I left after 10 minutes without making a purchase, offering to make a purchase, signing anything or giving my credit card info. Lo, a new phone purchase showed up on my account a few days later requiring monthly installment payments. Over the past 90 days I have spent about 2 full talking with T-mobile customer service reps, filing a police report with the Knoxville Police Department, and emailing T-Mobile supporting documents. The issue is still not resolved today.

It was a 3 year unilateral contract where my phone payments stayed the same and I could not cancel for 3 years, but they were able to raise rates by 33%. They are an unethical company and are totally lie by telling customers one story when signing up and the changing the terms of agreement throughout the supposed term of the contract. Left for T-mobile and am so much happier. Hope they get what they deserve and go out of business. Also, customer service is the worst.

I brought in a Samsung s4 cell phone in about a week ago for repair, not expecting a positive…read moreoutcome as three technicians around Knoxville had already viewed the phone and diagnosed a complete motherboard failure and no possibility of repairing the phone. The little shop had three customers ahead of me, so I waited. When I met with the technition, I described the phone's behavior and stated that if the repair were a lost cause, I was not interested in paying a $50 fee to confirm that the phone was in fact broken. He assured me that if he could not fix it, I would not be charged. There was a cue of laptops to repair ahead of mine, so he stated that it might take a while to get to mine- first come first serve. I left the phone with him. I couple hours later i got a call that the phone was fixed. I picked up the phone, and while paying for the repair I asked how this might have been avoided. He sold me an SD card, and guided my adjustment default saving to the card instead of the phone's hard drive. While I can never be guarantees that no failures will occur, at least now I have the photos and contacts saved to SD and easily removable. I thought this was excellent service and this is where i will return in the future.

We went to the Farragut location on Kingston Pike and dealt with Cash and his partner Daniel. They were extremely professional and seemed to really care about at our satisfaction. The store was nice, and during our Sunday afternoon visit not very busy. My wife and I were very impressed with both of them and would highly recommend either of them to assist you with your Spectrum account.

Last month I had an appointment for my MacBook Air to get looked at because it wasn't charging and I've had it looked at 4 other times for the same issue when I lived in California. Was over an hour after my appointment time sitting there waiting to be seen. They used a few different chargers and cords to see if they could get it to charge. Turned out my battery was going bad and my charge port was bad. They said I needed to call Apple back to see what the solution was. So was a waste of 1.5 hours drive, then 2.5 hours there, then 1.5 hours drive home. Apple told me I would get a replacement within 2 weeks... a month later my laptop with boxes opened randomly showed up on my porch when there was no tracking info after Fedex dropped this off randomly at someone down the street. So today, we had an appointment at 2:45pm for them to look at my daughter's computer and see if they have a replacement charge port to be replaced. We came in first thing in the morning to see if they could look at it now and also I mentioned what was going on with my computer. I asked them if they can check if this is MY computer or if someone put their computer in the box and took my new one since both boxes were open. Nope. They wouldn't give us the time of day. They said I needed to make an appointment to check and that we had to come back for her appointment. I told them that in Cali I have done a walk in numerous times with no issues and they looked at it right away. Nope, they could care less. After this Apple had called me saying they still hadn't heard from Fedex on where my computer was. I told the guy I received a computer and it took him a whole 10 seconds to verify using the serial number that this indeed was my computer. But pathetic that the Apple Store was oh so inconvenienced to take 10 seconds out of their time to check. Especially since they had probably about 30 or more employees just hanging out around the store.
