Sometimes they have decent sales. The store is big, easy to browse, nice service, prices on the higher side. The staff was very friendly and greeted every single customer that came through the door and was sure to inform every customer of the deals they were having that day and where all the sales racks were located. This store was very clean, and had plenty of hand sanitizers throughout for your convenience. I highly recommend this location, but be sure to bring your mask. It is a required in order to shop at this establishment.

However, I wanted a larger size prompting my visit to the store located on the second floor of the Century City mall. I swear there was so many cozy, chic items I walked out with a bag of stuff and so did my mom, which was funny because I know she had zero intentions of buying anything. But we were both delighted with what we got. The sales associates were nice and very helpful adding to the positive shopping experience, and the store was nicely organized. The current Aerie location is temporary while they prepare to open the actual shop next door. Right now Aerie is conjoined with AE (yes, I'm familiar with AE), so you get a 2 in 1 shopping experience. So glad my doom scrolling was interrupted by an Aerie ad. Even though the store was busy, I felt like I had a full personal shopping experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive. They checked on me multiple times in the fitting room, brought different sizes and styles without hesitation, and even helped me coordinate full outfits while I was shopping throughout the store. At least five different employees offered to bring items to the fitting room for me so I didn't have to carry everything around, which made the whole experience feel so easy and elevated. The store itself is super clean, very organized, and one of the biggest Banana Republic locations I've been to. There's always a fitting room available, which makes a huge difference when you're trying on a lot during a sale. Everyone who works here is genuinely friendly and helpful, not pushy at all, just very professional and welcoming. They also validate parking, which is such a nice bonus when shopping at the Grove. Honestly one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location.
