Went in for oil change and noticed the oil was being suctioned out instead of removing the drain plug. Technician said to prevent stripping the drain plug. I requested to please remove plug. Why cut corners especially when paying $99.00? I checked the bill and it said checked tire pressures and that did happen I had to ask them to check please. Won't be returning read more

I needed an oil change... and normally I go to the dealer I bought the car from. But I get tired of the constant games this dealer plays (not the same owner as when I bought the car). So I checked Yelp... and found Take 5, very close to where I live. Went in, and they told they were missing some workers... so it would be a little slower than usual. They still got me in and out fast.... probably 15 minutes, not an issue. Very friendly staff, and entertaining too. Price was more than I would pay at the dealer... but worth it. They did have a $7 coupon that helps. Great service! read more

I had been here a couple of times before without incident, but today they broke a $300 part while attempting to access the oil filter. I watched as they yanked a hose rather than unclipping. At that time the man denied breaking it, and said they were refusing service on my car. And get this- the part he broke didn't even need to be taken off to complete the oil change. Not only did I not get my oil changed, but now I have an expensive car repair to try to fix before a road trip. Don't go unless you want expensive car repairs! read more

Why 5 stars? Because my experience was shockingly better. --- --- --- I've been to a couple of Take 5 locations and have not enjoyed my experience. To be honest, I've been to this exact location before and was 99% sure I'd already written a review, but apparently not. My first visit here consisted of a guy who was quite pushy in his attempt to up-charge me with everything that could possibly be replaced under my hood. But I noticed that the reviews were pretty good, so I figured I'd give them another chance. My 2nd visit was a completely different experience. As I walked up, I was handed a bottle of water, which I was worried was just a way to butter me up, but honestly, there was no pushiness/sales-y-ness during my time here. I don't think it was actually 5 minutes, but it was definitely less than 10. Not getting out of your car, a free bottle of water, your tire pressure adjusted and your windshield being cleaned at the end are some nice bonus perks associated with this oil change. And again - all in under 10 minutes! I think this will be my go-to oil change spot from now on, assuming I don't deal with the guy I saw here the first time again. read more

I came here because my mom recommended it. I give them a try. She likes that you can get some scheduled maintenance on your car all while staying in your car. I have to say I've never had a "drive through" oil change experience. I got the oil changed, new wiper blades, cabin air filter and some other filter, plus they topped off fluids and cleaned my windshield. The sales associate also said they report everything they do to Carfax so there's a record of maintenance with Carfax as well. I don't know if the Carfax reporting is an industry thing or a service unique to them, but this is the first I'm hearing of it. And I do appreciate records I don't have to keep up with. Will I come back absolutely. The service was awesome the price was reasonable. read more

This was a great experience from the start. The attendant greeted me and gave me a water while I waited. I like this place because you don't need to get out of you car while they change the oil. Perfect chore to do if your kid decides to snooze in the car. The attendant talked to me about all the types of oil and how long they would last. He didn't pressure me into one kind or the other. I was also was happy they didn't haggle me about needing a ton of new parts for my car...like windshield wipers. It took a little longer than expected but I assume that's because three cars pulled in at the same time and honestly it wasn't more than 25 minutes. Every time I go here the staff is super friendly and very detailed. I've gotten my oil changed here I think just about every time my car needed it and it's always a very quick trip. People from Tampa, FL... avoid visiting the one located in Gunn hwy, worst customer service ever. I've been there twice, and haven't had a good experience. I was here last Sunday, and no good customer service. An employee called Yomar was very rude from the first moment he started talking to me. He even went to me and apologized, saying that he reacted like that because he's had a rough day.
