I also had smelled gasoline in my car multiple times. Diogo arrived promptly and it was convenient to have him working on my car while I was at home. He was incredibly thorough with checking the car for possible fuel leaks. I also learned a lot from his inspection. I asked him to remove and re-install the brakes to make sure they had been installed correctly. He did it so quickly and discovered that Meineke had not properly lubricated a part, which is what had caused the noise. After he was done, we took a test drive in the car and the noise was gone. The brakes were so smooth after that. I hired Diogo a second time to change my spark plugs. Again he was very quick and efficiently got the job done. I appreciated his recommendations for which spark plugs to use. My car is running great, and I will be trusting Diogo with all my future car maintenance.

They will not share the footage of the service they provided until you provide a court order/subpoena even though they say the footage shows they did no wrong. TERRIBLE customer experience from all who of the Take 5 Oil employees at the shop (Ivan, Juan, and Henry) and from the corporate customer service team. They use a 3rd party claims administrator who refers to them as their client and only has their interest in mind.

After having gone to a dealership and told my car was going to be pretty much inoperable because of the transmission needing to be replaced outright, I was beginning to panic. We reached out to this shop over the phone to just schedule getting my vehicle looked at to see what repairs needed to be done and of the transmission could simply be repaired (or needed to be completed replaced). Luckily when we came in the mechanic was thorough and we found out that the transmission was fine and would be for a good while still. The next order of business would be to get my AC fixed by getting a quote for that. The inspection and ac repair cost me about 900 dollars (give ir take). But they also did some other minor repairs just because, such as fixing the fuses in my car to get the lights working, air in the tires, car realignment, tires rotated and air put in. We had a short time frame to try to get the ac fix and there was some issues finding the right sized pieces to fix it, but after the first, second and third try, she was as good as new. The front desk was also very nice when I had any questions and worked with my schedule to get this all done. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs repairs on their vehicle and is looking for a reputable mechanic that won't price gauge you for themselves.
