My husband and I love Boondoggler's Brewing! Their location is gorgeous and has outdoor seating. We also love the friendly staff and the events they have going on all the time. Our favorite beer is It's About Damn Time and Prosecco on tap is always a good thing.

From load-in onward, management seemed far more concerned with monitoring and restricting the performance than supporting live entertainment. Before the show even began, there were already complaints about potential volume levels simply from seeing the sound equipment and production setup. The band and crew made extensive efforts to accommodate every concern throughout the night. The drummer used hot rods instead of regular sticks, the FOH engineer kept the band under very controlled volume levels, and even the lighting setup was intentionally kept minimal and non-intrusive out of respect for the venue. Despite all of those accommodations, management continued hovering throughout the evening and interrupting over very minor issues. It created an unnecessarily tense atmosphere for both the performers and production crew. Live music requires a certain level of comfort and trust between the venue and the people running the show, and unfortunately that never existed here. In addition, one of the bartenders consistently came across as dismissive and talked down to members of the band and crew during the night. At one point, they stated that this was "a bar that happens to have music," and proceeded to lecture me on how sound works and how customers would not be able to hear each other if the band was too loud. This was particularly frustrating considering the extensive efforts already being made by both the band and audio crew to keep levels controlled and respectful for the room. Everyone involved on the production side remained professional and cooperative throughout the evening, but the overall attitude toward live music and production made the experience unnecessarily stressful. As someone who works behind the scenes to help create a professional live experience, it was disappointing to feel like every aspect of the production was treated as a problem rather than part of the entertainment guests came to see. If a venue only wants extremely quiet background music with little to no production presence, they would likely be better suited booking solo acoustic performers instead of full live bands with sound and lighting support.

Upon arrival, we were in Awe of how big this place is. We were a bit confused on where the entrance was but we found it! This seems like a casual fancy place if it makes sense. You can dress up or down and it will still fit the ambiance of this place. Upon entering it is Grand! Plenty of bench and table seating with two bars and counters to order at. Since it was a sunday they did have one room shut off as it was not necessary to have that whole room opened up. They have plenty of outside patio seating over looking a fountain and pond. It was such a beautiful day with great weather and the views were amazing. Plenty of trees, water and plants to look at. You walk up the counter, place your order, pay and sit down with your alloted number. I ordered their Chicken Parmasean which was tasty but honestly nothing too WOW about it. They do have a limited menu which i do appreciate. Nothing makes me loose my appetite than a very extensive overwhelming menu to choose from. Great selection of wine and beer. They have a bakery section as well. Plenty of slices of cake to choose from. Napolitano, carrot cake, lemon, oreo, canolies and small ice cream cups. Great find and when im in the area again, I will definitely return.

Then again, Graddie and Caleb also have a way to seek and find great values. A bonus is that they offer food delivered from Table 31 next door, which is always excellent and tasty. The deviled eggs, Korean Cauliflower, French Dip and French Fries (crispy until the last bite) are always good as is the rest of their menu. I've had almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed -- oh, I forgot to mention the Nashville Hot Chicken... If you haven't been to this cozy, intimate shop with a large patio area, you owe yours a treat. Cheers!

FWIW: don't let anyone tell you that you can't put a price on your health, it's a dollar up-charge from fries to a salad which was a dollar up from the standard slaw... and the raspberry vinaigrette will fight the blueberries cider all the way - but it's a good salad for a buck ;-) BWB burger represents the breed well coming out on a toasted bun with the standard and customary toppings on top and a knife through its head. really, the only thing I'd do different is ask for a small handful salad lettuce instead of the shredded because it easts better that way. prompt attentive team-service could get annoying but it didn't and the salad to burger transition was executed quite well. price point is not abusive and I'm feeling pretty full up as I finish up and get ready to leave. we did alright today and I don't have a reason to derate so I won't :-)

We came upon this place knowing it was in the area, and decided to try it. They allow you to seat yourself which is fine. They did not seem to be very busy at noon on a Saturday, but people were coming and going. All good. Our server came by quickly to ask about drinks and if we wanted any appetizers. We gave drink orders and said no to apps. It was the first time here, so I tend to look over the menu a little longer than usual, but, it was not that busy. The server came by to take our entree orders and we said we just need a few minutes to look over the menu. Within 1 minute, another server came by to take orders order. We said that we just told the server we need a couple minutes to look at the menu. I'm not sure what the rush was, but it made me feel like they must take orders immediately. For a casual place, with a great playlist by the way, they sure made me feel hurried. The first server came by in a good amount of time, so we finally placed our order. Our food came out pretty quickly. Everything looked really good. Nice portion sizes and the food was tasty. We got a summer lovin flatbread and the California panini chicken sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. I wasn't too fond of the aoli. I thought it was a little thick. I think I would have preferred a honey mustard sauce for the fries. Also, the chicken was so thin on the sandwich you could hardly taste it. Sandwich was good but I expected more of a chicken cutlet as opposed to a flattened piece of chicken as you might get at the deli counter. My guy finished first, but I was still eating. The server comes by and asks what we're thinking for dessert. Again, rushed? I was still eating my lunch. We weren't ready to make that decision but now I wanted to finish and go, because, clearly it's the servers favorite table, and must have some attachment to it to be rushing the meal so much. I think the server needs to work on timing. If one in the party is still eating their food, would they really be discussing dessert yet? And to remind all who are reading: it wasn't a busy day yet. Only a few tables were occupied, so I will be docking a star for the service. Overall if not such a rushed experience, I would say: menu good, portions good, comfortable atmosphere. Nice place. Servers need extra training in timing and approach.
