We came on a Saturday around 2:00 PM, and there was still a 30-45 minute wait (I figured it would have calmed down by then). The only frustrating part was that the host never mentioned they wouldn't seat us until our entire party had arrived. We were the only ones waiting, and after asking what the delay was, they finally explained the policy. It would've been nice to know that upfront--we could've grabbed a drink at the bar while we waited. Our friend's car had broken down, so they were running late, but with several empty tables, the wait felt a little unnecessary. CJ and John were both amazing and really made up for the rough start with their friendly service. The Peach Bellini, Strawberry Lychee Mojito, and Paloma were all delicious. The shrimp & grits were great, and we also enjoyed the calamari and Bang Bang shrimp. My only complaint was that the drinks took a really long time to come out--even when it wasn't busy. Our food actually arrived before our cocktails. The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and I loved the octopus painting by the bar. Overall, it's a fun spot with good food, great drinks, and excellent service once we were seated.

My friend and I walked in for lunch on a Friday and sat at the bar. The ambiance was great! Indoor and outdoor seating, and the patio-side of the bar was open on a beautiful day. We started with drinks and appetizers. My friend enjoyed her Hennessy margaritas, while I had the HennyThing is Poppable and Peach Whiskey Cosmo--which I enjoyed better. The appetizer wings, pita with dips, and salmon egg rolls were all fresh and tasty. The entree was the star; my friend and I had the same dish. We both ate most of it, and saved some for later. And, we saved room for dessert. There were a few dessert hiccups. One, they were out of cheesecake. Two, crème brûlée is not a to-go option. Three, we weren't made aware of the second matter until we were ready to pay. The bartender's service and personality kept us in good spirits, and I ended up with the banana pudding--it was yummy! The other drawback was the amount of flies we had to fight with the patio-side bar being open. Hopefully, there's a resolution for this issue soon. Overall, a rising gem--beautiful establishment and ambiance, good food and drinks, great service, and free parking! I would visit again!

Food was delicious! Service was a bit slow but everything tasted great. Be mindful we had dug into a few of these plates before I took the pictures. We were expecting tapas taster sized plates, but the small plate were actually decent sized portions.

I've eaten in cities across the U.S. and abroad, from high-end tasting menus to small local spots. I look for consistency, portion value, and how a place treats people. Parkside at the Grove shows promise, but the experience felt uneven. Food * Great Gatsby roll Avocado, spicy imitation crab salad, smoked salmon, tempura crunch, spicy mayo, eel sauce This stood out. Balanced texture and flavor. Clean bite, good sauce control. Easy 5/5. * The Devil Wears Ponzu Seared salmon, cucumber, spicy tuna, ponzu, lemon, tobiko Fresh and well put together. The lemon hits hard. If you do not like citrus forward flavors, it throws the whole roll off. Solid but niche appeal. 3/5. * Chimichurri Steak Grilled cumin marinated steak over street corn with cilantro Flavor was fine. Portion missed. Three small pieces of steak over corn feels light for the price point. You expect a more substantial plate. 3/5. * Cajun Pasta (chicken and shrimp combo) Andouille sausage, fettuccine, garlic cream, parmesan, tomatoes, spinach Good base flavor. Shrimp held up. Chicken came out dry, which pulled the dish down. Needed extra seasoning at home to bring it back. 3/5. Service This is where the visit broke down. I came later in the evening. One server made it clear she did not want to take the table. I waited about 30 minutes before another server stepped in. He handled things well, but the damage was done. I ate the sushi there and boxed the rest. Service sits at 2/5. I travel enough to know one interaction does not define a place. It felt like a bad moment, possibly a rough shift. It also felt like I was judged early, which affects how guests are treated. That needs to be addressed. Ambiance Strong upside here. The patio setup, bar layout, and overall spacing give the restaurant a good foundation. With the right energy and consistent service, this could be a go-to spot. Final take Good ideas on the menu. One standout roll. The rest sits average with some execution gaps and portion concerns. Service needs consistency across all staff, not just one good save. I would return once more to see if the service issue was an off night. The space and menu have enough potential to justify a second look.

