A week ago, due to Samsung stopping texting services, my wife and I had to switch our cell phones from Samsung over to Google texting. My attempts to switch my cell phone over was futile. On July 6th we walked into the Verizon store at 611 Amherst St. in Nashua, NH and met Frank Solis, who started to work his magic on my phone. Within 10 minutes, he had switched both of our phones over and had fixed some other nagging issues with my wife's phone. I offered to pay a charge which was politely declined. The bottom line was it was a 10 minute visit and we both walked out very happy people. Frank is a Super Hero and should be wearing a cape. When it is time from me to upgrade, I will seek him out. This is the worst service to have!!! I have the best phone n never have service unless connected to wifi n this has been for almost 3 yrs. Went in on a Sunday afternoon needing help with my Verizon iphone. Walked in the store, 3 people working, 1 client besides me and still had to wait 20 minutes. Finally was asked if I needed help, the guy that was waiting on me felt the need to continually corrected me when I asked a question. He was rude and short with me. (Added to original review. I went in with a question about the LTE connection. I told the attendant that when it's 3G, I never can stream or look at websites. He said and I quote "ah your phone would never show 3G for connection" to prove him wrong look at the attached pic.) As I was leaving I was rudely addressed by one of the young women "have a nice day..." followed by her giggling about a private statement. Very rude unprofessional employees. read more

Walked in around 4:45. A very capable employee was training someone very new. I bought a new phone and got a new number making the transaction a little more complicated. 85% of the process was done by 5 when the trainer had to leave. The poor new employee struggles until after they'd locked the doors at 6 before one of the two sales guys or the manager asks him if he wants help. They 100% just let him struggle. It took almost two hours to buy a new phone and the team work was embarrassing to watch after the trainer left. The woman who was training should be running that store. read more

I felt the customer service to be extremely poor. Did not come to resolution that I found to be satisfied with. When trying to return one item. It was also not fully disclosed the activation fee for each device and monthly charges. Was told that we need to agree to disagree. Manger said investigated sales transaction and what I experienced was not the actuality of events that took place. Unfortunate as I purchased over $2000 worth of product and have been a ten year customer. Were unwilling to waive just a $50 restocking fee. read more

We came in on two separate occasions today and worked with two different representatives each time, and were underwhelmed with the service. We got what we needed accomplished, but felt rushed and like an inconvenience from start to finish on both occasions. The staff was abrasive, rude and it seemed like we knew more about the products than they did. At one point, we asked a question about the difference between 2 displays on phones, and were told to compare them online. I had a terrible experience at this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never return and will also spread the word to friends and family to go elsewhere. Stopped in on a Sunday morning right when the store opened with the intent to trade in my existing i-phone for an new i-phone 13. The representative (Kenneth S.) who assisted me, claimed he worked for Verizon for 8 years, however, he was unable to figure out how to transfer data from my old i-phone to the new i-phone. After an hour of trying, he got all flustered and said I would need to do the transfer myself by downloading i-tunes to my personal computer at home, or go to the Apple Store for assistance. What?! I understand he was most likely on commission, but you just don't wash your hands of a customer when you can't figure something out. He made no attempt to ask another representative for help. Handed me my unusable new i-phone, and didn't even thank me for my purchase. I did go to the Apple Store for assistance and they just shook their head when I told them about my experience at Verizon. Apple was able to help me. It was a wonderful experience. Lesson learned. I'll be taking all my business in the future to the Apple Store. read more

The place was pretty empty when I went in. They took my name and showed me where the accessories were. Said I'd be next in line. After sitting for fifteen minutes, a lady walked in and got immediate service. That was okay, I wasn't in a big hurry. The salesman Jeff lied to be about phone insurance and falsely claimed repairs would not void Apple warranty. Asurion, their insurance provider, is widely known to void Apple warranties as they do not AND legally cannot have access to genuine Apple replacement parts. Do not consider for a second using this place. Multiple salesmen agreed with Jeff's false statements and I had to resolve my issues with Verizon corporate. read more

