We also did the Funguy, which I went back and forth on--did I love it or was it just okay? I'm a huge brussel sprout lover, so it should have worked for me, but I definitely gravitated toward the smoked chicken pizza as number one with a bullet. For what you pay for a personal pizza from this place is not worth the basic, tasteless, greasy and incredibly thin pizza. It was not cooked all the way. Omg I just went to the drive thru to order pizza and the lone person tall with glasses was really rude he wasn't acknowledging my presence knocking on the sliding window for at least 10 seconds...so I slid the sliding door open and said hello?! He whipped around and said "I will get to you, when I get to you!" And slid the door shut, I felt at least take 1 nano second to let your customer know you'll be with them in a moment instead of the rude lash out! If you can't multitask and utilize mannerisms then I don't think that job is for you sir! unfortunately I left with a bad feeling worried if I stayed my pizza probably wouldn't be made with importance as a paying customer and sorry to say didn't get to try the pizza better luck maybe in the future I guess read more

It comes out piping hot and perfectly cooked, just as you'd expect from a brick oven! They style of pizza is, I would say, a hybrid approach: It has thinness similar to NY-style pizza, but without the extreme floppiness. It has a toasted crispiness similar to Neopolitan-style, but without the charring. It has traditional toppings but also some more new school ones, including lots of pizzas with chicken on them, kinda like California-style. All-in-all, it definitely works! I first had this pizza at the spenard food truck festival on Thursday in the summer. I had the margherita and it was really good! This place makes fresh pizza with their own sauce, thin crust and in a brick oven. They normally reside on Old Seward between Klatt and O'Malley. You can call the number on their Facebook page or on Yelp and call it in it doesn't take more than 10 minutes usually. Or you can drive up and order. The pizzas are delicious here. We got the Funguy and Marg. Perfect for the two of us. Crust was perfectly crisp, light, and chewy. The red sauce on the marg was fresh and bright. The Funguy was an absolute delight with fennel sausage, thinly sliced brussels, mushrooms, on top of garlic sauce. That was my absolute favorite. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality pizza! Service was top notch with pizza hot and ready to go in 15 minutes after we called. A bit greasy, but really nothing negative to say about the food itself other than the size. The major downside is the price to portion ratio. This place is one of the better places for brick oven pizzas! Their menu is very well put together. I got the Spicy Pep and it has fresh jalapeños and that's but hard to get on a pizza so A+ for fresh jalapeños. The crust is perfect, the pizza is not oily which is actually really great. Was able to order and got my pizza pretty quickly. Great service and even better pizza. They are in a great location where you can get pizza.
