Moved items they were specifically told not to move and left behind things they were supposed to move. I had to move 5 pick up truck loads of things they left behind. Did not send the number of people they said they would. Did not finish the job and had the nerve to demand full payment for an incomplete job. I should have checked them out more thoroughly. I would have learned that they have a "D" rating and revoked accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. Lesson learned.