We arrived around 7pm and were told the wait was 90 mins. We put our name on the wait list and walked around The Grove to waste time. The surrounding area is really nice. The bar was full inside and outside so we found a table nearby. After realizing we should have made reservations we went ahead and booked because we were still at #22 on the wait list by 8:15. We were seated by 8:50pm after making a reservation. The room we were seated in was a nice size room for a dinner party. There were a few large parties in there. Water was already on the table which I loved. Our server Shawn came over immediately to greet us. He was really nice and gave great suggestions. We ordered a few cocktails and they were all reasonably priced from $10.99 to $12.99. Our server gave us a few appetizer suggestions so we ordered the brussel sprouts, chimichurri steak and salmon eggrolls. The appetizers all came out at different times like 15-20 mins apart. Our brussel sprouts were not as described on the menu. There were no sweet potatoes in the dish and it seemed pretty small for a shareable app. Our server said the kitchen possibly made a side dish instead of the appetizer, however I didn't see Brussels as a side dish option on the menu. The salmon eggrolls were my favorite. The chimichurri steak was also good according to my friends. I will try the sticky ribs next time I go. For my entree I ordered the Cobra Kai Sushi Rolls without Eel Sauce, sub Dyn-No-Mite Sauce and I got about 10 pieces. My friend ordered the Fra Diavolo Linguine and it came out missing the crawfish. They quickly rectified it and brought out a side dish of crawfish. She enjoyed the dish. Overall despite the hiccups we encountered our server Shawn was amazing and very efficient. The restaurant just recently opened and I'm sure once they get into their groove they will be able to execute flawlessly. We will definitely return.

Great atmosphere, great food, and an all-around solid experience. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, especially the sticky ribs and sushi rolls. The vibe is upscale but still relaxed, making it a perfect spot for date night or hanging with friends. Definitely one of the better spots in Snellville!

This was my first visit to Parkside at the Grove, but it won't be my last. I visited with a friend for brunch. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Service was attentive and helpful, and the space is beautifully decorated. I enjoyed my Cajun pasta dish while my friend enjoyed the salmon. I'd like to revisit for dinner.

Still in its "soft" opening process so please bare with them. Grand opening is geared for next month. Reservations - Good to have to not have a wait or too much of one, but not needed. This is more of an upscale restaurant that I don't believe Snellville has seen (could be wrong, but I havent and I am a true foodie). Note: They also have patio seating although we opted for indoors. Upon arrival at 6:43, reservations were for 6:45, we were greeted by a hostess and was advised that our table was ready. Our waitress was Tonya and extremely polite. Around that time the crowd was on its heavy side so there were minor hiccups....AGAIN, they are in their "soft" opening stage so EVERYONE is getting acclimated to EVERYONE/EVERYTHING. No drinks for us, but an abundance of different spirit drinks are listed on the back of the menu that took all the space where regular drinks were not listed (Soda, teas, lemonade, etc.) However, I did hear a table near us RAVING about the drinks!!! Next time, 'tho!!!! They have "shareables" which are small plates/tapas. Our table ordered the following: Botanical Salad - 10/10 Dy-no-mite Shrimp - 10/10 1/2 Dozen Blue Point raw oysters - 9/10 Lamb Pops - 10/10 - VERY tender and seasoned well, not overpowering overpowering French Market Snapper - 10/10 - First time eating Snapper and it DID not disappoint. I want to say "borderline" salty, but the presentation of it with the Shrimp, crawfish, dirty rice, and asparagus ALL came together with each fork full!!!! Cajun Chicken Pasta - 9.9/10 Unfortunately, no dessert....way to full and satisfying from the tapas and dinner plate. Tonya, our waitress suggested Garlic toast and it was ordered later for the remaining take-out....tried it prior to leaving and IMO, GET THE GARLIC BREAD!!!!!! Ease of Reservations: 10/10 Ambience:10/10 - Great for a date night with intimate/dimmed lighting View of Kitchen : 10/10 - You can view them cooking Service: 9.2/10 Food: 9.9/10 Parking: 8/10 - This is downtown Snellville that is continuing to grow so if you live in the area, ride share is encouraged depending on day/time. Just remember that this is a new and popping restaurant!!!!!!! Enjoy!!!!!!

Receipt! Paid for two (myself and the birthday lady)

Definitely a 5-star rating solely on not having to go to the depths of the Atlanta streets to find a nice restaurant to dine in on a Friday night, but I rated it a 4-star because of the pesky fly that was present (our table/booth was near the door). They may want to get a deterrent to keep the flies out and away! The ambiance was chill, with laid back vibes. I hosted an intimate dinner date here for 6-ladies to celebrate a birthday! Let's start with the ease of making a reservation! Clutch! Then moving on to the food -- everything was flavorful and plated so lovely. I'm unbiased, so let's be clear when I say "everything," I'm speaking of the food and drinks we ordered --except the Brussel sprouts, which were overcooked (two of my guests had them and I tasted for myself -- hearsay isn't my friend lol). I ordered three small plates (sticky ribs, Greek salad w/o onions, and salmon egg rolls). I also ordered a cocktail! Chef's kiss on the Fresca. I'm uploading the receipt for those curious at pricing (moderate); the receipt was for my food and the guest of honor (birthday lady). I will definitely be back later this month for round two and try some other eats, but these were worth me ordering again. Check them out!

