On 4/2026…read moreim in collections for not being specific enough in the cancelation of my account they kept billing me for a watch and a tablet i returned the modem for internet and said cancel my account which they said they had done i only have 1 account number with them they are refusing to credit back the charges for 10/25 till 4/26 even though they know the account and items on the account were never used in the time frame because everything i had on the account is with another carrier as of 10/25 im in COLLECTIONS contacted the resolution team they did not care was the feeling i got was a customer for over 20 yrs started with nextel who became sprint who became t mobile please consider not signing up with t mobile if you can help it Thanks for letting me vent

Still waiting to see if my phone can be fixed but the employee who was working Tues April 8th was…read moreclearly blowing smoke and absolutely did not follow thru on his promise that we would receive a call no later than 3pm today, Wed April 9th so here it is 6:24pm & he didn't call either of the numbers we left I did call and the gentleman that took my call informed me they ordered parts that may be able to fix the phone and answered all my questions. I explained how frustrating it has been sitting around waiting for a call that clearly wasn't coming and he apologized & told me he'd be in tomorrow , & he would make sure I get a call and update as soon as they have an update & know if the phone is able to be fixed. Initial experience with this place was 1 but this guy just redeemed it to get to 3 . Hopefully it will be 4 in the end x I won't be giving 5 unless the first guy I spoke to calls an apologies

Panic set…read morein, I reached out to family college student (UNH) whose peers had success with CPR Portsmouth. I went to the Nashua store, concerned not about the 30 dollar connector but CPR cracking the screen during the very invasive screen removal process to get at the connector, plus I didn't want to share my passcode. They accommodated both, guaranteeing if they broke screen, they make me whole. After the repair and in-store, I entered my passcode for them to check and they determined the far right side icon movement was intermittent. They replaced the screen entirely and I was a happy camper when I finally picked it up. They honored their commitment and I'd definitely return.

I had a good reason for doing that. Not long ago, I made the same trip to pick up a work laptop, only to be met with a blank stare and, "We can't find it. Looks like it's at a different store... my bad." This time, I had the order number ready. All I needed was someone to pick up the phone, take ten seconds, type it in, and confirm it had arrived and was in the store. Martha answered the phone. She had that old-school Mac store vibe, the kind where being helpful or even mildly friendly was considered uncool. You don't see many of them anymore, but apparently one remains, and her name is Martha. And Martha? She wouldn't check. Too bad. Everyone else I met that day was great. I guess there always has to be one.

Either its Apple's terrible policy of making prospective customers run around to buy their products or this guy was generally unwilling to help-not sure which! I hung up and finally decided i should not switch to Apple. I am a long time Windows computer & Android phone user and thought today would be the day that I would switch. I finally have my answer. I've been trying to stop these emails since June of 2024. They promised to help 8 different times, 8 different ways and have failed. Awful.

Xfinity is stealing money directly from your account via your debit card…read more I took advantage of their Mobile phone offer. Hated the service, cancelled within 3 days and returned the phone within 2 weeks including shipping time. I received confirmation that they received the phone. That was 7 almost 8 months ago. Twice since they sent a notification of my upcoming bmo il bill for $283. I had to do the AI loop, then "chat" customer service to get it resolved. Then it happens the same way again! After not less than 5 hours each time with assurances that the account was closed yesterday without any notice $283 was debited from my account. This because I am an idiot and have Internet and cable services through them and they have my card on file. So after another 6 hours of the endless chat transfers and ticket escalations AND endless apologies for having Stolen my money I told I would go ave a refund the next day. Today! No refund and another 5 hours...starting all over again with AI, lateral transfers to customer service "chats"...Mind you...having to start all over with each agent I was transferred to, each agent "opening a new ticket" then endless "escalations" to a higher department..starting all over again. Then I will be emailed with confirmation in 4 days! They illegally debited my account which should be have been closed 7 months ago and outright stole my money. HOW IS COMCAST GETTING AWAY WITH SUCH BLATANT THEFT!! AND THEY MUST BE AWARE THEY ARE DOING THIS. Is it because customers are fleeing them because of shady price shifting, illegal increases to customers bills, outright stealing of customers money only to send them into customer service HELL via their AI, customer service "chat" on endless lateral transfers with more time spent with the agent making generalized apologies, assurance they will keep "an eye" on the entire process until resolved only to transfer you to another low level chat agent in India or Mexico where you have to start all over with the very first detail of the same ongoing event. Com to ast knows this system just makes it easier for the customer to walk away from the problem then spend countless hours pulling their hair out with no resolution in site. Yesterday after 4 hours I missed a doctor's appointment, was charged a $50.00 no show copay because I was invested for 4 hours and would have to start all over again and getting my $283 dollars back was greater than the $50.00 copay. Abd on abd on. Xfinity wants their customer to give up. That's why their baking resolution impossible. Worse once I do get my money back and I will...5, 8, 10? months from now I am sure they will do the same stealing of my money again!!!!! Xfinity knows...they know! Can we now refer to them as CRIME LORDS?
