It was the day after…read moreChristmas and my phone would no longer charge or connect to my charging cord. i phone the store to see if they were open and the young lady on the phone was so helpful and just said bring it in we will take a look at it. I did, and wIth in 5 minutes of taking it to the back, she returned up front she simply smiled and open her hand up to show me that the top portion of my charging cord was "stuck" in my phone.
