Excellent experience shopping with Comodo. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan there in January…read more2020, and the entire purchase went very smoothly. We were treated very fairly and professionally, and did not feel any pressure or urging to buy "up". They are unique in that they stated up front that they really don't negotiate because they price their cars lower than most places and start at a fair price. I agree with their statement; we priced around and found the equivalent vehicle at CarMax, Todd Wenzell Chevrolet, and an actual Dodge dealership were all priced higher. And there is no telling if the other places would even gave a little during negotiations. Bottom line is that we started with a fair price and kind service, and left happy. Really easy and pleasant experience! Will certainly use them again for our next vehicle.

Within a couple weeks there was rust and bare metal over the entire truck. It seemed like a cheap cover up was done to temporarily hide all these spots, but was now falling off. I reached out to Comodo, hoping they would help out or know why this was happening but was completely brushed off. Now I have to sell it for a fraction of the price or spend thousands on a new paint job. I thought maybe I was just unlucky but after asking around I found multiple others who had similar experiences. Their cars seemed perfect, but within 3 months major issues occurred, costing thousands of dollars. Seems like Comodo is know for fixing them up just good enough to sell and then they completely fall apart. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for a reliable vehicle.

I do not recommend this dealership…read more First, the coating package is a complete scam. They advertise one price, but once all the additional fees are added, you end up paying almost double. Save your money and don't buy it. The sales process was also very disappointing. The salesperson kept adding extra products and services, making the final price much higher than expected. I felt pressured into purchasing things I didn't really need. The biggest issue was that the salesperson assured me my current truck was capable of towing the camper. After I took delivery, I found out that wasn't true. I ended up having to replace my truck just to tow the camper I had purchased. I feel like I was misled, and that was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the very first time I used the camper, my vacation was ruined. The fresh water system appeared to be contaminated, with what looked like bug eggs in the water tanks, and the water coming out of the faucets had a terrible smell. I had to spend a good part of my trip on the phone with customer service trying to get help. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was just as disappointing. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, and the woman at the front desk treated customers with very little respect. It felt like they didn't care about resolving the issues after the sale. Overall, this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I've had. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I hope my review helps others avoid the same headaches, unexpected expenses, and poor customer service that I experienced.

When questioned about the final price configuration Derek Bosch made a snarky comment then told us to leave the store. We happily obliged. Derek then sends a email asking for feedback where he should have left it alone...but since he's asking for feedback...well...that's exactly what they are getting.

So I happened upon Dylan's business on Facebook when I was shopping for a new car. I was searching…read morefor a Honda Pilot specifically and found one from DMS Automotive at a good price, but when I contacted the business, Dylan explained that the vehicle was pending sale and would sell later that day. As a consolation, he told me that he had several other Pilots currently in the shop that were being rebuilt. He explained to me that the nature of his business was to purchase vehicles that needed rebuilt enginges & transmissions, fix them up and sell them. I was intrigued so I continued the conversation and eventually agreed to put a down payment on one of these Pilots. Dylan told me that the vehicle has 212000 miles on it but they were installing an engine and trans with 87000 miles. He also explained that there would be a limited 1 year warranty issued by DMS Automotive placed on the engine and transmission should there be any issues with the work done on the vehicle. I thought, this sounds like a good deal and felt safe knowing there would be a warranty. Well I was a bit careless and bought the vehicle without thoroughly inspecting it, and the "warranty" that was issued to me was a handwritten piece of yellow legal pad. I also signed a purchase agreement that states I'm agreeing to buy the car "as is". I asked Dylan repeatedly to print or email the complete terms of the limited warranty, and he claimed that either his laptop wasn't working, his printer wasn't working, or that someone else who works for him was unable to attach the file to an email. I asked, can I get the file from your computer on a flash drive? He claimed not to understand how a flash drive works. It is indeed a 2003 Honda Pilot but the 4WD doesn't work, cruise control doesn't work, and check engine light came on immediately calling for issues in the transmission. I called Dylan about the check engine light and asked for his help, he said we should change out the transmission fluid and filter and go from there. I made multiple appointments with him to inspect the issues and he never showed up, making excuses as to why he was unable to come. I have not spoken with him in weeks and it seems as thought he has blocked my phone number because it goes straight to voicemail every time I try to call. I have had the transmission fluid changed, which was extremely dirty, and the oil level in my engine was low, so I am skeptical at this point as to whether or not a different transmission or engine was actually installed in this vehicle. My assumption now is that I purchased a 2003 Honda Pilot with 212000 miles at the blue book value of a Pilot with 87000 miles. The car drives, but slips occasionally in low gears. Needless to say, I was hoping to acquire a vehicle that didn't need thousands more dollars spent in repairs upon purchase, and I feel that Dylan was dishonest and intentionally sold me a vehicle with known issues and then cut off his communication with me.
