The poor new employee struggles until after they'd locked the doors at 6 before one of the two sales guys or the manager asks him if he wants help. They 100% just let him struggle. I went to the Nashua store, concerned not about the 30 dollar connector but CPR cracking the screen during the very invasive screen removal process to get at the connector, plus I didn't want to share my passcode. They accommodated both, guaranteeing if they broke screen, they make me whole. After the repair and in-store, I entered my passcode for them to check and they determined the far right side icon movement was intermittent. They replaced the screen entirely and I was a happy camper when I finally picked it up. They honored their commitment and I'd definitely return.
