Please stick to that tough, dry stuff that tastes like beef jerky from the gas station that ya'll call "brisket". The pulled pork was nicely smokey and charred, and not overly sweet! So much of the pulled pork in this town is over honeyed/corn-syrup'd/glazed/etc. It came with crinkle fries and coleslaw. The slaw was a brilliant mix of sweet and zesty flavors, loved it. The jambalaya was soooooooo good. Drool worthy good. Rice cooked perfectly. Flavor on point! Right amount of heat. Full of veggies and meat. Just phenomenal. The Denali fries were probably the most fulfilling and surprising entree. I thought it would be a side of fries just loaded up. No! It's the whole container! They do breakfast all day. They also have Dr Browns soda from NY available by the can or case. The pickles can be bought too and all of their meats by the pound.
