My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. In the meantime I met Morgan Meeks who was going to show me how to work the apps. Long story short I wound up moving my cell over too. Morgan was very patient as it's I'm used to Spectrum. They resuscitated her phone (pun intended) and offered us a deal on an Iphone 16. They did all the annoying stuff to transfer service and cloud connection. Sale included a life time screen guard that gave it's life during yet another drop and was replaced for free. Second was my laptop repair. I shut it down one evening and everything went black. Nothing when pressing power button, no charging light when plugged in, and battery swap did nothing. The realization of not backing up files more often hits hard! Dropped it off in a box, explained what happened, got a quote, they ordered parts and 10 days later I'm writing this review on it! Got a problem with your phone/laptop, try these guys out. We came in on June 23rd to get her re-instated. There were two employees there, one had just began yesterday, and the other three weeks ago. The latter stated that we had to get the most expensive plan ($77) because she was ineligible for some reason for the $49 plan she had originally even though it was advertised on the wall and the website. She ran my debit card as a credit card with a hold, holding it in my bank for 2 business days so she couldn't start the phone until it cleared. 3 days later, we came in and was still told they couldn't see it went through eventhough I had my bank statement in hand. Again, the 3 week employee didn't know how to fix it. She stated that metro sucks and wouldn't suggest we go with her company. Her boss was not available for a phone call of course. She also stated her training was a video, and that her boss took her online entrance test for her, then left her to figure out the register herself. This explains alot. Here it is the 27th and still no service, although my bank account shows it was taken out. You cannot get help online unless you wish to sign up. There is no customer service number. The 3 week employee said my best bet is to keep coming back to see if someone else could help me. I have, and they can't. There is no way to get my money back, except let my bank try to pursue it or get a lawyer, as they again have no customer service or support. Their support page helps you get a new line - that is all. I will update if and when I get my money back.
