I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. Plus, parking is convenient and free.

From day 1 every single person on staff was welcoming and personable. One thing that was abnormal about this gym was the community within the gym. I moved to Dallas knowing no one and found this to be a very social gym. Majority of my friends came from meeting other members and trainers. The classes are motivating, the free recovery sessions are a game changer, the trainers are SUPER knowledgeable, and the amenities of a hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the cherry on top. If you are looking for a gym, look no further. Joining Trophy way the best decision I made next to moving to Dallas.

Justin tailors every workout to my goals and makes them fun rather than a chore. He is also just a nice guy who you will undoubtedly find a common interest with to talk about while working out. I then found out she was trainer through a friends posts on FB but didn't really commit to wanting a trainer then. Then I received another sign when I saw a business card that had the 1stPhorm logo on it(a supplement company I started following in 2015). I picked it up and Lucy's name was on the other side and I thought oh wow she's also affiliated with 1stPhorm. I still toyed around with the idea of getting a trainer but still not committed yet. Early 2018 I decided to start making changes and getting healthier on my own. March I lost my uncle due to heart attack, I kicked my own ass for another few months going from 320 down to 265lbs with lots of cardio, crash dieting and energy drinks and fat burners. Guess what I fell off the wagon and started to gain my weight back. November 2018 I put my foot down and said nope not going back and contacted Lucy and said I'm ready to commit to changing my life. I gave you some of my back story because I was nervous about getting a trainer (how can I afford one?), I was lacking confidence in myself to go work out in a big box gym and not know what I was doing, I was afraid of being judged by others. I was unsure of how to build and structure routines and etc. It is an investment to get a trainer, eat right and etc but it is an investment in yourself that if you stick to and learn the ropes the investment is well worth the life style you will gain. So what happens when you decide to commit to Lucy and CabaFit? Day 1. We met up and talked about all the above and talked about my goals. We talked about my nutrition, current health issues and habits and then we assessed my current weight, measurements and posture. Lucy made the process professional, fun and she handled with care. ( for some I could see how this can be personal and hard news to hear, but you have to know where you're at in order to start). From there we hit the floor running. There is not one day of training that is duplicate of a prior session. Lucy keeps your body guessing what's next. (That is a good thing and you'll learn why). She will also adjust your meal plans throughout your training with her, you'll learn how food is now used as fuel for your body vs fuel for comfort. So, if your a newbie to fitness & nutrition, prior jock who let things slide after high school (that's me), a Veteran (Lucy is an Army Vet) or someone who is experienced that wants to sharpen your skills, hit up Lucy and find out how she can help you develop your lifestyle that will help you achieve your goals and live your best life. 11/2018=270+lbs 07/2019 = 232lbs Steven
