I originally gave this dealership a relatively scathing review via their survey which prompted an immediate response. The point of an honest review is simply to drive a better customer experience. It happened. The dealer not only communicated with me directly, they performed the next service flawlessly. Car was picked up and dropped off at my home with ease, driver was extremely polite, and communication couldn't have been better. My car also came back cleaner than when they took it, didn't smell like smoke, and they didn't leave behind the floor mat paper or seat covers. It was exactly the level of service you expect not because of the cars brand but simply as a human being. The ONLY negative would be that my wife is now bugging me to upgrade to newest model after driving the loaner car. Well done. read more

I don't normally do reviews, but I was so impressed with the service department at Porsche of GR. I came in a little early for my appointment and my free loaner was not available. They were able to figure out where the car was and that it was about 15 minutes away. I had to wait, but they made me feel very comfortable and Howard from sales took me out to check out the Taycan Turbo S until my loaner arrived. After it arrived the loaner was cleaned and sanitized. They found out that there was not much gas in the tank and offered to fill it up for me. They apologized for the wait, even though I was early. The next day my routine maintenance was performed and was less than what they quoted me. They texted me and offered to drive down to Kalamazoo the following day to drop off my car at my house. Such a shame that I even have to write this review. I loved my 2017 Porsche Macan. I still do! But from the day I picked it up, through when I had it serviced, to the way I was treated as I was considering resigning for a new model, was absolutely unacceptable. No orientation upon picking it up. The car was filthy after I had it serviced at 10,000 miles. The 2nd time I had it serviced, they didn't have a loaner car & we were left at the dealer for hrs while it was being worked on. All that I could have worked through. However, being shamed for some dings on it by the sales person and not being given any flexibility to negotiate when my lease was up drove me (pun intended) to another manufacturer. He didn't even remember my name or what I looked like upon coming back each time. Heck, he didn't even try to save the sale or ask for feedback when I walked away from the brand. During the initial sale, they said "you'll be a Porsche man for life." Instead I'm 1 and done. Maybe one day I'll be back to Porsche. Certainly not with Fox Motors though. read more

I purchased a cayenne with 30k from Porsche Okemos. At 52, 000 it began jerking with excelleration. It was 6 months out of warranty and 2000 over. It was the transfer case. Junk at 52,000 miles! $4200 repair. At 57,000 I took it to Porsche Grand Rapids. I also talked to Porsche USA. No luck standing behind a car that barely out of warranty on a drive train issue! Porsche Grand Rapids did a good job with the repairs, but did little to go to bat for me with Porsche USA. Over all I'm left with the feeling that the Cayenne is a fun , good looking car, but mechanically it's junk. Porsche USA really not in the business of customer service. As a result, both of my Porsches are for sale, but I wouldn't recommend that you buy them. read more

I recently purchased a Cayenne at this dealership. I first dealt with Natasha, then with Howard. Both were very helpful at getting me the information about the car that I needed, and not holding back any information. Howard and Todd went the extra mile to send me additional pictures as well. If it hadn't been for them I would not have purchased the car and trusted that I could fly to Michigan without a bad surprise. There are plenty of dealerships that don't want to deal with out of state customers. They never let me feel like that they would prefer a local customer that just walks in. I recently purchased a pre-owned automobile from Delta Imports. I worked with Jen Wittlinger in their sales department. Since I've purchased many cars in my life, both new and pre-owned (both from private parties and dealers), I've had many experiences. Buying a pre-owned car is always a leap-of-faith, buyer beware situation. The car I bought had low mileage for the year and was represented to me to be in great shape. The service department went over the vehicle top to bottom and fixed or replaced anything which needed attention before they put it on the lot. A few days AFTER I purchased the car, I noticed something which escaped my attention during the buy process. There was a repair made by the previous owner on the right front fender which was not done well. In fact there was a 1 x 2" area where the paint was bubbling. Because the car was in such great shape and the fender issue was obscure, I figured I should have been more careful and now it's my problem. However, I also thought it's possible the dealer missed this issue as it appeared to me they made every effort to fully disclose the condition of the car when I bought it. I called Jen and explained the situation. She and Delta could have said "sorry" but instead she asked me to drive it in so they could look at it. After the professionals looked at it, they told me they would fix this problem at no additional cost to me. Wow. If you bought a car from a private party or probably any other dealer, the outcome of this situation would not have been so easy. It's obvious to me this dealer is taking the long view of business. Based on my experience thi time around and the last time around (2nd car I've purchased from them), I would strongly recommend this dealer and Jen Willlinger in sales. read more
