I was able to get someone to talk to that didn't even ask me for my name or my order, they were very quick to let me know to come back in 45 minutes because they are packed. No problem. Long story short, I came back 45 minutes later and much like other reviewers here my order was set aside and left to get cold. No one likes cold seafood. I understand that the current pandemic has left some businesses scrambling but I put in my order 3 and a half hours earlier for this reason. This is a multi-billion franchise. The eating process is painfully slow. 15 minutes to get our drink. 40 minutes to get our meal after we got our drinks. That must be their SOP because it was that way last time as well. I went to Bonefish Grill for lunch. First, it seemed to be difficult for the hostess to grasp that the answer to her question concerning "how many?" was one. Second, when I quipped that I got to sit next to the kitchen today, she snapped back that I got to sit next to the kitchen because that's where the waitress was serving. A wonderful way to start a meal. The lunch menu did not interest me, so I ordered a smoked old fashioned, salad, snapper, Brussels sprouts. The server seemed a bit awkward but was helpful with the menu. When she brought the old fashioned it was served far away on the table to the left. It required that I ask her to remove the lid and move it toward me. I had Chardonnay with the meal. The food was delicious, stick to a regular old fashioned, and I believe I had a brownie and vanilla ice cream with a coffee for dessert. I have been to this location before. I do not know why it was so important to make a person feel uncomfortable. My bill exceeded $80 and my tip exceeded 20%. I doubt that the lunchtime crowd met this amount. read more

I enjoy this brand and stopped in for dinner. I like how they allow you to make online reservations to join the waitlist. Sometimes, there are quite a few people ahead of you and any little bit helps when trying to eat and get back to it. Upon walking inside, we were greeted and sat promptly. (The restaurant was not busy when we arrived so we were able to pick where we wanted to sit). While waiting for our food, I used the restroom and noticed that it could use some tlc. There was toilet paper on the floor of one stall, another stall had menstrual stains on it, and the trash can was full to the brim. Regarding the COVID-19 protocols... It was good to see all employees wearing masks. However, I did not see any tables marked off to prevent anyone from sitting there to encourage social distancing. I think our server's name was Devin. He was very nice, but appeared not to be able to multitask very well. It took awhile for him to get to our table once we were seated. We had the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer which was wonderful! I ordered the Oscar Chilean Sea Bass with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The sea bass was Luke warm, and so were the broccoli. My mashed potatoes was the only thing that was hot. Very disappointing. My husband ordered the pasta with chicken. He said the sauce was hot, which is what made his dish warm. I have dined at Bonefish for years and love the ambience, service and most of all the food. Unfortunately, there are not many fine dining restaurants in the Snellville area. The marketing of specialty menus for sharing has really caused me to visit more frequently. I have dined at Bonefish for many occasions, today was a special friend's birthday and our server Barringoto made our visit very special from the moment he greeted us at the table. We started with the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer. I ordered the house salad, Salmon with salas, green beans and Brussel sprouts. He ordered Mahi Mahi with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. All of the food was perfect temperature and seasoned well. We even had food to take home. The bar has the reputation for making the best drinks. Our server continued to make sure we had everything we needed. To finish off our meal he received a cheesecake. The one thing I can truly say about Bonefish is that it is consistently good in providing good service, food and ambiance. I highly recommend giving Bonefish a try! read more

Starting with the waitress (Kelly) she was nice but I think she forgot we were there, Then seated guess at least 30 minutes after us , then there food came out , ours still not out . then we ordered drinks and entree at the same time . I ordered grilled salmon, when it fina came it was blackened.. it was over cooked and dry... Kelly went back to see if she put the order in wrong, she says she didn't know how the order was messed up.. The manager did offer to reorder the meal but after that long wait I declined.. since it was my first time and while it being a date night for the hubby and myself I just didn't want to . This review is a reflection on how the management handled Valentine's day 2021. 4:30 Reservation arrive on time, parking lot was crazy, cars looping around for takeout. Was told by hostess they had no clue when we would be seated. A patron waiting next to us said they had reservations for 3:00 and had been waiting 1:30 minutes and was leaving mad. It seems the restaurant was giving priority to takeout meals and let the house go to pot. At 5:00 I had no intention of waiting another hour, I went up to the hostess and asked to speak to a manager, she said they had a table for us. I told our waitress I had asked to speak to a manager and that I was a Dine Rewards Insider. We had typically appetizer and salads which was good because at 6:00 our food still was not out, no management rep ever came by and the waitress said she had no eta of our food. 6:30 (we had been there officially 2 hours) our food showed up. $100 bill of cold and undercooked, sea bass, scallops, and risotto dishes. I told the waitress to let the manager know I was not just unhappy, I was mad. The waitress was very apologetic the entire evening. This was a reflection on the management staff's ability to run the place. I am a little late writing this review as I and my wife spent the evening throwing up, it must have been her undercooked scallops that she had me try. We eat here several times a year. The service is hit or miss. This day was definitely a miss. Our food order took well over 20 minutes to arrive. After complaining to the manager she offered a free dessert. That's customer service 101 which was fine. The dessert, Jamaican coconut pie, was something I wouldn't normally order and was quite tasty later for a midnight snack. We started with the calamari ($9.90) which was crispy and well seasoned. We are also fans of the bang bang shrimp but decided to switch it up. The complimentary bread and oil are always good, most times the bread is warm. And the house salad ($3.70 w/ entree) never disappoints. The hearts of palm are a great touch. My husband had the angler sirloin steak ($17.30) with mashed potatoes and asparagus which is considered a deluxe side. The Bone Fish post-pandemic is nothing like The Bone Fish pre-pandemic. It used to be a joy coming to this place -- nothing but quality. There was always a line trying to get a table. The quality and the quantity of the food have suffered badly. I went with two friends, and after finishing the meal (which was decent, but certainly nothing to rave about), everyone's consensus was we need to go find something to eat.
