Daydreams & Tea is a phenomenal edition to the retail scene. Particularly, small businesses in The…read moreArcade. Let me be clear: nothing like this exists in Cleveland. Now, to count the reasons I love this store: + Elegant bridal gifts. + Gorgeous baby gifts. The most stunning collection of stuffed animals and German teddy bears. + Fantastic small gifts for the "I don't know what to get them" person. + Classy stationary (this is HARD to find). But the most interesting thing about Daydreams & Tea is their self-proclaimed interest in "Regina"-alogy. A play on genealogy named after the owners' mother, this shop encourages both genealogical projects and storytelling. What do I mean by that? + Genealogical projects: they have gorgeous sets of family tree sets, storytelling frames, shadowboxes to frame family mementos, and specific frames for family art. + Storytelling: they collect pieces from local families, and encourage them to leave their stories behind for others to discover. For example, they currently have a fascinating antique piano (for sale). Inside, there's a handwritten note from a family in 1978 explaining the history of the piano when they acquired it, telling the story of its 1892 origins. They believe in making the world a little smaller by encouraging families to tell their stories, and I love it. Check out all the photos I added to get a glimpse of everything above!

Never in my life have I ever been to Ollie's or have heard of this from Illinois. The signage and…read moreall the comical themes definitely lured me in to try this place out. Staff here is friendly. It's got a decent amount of stuff here. I wish there was more food/drinks here personally. This store has everything else at decent bargain outlets that lm impressed on. The aisles though are straight up messy especially the toy aisle. Regardless if I could find of these stores in Illinois, I know where I'll be doing my Christmas shopping at.

First off not one worker in the store look happy to be there. And management is piss poor. Jose…read morewith the hearing aids and the older lady with no teeth. (She didn't have a name tag on.) The lady manager with no teeth thought it was appropriate to approach a four year old child in a very nasty manner accusing her of something she did not do. I tried to explain to her I am her mom and the proper thing to do is approach the adult that's holding her hand. She proceeded to yell and scream typical defensive behavior when your in the wrong. So she the start to follow me through the store yelling because I walked away from her. So I told her " get the hell away from me". She get upset and try to hide behind CFPD due to her disrespecting my child. The store was also very unkept someone brought a dog in the store where it was poop all in the aisles. If this is what represents Ollie's I would never shop here again. They should find employees who might care just a little bit. Worst experience ever