My husband and I went to combine our individual plans into a family plan and upgrade our phones on Saturday around 7pm. We ended up being there until about 9:45 because they were having computer/system issues and couldn't combine our accounts. Kassy was very nice and apologetic, and they comped us our LifeProof case and a $25 credit, but unfortunately in the end they were unable to finalize everything and asked us to come back Monday. We came back Monday night (last night) and had to wait 1 1/2 hr just to be helped! Andrew was great when he assisted us, it just took forever just to get to him! It's like we were in some re-occurring nightmare just sitting there waiting...waiting...waiting. There were only 2 employees and about 20 people waiting. I think they had to have the Tech guy come out and assist people, they were so backed up. Verdict: Good service, but extremely sloooooooow...PLEASE get more employees in your store and PLEASE fix your systems so we don't have to spend a total of 5 hours in your store in two days! We were so frustrated that we were very close to completely giving up on Verizon and going with another carrier! Argh! read more

The service here is always pretty good and they are willing to explain issues that I might have with a bill or data usage. My problem may seem petty but I am in my seventies and they seem unable to call me Mrs. though I am old enough to be their grandmother. I requested the title when signing in and then the rep came over using it. Then I showed him my ID so he could discuss my bill with me, and he immediately switched to my first name. It is a small thing, but it would be a small thing to have my request honored. I think I will try to find a store that has no problem with this. read more

I have been a Verizon member with family for over 20 years. I work in voice communications and have worked with Verizon among other communications companies many times over the past 20 years as well. After multiple failed attempts to get help from Verizon wireless and their staff in this location I decided to leave Verizon immediately. I am honestly shocked at the disregard they had for me, my loyalty and spent dollars as a customer, and my daughter who was present for much of the behavior. iPhone Users Stay Away!!!! Went in trying to simply upgrade iPhone and salesmen kept us there for 3 hours trying to sell more and more accessories and plan changes. After all that salesman finally "transfered" my content to the new iPhone, which they apparently do not know how to do because he ended up losing all my photos. I can never get them back because of what they did. I would never let them touch another Apple product, just go to the Apple Store! read more

Stopped in today to check options for upgrading my daughter's phone. ... we lucked out and got Chris C who has been with Verizon 8 years. He answered all my questions. ...helped correct my family plan to what works best for us and made my daughter's day as she was able to get her new iPhone 6s. Will make sure he's here when we upgrade phones on our family plan! I stopped by with a strange pop-up on that threatened to shut-down my phone. Jordan very kindly helped me get rid of it. Several days later another phone bug locked me out and Jordan worked a considerable length of time trying to unlock my phone-he asked other employees for ideas and even stayed on the phone with tech support trying to figure out how to solve the problem. It unfortunately was to no avail as no one could come up with a solution, but it certainly was not for a lack of effort. Good place to go if you want to buy the next great device. Not so much if you need small inexpensive accessories. Customer service was particularly bad when I went in to purchase something small the other day. I was told I needed to wait until "someone was available". Meanwhile, there was plenty of help available as the store was practically empty. The rep who was looking for someone to help me could have easily rang me up on his iPad and I would have been in and out. Instead, he spent twice as much time looking for someone else to do it. Tried another Verizon store and had better experience with this one. The rep (Lisa) gave me a tip that to "cross-activate" phone all I need to do was swapping SIM cards. Also didn't give me too hard time trading in my old iPhone 4 by looking for microsopic imperfections. Did pushed a little too hard on expensive accessories, on the other hand. read more

I brought my IPhone in today because it would not power on. What a waste of my time. It was obvious that the employee who checked out my phone had no idea what to do and only wanted to get into my account to see if I was eligible for an upgrade! My phone is only a year old--I wanted it fixed, not to buy a new phone! My husband worked on the phone for 5 minutes tonight and it is working perfectly.
