Forgot to take pictures but I had Wicked Witch hazy IPA and the Somewhere Near Nashville sandwich. Everything was delicious and our server Troy was the best! Atmosphere is great and the restaurant became very busy. We went on a Sunday. After we ate, we moved outside for another drink. Definitely recommend. Langtree has several spots that are worth checking out.

Big flavors, a few misses, but worth a visit. Tried Scratch Kitchen on a whim and overall had a good experience. Beer was great, but the martini fell flat--no heat or depth. The hummus and whipped feta appetizer stole the show, easily the best thing we tried (though more bread would've been nice). Burgers were excellent: The Spicy South had fresh flavors and a nice kick, while Somewhere Near Nashville was huge and well-seasoned. Fries were meh, and service had a couple hiccups (late salad, no extra bread). All in all, solid food with some room for improvement, including more lighting for outdoor seating. A 7/10 spot we'd revisit if we're in the area.

It's cool but overpriced. Came here for lunch and had to wait 10-15 min before anyone asked how many people were in our party. We sat outside since it was busy but not to capacity. I ordered the caprese panini and shared the garlic boo-boo I'm in the shower and try to eat it parm fries.b The panini was good but not worth $15. Should have been $8 max. The fries were good, I like how they are a thick cut and was perfectly fried, also comes with a horseradish aoili. Different, blended well with the fries but not super strong with the heat. The fries are good but not worth $11, should have been $5-$6 max. This place isn't bad but definitely overpriced. Sitting outside is a nightmare with all the flies that will attack your food.

We had a great experience visiting Scratch Kitchen, the menu had plenty of intriguing options and I had a hard time deciding what to try first. I ordered the Bacon Basil Chicken Salad with a side of Sweet Potato Fries and my boyfriend got The Spicy South Burger with a side of Coleslaw. They also have an expensive beer and cocktail menu as well as wine. Our server was Alec, he was friendly and hospitable. They have options for both outdoor and indoor seating, we sat outside but there were a lot of flies around so I would recommend sitting inside unless you have a furry friend accompanying you. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back again I'm sure.

Came for dinner with some coworkers...service was prompt and drinks were brought out immediately! The Arnold Palmer was the perfect ratio of tea and lemonade. The truffle fries were awesome! Perfectly crispy with the right amount of seasoning! Ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. Overall it was ok. The sweet potato fries with the maple dipping sauce was awesome though! Overall a good place to come either way good vibes.

Food was good, service was okay. They seemed busy and the server worked hard so no real complaints other than fairly slow care. Because of a long day on the road, we were hoping for a bit quicker dining experience. Not a very large restaurant but well designed and plenty of room for the tables they have. Those enjoying items at the bar seemed to be enjoying themselves and the drink options and specialties looked great.

    Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich

I've ordered from here twice this week - got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich the first time, and ordered a burger the second time. The chicken breast on my Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was really high quality, really big, fresh, and I really liked the way it was fried. My only complaint (and it's an important one) is the Nashville hot sauce was pretty weak and mild. I got excited when I saw it on the menu, but ultimately I won't be ordering it again because it just didn't pack the punch I'm looking for in a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The burger was also big and high quality, my only complaint is it was a little overdone compared to what I typically would order. They don't give you any doneness options to choose from (at least on DoorDash). Overall it's a solid 4 stars. Quality food and large portions.

This was my first time at Scratch Kitchen. I was definitely pleased with our waitress (I forgot to get her name). Scratch is very casual with seating outdoor seating. Close to lake Norman. Now onto the food I got the pulled pork sandwich I could only eat half it was so big. My friend got the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. For an appetizer we got the potato chips with bacon bites and cheese. For me do wish they would layer as most of the cheese and bacon was on top of the chips. They also have a fully stocked bar and serve specialty drinks. Definitely a spot I would return to. So the next time you're in Mooresville NC go check them out.

Eddie Z here again.this was our second visit here and now we know why we came back. Good food, cooked well, great service. Today I had the grilled chicken salad which was very good and my wife had the fried chicken sandwich with fries that was unbelievably good.the cutlet was so big it barely fit on the bun but my wife loved it and yes,we will return here again. This is quickly becoming a top 5 favorite of ours!!!!!!!

