow me with their delicious offerings. Tonight we had the Hamachi Jalepeno appetizer, a seaweed salad (always a fav), the dynamite cupcake, a Mexican Viva roll and Thai donuts. The HJ was really good. A nice change from the typical Tuna Tataki you would normally find elsewhere. The MVR was AMAZING!! Awesome blend of sweet and spicy and with some soy sauce, the perfect addition of salty. Great balance of flavors, def recommend. The DC I wasn't too crazy about, too much rice for the amount of dynamite that comes with it. I'd recommend they eliminate about half of the rice portion. Finally, the TDs. Who doesn't love them?! Great way to top off the spectacular meal we just had. Great food, great service, great vibe. A+! read more

I love Bonding. I've eaten in house and have ordered deliver. The Delivery is prompt and always exactly correct. I'm a huge fan of their red curry with chicken, i get it mild(regular) and its the perfect amount of spice for me just the way it is. My fiance also loves the red curry chicken and orders it "extra spicy" and he just loves that he can get his food as spicy as he like it. The spring rolls are amazing too! ... When we ate at the restaurant the noise level is a little high, but the service is great and the atmosphere unique, definitely will go again, when I'm not too lazy and just order delivery from them! haha Hope this is helpful! read more

I just returned from Miami after a 7 day girls cruise. We ate at Bonding the night before we left Florida ; holy moly, I have never tasted anything like the amazing goodness that we had while at Bonding!!!!! We ate a variety of items including; lettuce wraps, green curry duck, sushi, garlic edamame, noodles with shrimp, popcorn shrimp (to die for) and the banana/Nutella dessert. The atmosphere was very modern and fun with beautiful fresh flowers all around. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel like family; we even spent some time with the owner who goes out of his way to interact with his customers and ensure you have a good experience. Looks like I will be spending a lot more time in Miami at Bonding. read more
