However, After documenting all of the missing items, damaged items, reviewing the items and the list with an on-site United inspector and submitting this to United, the United Claims Team #9 responsed with an offer that was barely 10% of our damage claim. They asked that if i have a rebuttal to their assessment, i should complete it and send it in. I did this in exacting detail. That was almost 2 weeks ago and i've been ghosted. I've moved many times and never encountered anything this shady. It felt more like a heist than a relocation. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the heartbreak--do not use this company.

(Alex the owner thinks EVERYTHING is somebody else's fault anyone but him) Brought inadequate equipment for the job. Moved items they were specifically told not to move and left behind things they were supposed to move. I had to move 5 pick up truck loads of things they left behind. Did not send the number of people they said they would. Did not finish the job and had the nerve to demand full payment for an incomplete job. I should have checked them out more thoroughly. I would have learned that they have a "D" rating and revoked accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. Lesson learned.