We stopped by for a bite to eat & some drinks. On the drinks we tried Scratch 75 , not bad Pinky Promises , good taste The Frosty & Naughty beers not bad. Beers we tried Messy Jessie , good Banana muffin was great. Food we had the Caprese salad, this was very good nice taste the cheese with the tomatoes & arugula. The Winter jam flatbread was very tasty, nice crispy flat bread great for sharing. Nice looking place , chill vibe it's not very big they have a decent variety of drinks as well as beer, plus some good food choices. Service was good, prices are not bad , we enjoyed our drinks & food.

I enjoyed my first visit to Scratch Kitchen. The atmosphere was welcoming. The service was good and the food was delicious. I ordered the Scratch Signature burger with sweet potato fries (the fries were a recommendation from our server). Everything was delicious. I would for sure visit this location again.

    California Panini, Sweet Potato Fries
    Littzy L.

California Panini was amazing!! Perfect crunch and ingredients! Our server was amazing and so sweet. Pretty good sweet potato fries. I had a yummy margarita with a lemon sort of foam on top, I forgot the name of it, but it was so good. We sat outside for our meal, so peaceful, but it also looked pretty cute inside. Will be back if I'm ever in the area again :)

Text I received (and my reply) while dining in this fine establishment.

The following has never happened until today. I opened up my Yelp because I sent a few Donkey Poker Crawl invitations for Vegas this summer and this restaurant popped right up. I believe in signs so I decided to roll with it--and I'm glad I did. (Important Note: It has happened that a restaurant popped up when I opened Yelp, but never after I sent Donkey Poker Crawl invitations). This is a chill vibe with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar. I chose the latter to eat because nobody at the bar. I ordered the Garden Salad with Chicken (not a thing but you can make it a thing) and a beer followed by an Old Fashioned on the side (not at the same time). The Old Fashioned was also right on the money. I said 'also,' but I had yet to mention the meal being right on the money. That was the case and I'm quite pleased about it. I needed a good meal and a good drink or two as I'm currently in 'negotiations' with two places and I gave up on a third after two years (a big one!). So, just chillin'. This place has a good vibe, the food is great, and the staff is friendly and efficient. You can also tell that they take their food and service seriously. And let's add cleanliness. A great place to stop if there is traffic on 77 (regardless of which way you're traveling). Definitely recommended.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive, making the dine-in experience smooth and enjoyable. I ordered a Create Your Own Burger with mayo, bacon, a fried egg, double patty (medium well) on a brioche bun, plus their signature Bad Daddy's Sauce--and it was delicious. Everything was cooked just right, and the flavors came together perfectly. I also got a side of crispy, well-seasoned fries (note: fries are not included with the burger--you'll have to order them separately), and we started off with an appetizer of fried chicken wings. The wings were tasty, though I personally felt $10 was a bit steep for what you get. For drinks, I had the Bad Ass Lime Margarita, and it was strong and really hit the spot. One glass is plenty for most people. I also tried the Strawberry Bad Ass Margarita, which honestly tasted even stronger than the lime version--both were very good. Unfortunately, the downside of our visit came with one of the to-go orders. My friend ordered the same burger they had earlier, but when they got home, they realized it was made incorrectly--it ended up being exactly like my burger instead of what they asked for. They were really disappointed and upset. Hopefully it can be resolved when they call the restaurant. Here are pictures of the latest menu and my food and drinks - everything looked just as good as it tasted (at least for my order).

Due to this one's geographical location, the energy isn't quite as high, but the staff is efficient and friendly and the food is good. I enjoyed my burger very much and the fries were solid. I ate at the bar and the bartender was good. The only negative is the tap beer tasted odd and I felt a little sick later (nothing serious). The first tap beer felt off and I tried another one and didn't realize until after a few sips that it also felt off. I didn't want to be annoying so I just drank it. So ... if you order a burger and fries and bottled beer (if you drink beer), you should have a swell time.
