I did go to Nordstrom a couple weeks ago and I found some sweaters for $40 and dresses for around $70-100 on sale. I thought to myself maybe I should wait to see if there's better deals at Nordstrom Rack... BIG MISTAKE! I should have just bought what I found the other day at NORDSTROM because what I found at the NORDSTROM RACK was priced higher! SERVICE: The lady at the fitting room was really nice although she did seem tired. After all, it was close to 9pm she must have had a long day. I hope she gets a nice rest... I found one dress for $174 and another one for $247! I thought to myself oh dear! That could definitely buy a lot of nice meals rather than a dress. So I decided to try it on to see if it was worth the price or NOT? It was not worth the price. For $174 and $247 it should FIT LIKE A GLOVE and feel like a MAGIC CARPET RIDE! Though it's not at the core of what he typically does Mike was more than happy to solve this longstanding problem for us. We picked the jacket up a couple days later and it was perfect as it should have been from the start. I had tried a half dozen other tailors and shoe repair shops and no one was able or willing to help. And to top it all off Mike didn't even want to charge anything other than to see a smile on our faces, which he got in triplicate! I will highly recommend Ruiz Shoe Repair to friends and family from now on and will return myself for shoe repair and customization, speaking of which I see that he does custom orthotic fitments and I will go back soon for this since it makes such a huge difference in life to have perfectly fitting shoes. Upon rental, they did not tell me how much I would be charged-- online I was quoted a little over $100, but they charged me $406 UPFRONT without disclosing that. It was a Sunday and this was the only place open in the area so I proceeded. I asked if I would receive a partial refund, after looking at the receipt, as I was charged $200 in advance for 200 miles, even though I didn't plan on even driving 100 miles. I believe the gentleman said his name was MIKE and he said it was a temporary hold, not a real charge. FALSE- I later found out the charge was posted and UHaul is refunding me about $85. I called today to inquire about said refund and the man on the phone immediately started yelling at me, screaming that I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I kept trying to tell him I wasn't trying to dispute the cleaning fee, I understood the cleaning fee as I dropped a container of cat litter and was able to clean most of it out of the front but I didn't have a broom. He wouldn't let me talk, even after I kept asking him to please let me speak and ask my question. When he did let me speak, he would immediately interrupt me again. He then HUNG UP ON ME, and when I immediately called back, he lied and said his phone died.. He continued to yell at me and said to call UHaul's 1-800 number and not him, and I informed him on my UHaul receipt it said to call him, so I called. He tried to lie about his name and say his name was JOSE, but he said on Sunday his name started with an M. Horrible customer service overall, I genuinely have ever in my life experienced anything like that in my life. A complaint has been filed with UHaul and you will be dealt with accordingly. You should not be working in ANY business that is customer facing with that sort of behavior. Truly erratic and scary, I would not recommend business with them EVER.

When we finally got home to unbox them, my toy was wrapped in BLUE GIFT WRAP and my daughter's toy was inside a sealed bag. The bottom of my blind box looked tampered compared to my daughter's box.
