They asked about my issues, and within a couple of minutes, my phone was back to normal again. I had gone to several locations and had not found the phone I was looking for. Came to this small store by Starbucks hoping to find it . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 dif reps. I was helped by Jorge he was very helpful listened to everything I had to say and then proceeded to check inventory. They had the device I was looking for. He was very professional and informative with the whole process. The store is clean and organized properly. He stayed on my phone until the end found me a good quality case to protect my new phone. I am definitely coming back to this store next time I purchase a new device. Everyone in the store was wearing proper face covering due to pandemic reasons. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Horrible representation of an ATT. These guys will go to any length to rip you off and steal money from you! They have no idea what they are doing, the guy spent and hour and couldn't figure anything out so I left. Across the street at the mall store they did it within 20 minutes and were extremely nice. PLEASE go across the street to the REAL corporate ATT store. I saw in another review they were told to fuck off and the guy at this store told me the exact same thing. TOO LONG, DIDNT READ Don't come to this location for customer support unless you want to get told to fuck off. Go to the actual corporate store across the street at the mall and ask for Francisco. Came here for assistance with canceling my phone number with AT&T and the employee said that I would have to drive back home which was 30 minutes away, connect to my home WiFi and cancel my phone from over there. I asked kindly if it was just possible to do it over here since I'm already at the store. Says I can't connect to WiFi here and there is nothing they can do from this location. How are you and AT&T store and not provide service? The guy didn't have a name tag on, probably to hide his identity. I went across the street at the mall cause it said there was another location there, spoke to Francisco about my situation and he resolved my entire fiasco in 3 minutes. He let me connect to WiFi, he showed me how to unlock my phone from AT&T and then everything was good. If the business manager of this location wants to reply to this then go ahead but I can tell you now, there is no friendly customer service over here. read more

Veteran Ran Store!! Augusto is amazing!! Great job of making it happen! Was working with AT&T online, but as soon as I got to the store Augusto was able to fill my order and more! AT&T had not fully processed the online order and that was not an issue! New phone took forever! Augusto stay 1.5 hours after closing to make it all work! He looked up the other phones on my account and advised me that my max sell back was close to expiring! Guess what. I was able to upgrade those phone as well and take advantage of resell value! Kevin G. is the most atrocious, unprofessional representative. He was unwilling and unable to read a phone bill (third discrepancy with AT&T charges), but then became verbally hostile when asked questions. He did not want to work or be asked to work. He also engaged in conversation with another customer inside the store and was speaking about me, in Spanish. I was on the phone with AT&T billing (611 for customers) when he decided to begin ranting in Spanish. Dude has issues!!! Unless they are selling (a sucker is born everyday) they do not want to help. Augusto ( manager) was fair and represented. Other than the manager, the other staff members misquote and withhold important information on your bill, which boils down to false advertising. Keep your receipts and have them write down EXACTLY what you will be charged, since they provide you with no printed receipts for services. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are either super shady here or flat out incompetent. I can't call which it is but either way I do not recommend this store. Even after pulling the order up on my phone that stated "ready for pick up" WITH the live agent also vouching for me and adding that in the system the order is not cancelled and is in fact showing as ready for pick up.. the employee, without even attempting to look legit and pull up the account or show me where or how the order has been cancelled, just shrugged his shoulders and stated that he was part time and didn't even have an AT&T shirt on so he didn't know. He continued to state that his supervisor would be in in the morning and that he didn't know anything else only that my order was cancelled.. He wouldn't even answer when I asked him how he knew the order was cancelled if he didn't even attempt to look it up or see my ID and order number. He then threatened to call the police on me. I was sitting in my car in the parking lot when he came outside and when he walked by he told me to "fuck off". I made an appointment online to pick this order up at a different store for the following day only to wake up to an email from AT&T stating that my order was cancelled at 6:30 am...so these people, after lying flat out and telling me that my order was cancelled and they could not give me the phones I tried to pick up for the last 3 days in an row, actually went in and cancelled my order first thing in the morning. So they are not only useless,shady,and unprofessional with absolutely no integrity, but also vindictive. Cancelling it first thing before it was due to be cancelled knowing that I just wanted to pick them up and the last thing I wanted was for them to cancel this order.... Do yourself a favor and just AVOID THIS LOCATION at all costs. read more

This place was awesome! My husband needed to upgrade his iPhone and we originally went to the AT&T store in Chula Vista by Highland and the Best Buy and it was awful! The guys there didn't bother to greet us or acknowledge us. Luckily we found this location and George was able to help us out! He was friendly and honestly went above and beyond to help us out! Please be cautious, the sales representatives are very shady to a point of being dishonest, anything for a sale! A week later you find out that they misrepresented the plan and you don't qualify, now you are out your trade-in and stuck with a plan you clearly communicated to the sales representative you did not want. He spent extra time with us and even helped my daughter who was on video WhatsApp to help her retrieve all her important messages she needed to be saved over to our new service. Came into to get a new iPhone. Jorge greeted me immediately. I knew which phone I wanted so we chatted while he was setting it up. Jorge was very personable, friendly, and funny. He told me about the features and services on the new phone. He let me try on different cases to see which one I liked. He put the screen protector on for me. Went to this AT&T store location (591 H St, Chula Vista, CA 91910) on 9/21/20 to get my wife's phone checked because it kept telling her to insert a sim card. When we got there we spoke to Augusto N. He looked at the phone in front of us on the register then took out the sim card & said it just needs a new sim. But before replacing the sim he asked if my wife wants to trade her phone for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. He'll give us $1000 credit and all we have to pay is the tax & $10 a month for the remaining balance of the Note 20 Ultra. Sounded good so we did it. My wife went back the next morning after all her info was transferred from her old phone to the new Note 20 Ultra to find out she couldn't do the trade because of the screen was crack. Augusto N. checked the my wifes phone in front of us & saw there was a crack on the screen but figured it was nothing & took our money & completed the transaction. I went back after work mad bitching in the store because we got played by Augusto N. and he couldn't even admit that he fucked up by take my wifes old phone as a trade in. He thought of a salutation to fix the problem that he created and said he would find us a phone to use as a trade in. Called him today 9/25/20 and still nothing. read more

Ordered a phone probably an hour and a half before they were closing. I called 15 minutes after ordering to check if they've received any update. Augusto informed me they did not, but call back at 7:40 they close at 8. He ensured me they would wait for me to get there before closing as long as I informed him I'd be on the way.