I saw that this restaurant just opened at the grove so I decided to come here with my family. It was a group of 5. We were able to easily make a reservation online. Upon getting here, we were seated and our server soon introduced herself. She was very friendly with our group which I appreciated. However, I wish there was a bit more promptness and professionalism - speaking from someone who has previously worked as a server. We ordered drinks first and then we ordered appetizers. The appetizers came very quickly and we finished our appetizers before she even came back to take our main course orders. Our drinks did not come out for a long time and we were told that the drink tickets didn't come through to the bar. She went to resolve the issue. We still waited even longer and did not get our drinks until most of the entree's had already arrived. For the rest of the review, I will speak to everything we ordered in list format. Can you snell it burger- dry patties Cajun pasta - flavorless, not real Cajun flavor Shrimp stuffed crab - great Chimmi churri steak - told us they didn't have this available so we got a burger instead... well the steak came out long after AND they charged us for it. A manager should have addressed this and removed it from our bill. Lychee mojito - great Regular mojito - proportions off & charged $20 for it when all other drinks were between $11-12 Cucumbercita - too much syrup; not good at all Salmon - it was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor Calamari - lack of flavor Crab cake - it was okay; could be better Oreo cheesecake - very small portion for the price Cesar salad - it should have been called a bread crumb salad; not bad but not a real Caesar Botanical salad - good The menu was quite extensive and I think they should maybe focus on perfecting their dishes and overall experience. I will say it was a very nice ambiance and had beautiful decor for an evening out. However I don't see myself returning.

The ambiance is great a beautiful restaurant we definitely needed this addition to the town. My server was nice She explained all the food will come up as it's made so not all dishes will be at same time , she said for freshness the food doesn't sit but the calamari came out cold . The salmon egg rolls were delicious, I would order those again , we had only ordered tapas the Brussel sprouts were really tasty but the sticky ribs lacked flavor , I wasn't impressed with those . The pricing is great though. but my friend ordered a simple Cesar salad and it came out so late we had already finished the appetizers and the salad came out when we felt ready to go , and a salad is easy to make so should not of taken so long. I won't be harsh because it's a new place And the vibe was nice but the timeliness for food needs work .

There is an open kitchen style towards the back of the restaurant, and at the center, there is a bar area. The restaurant is relatively dark, fair warning. There was a unique selection of appetizers and entrees. So I had a hard time choosing, but for appetizers we ended up getting Tuna Tower, Wagyu sliders, and the Goku roll. Naturally we were a bit dull after that, but I wanted to try an entree so I ordered the seafood gumbo and my partner ordered the lobster mac and cheese (he says he gets this here every time). All the appetizers we got were AMAZING. I don't have a single complaint about the taste, quality, or flavor. The display was also very neat and nice. I will say the lobster mac and cheese and the seafood gumbo were a bit too salty for my palate, but I can tell that the flavor was there. They were very generous with the seafood for every meal, so that was a plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and come again. There were so many other entrées and sushi rolls I wanted to try, so I will update this review as I do so!

Not to the point anyone waited a long time for a correction and with a party as large as ours I think they did a great job. The food was good. We were served three appetizers [chopped salad, bourbon glazed brussels, seafood fondue] family style. I don't eat pork so I loved that the bacon was on the side for the brussels, which were delicious, and the chopped salad was equally as good. I don't eat shellfish either so I didn't try the fondue, but everyone around me who did, enjoyed it. The entree I had at the restaurant was the pan seared chicken which was pretty good although it could have used a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon. I also had the cacio e pepe to go and it may have been my favorite thing I've had thus far from here. I did not order any beverages other than water, but next time I think I'll try a cocktail as they looked tasty. I live an hour plus away from this location so I probably won't be returning soon, but if in the area again I would definitely eat here again.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.

Everything was absolutely delicious! One of my favorite items of the night was the bread with tomato (pan con tomate)! The bread was toasted perfectly and came with garlic and grated tomato to spread on it, along with a sprinkling of greens. My typical favorite at Spanish restaurants (patatas bravas) was done very well here too, with the right crunch and tasty sauces. The perfectly tender octopus came with a side of beans that I wished to ask for the recipe for because they were seasoned so nicely! The calamari was breaded lightly which allowed the natural flavors to shine. The beef empanadas were juicy and crisp. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. The vegetable paella was also filling and wonderful! We ended our meal with the toffee butter cake which was an absolute dream. We look forward to coming back for more!

The location was VERY busy, almost difficult to walk through with the amount of people standing around waiting to get sat, but just wish it would have been a quicker turnaround time, especially with the reservation being booked. Now onto the good! Our server and server assistant Mitch were both lovely. Mitch came by frequently to take our order and check up on us. The food and drinks were INCREDIBLE! We got the some tapas, including potatoes, croquettes, empanadas, tomatoes and meatballs and everything was top tier. Quite an affordable night out if you end up sharing a bunch of dishes. The white sangria was also amazing. Very floral but in a not over powering way. We ended up choosing street parking a street down and were able to walk right to the restaurant with no issues. Would definitely love to give this place another try as it seems very promising but maybe on a less busy night.
