They mentioned to us our bill shouldn't be over 190. When we started getting charged it was almost 300 a month for 2 phone lines that are being charged. So we decided to call corporate since this location wasn't of any help with the details. Corporate sounded very confused, my husband was placed on hold many times for them to apologize and give him the option to either keep the lines or cancel them. We said we want to cancel all of them even the free line. Don't charge me anymore. We then proceeded to switch carries since t mobile was of no help. After they cancelled our lines my husband was logged out of the T-Mobile app and could no longer access it. This was in April 2026. Now today, May 10 we noticed there was service on the phone that was supposed to have a free line so we tried to log into our T-Mobile app, it was no available to view any billing. And we called corporate support to figure out the issue. Everyone we have spoken to has not been able to help us cancel this line we were never supposed to have. As we further investigated the phone, it now looks like T mobile switch led the main line to the free services phone so they can charge our card. This is considered fraudulent especially if we said cancel all lines especially the one the is supposed to be free. Cancel all 3 of the lines. There was no clarity from the technical support team that indicates any feedback as to the reason why this is happening. It all started with a deal they sold us on, they never applied the deal so we got charged more. And now since we cancelled the lines, they still switched a phone to an active line upon themselves. And we are wasting a day for stress and credit card charges that were not supposed to be there. If you're thinking about joining T-Mobile, consider try looking somewhere else for phone lines. They just don't make it easy to cancel lines.

I spent more than 40 years working in the tech and wireless industry, (I remember when we had A and…read moreB carriers) including time with Verizon, so I have a very clear understanding of what professional retail customer service should look like. Unfortunately, my experience at your store today was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere in the store felt disengaged. No one greeted customers with a smile, and the overall energy suggested that customer service was not the priority. At the beginning of the interaction, I specifically asked the representative to take my information and run the credit check first so I could understand my credit limit before we proceeded. Instead of doing that upfront, it was done at the very end of the conversation after we had already spent time discussing options. When the result came back with a lower credit limit, that information should have been communicated earlier so we could have structured the conversation around realistic options. What made this more frustrating is that when the credit limit came back lower, the representative offered no alternative solutions outside of Verizon credit. Anyone experienced in this industry understands there are multiple ways to proceed--different device options, deposits, or other structures--but none of that was explored or even suggested. There were also basic communication breakdowns during the interaction. At one point I asked why the process was taking so long and was told the representative had to wait ten minutes for the safe to open. That's perfectly understandable operationally, but that should have been communicated to the customer immediately instead of leaving me wondering why nothing was happening. Additionally, when I asked about adding a new number to an account, the representative attempted to argue that this was not provisioning. After working in this industry for more than four decades, I'm very familiar with how provisioning works, so the tone of that exchange was unnecessary and unprofessional. What concerned me most was the lack of professionalism on the sales floor. The representative appeared more invested in a personal conversation unrelated to work than assisting customers. Then, after a customer left, employees spoke negatively about her within earshot. Customers should never witness employees speaking poorly about other customers. I'm sharing this feedback because I know what well-run stores look like. Today's experience reflected a breakdown in basic customer service fundamentals--clear communication, professionalism, and problem-solving. I hope this feedback helps your team refocus on the level of service customers should expect when they walk into your store. The only thing that made the experience a 2 star is that I got the device I wanted for what I need to do. Otherwise, I felt like I was a nuisance and a waste of their time.

The store is in a busy shopping center in Mira Mesa (Manila), which has plenty of parking--a big plus! The store itself is pretty standard, with phones, tablets, watches, and accessories on display as you'd expect. But what made the visit exceptional was the service. Fortunately, there weren't many people inside, so we were attended to quickly. Veronica helped us, and she was fantastic! Professional, friendly, patient, and approachable, she made sure we were taken care of right away and handled everything efficiently. I finally upgraded from my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 16. Each Verizon location offers different deals, and we were lucky to snag some extras--free cases, protective screens, and discounts on tablets and watches! We also traded in our old phones for even more savings. Setup and checkout took about an hour and a half, which was faster than I expected. Customer service at mobile stores can be hit or miss, but Veronica made this experience completely stress-free. I really appreciated that she wasn't pushy or trying to upsell us on unnecessary items. I spoke with Siary because I have a new Motorola phone that I bought at Cricket but the camera keeps shutting down when I am trying to take a picture. I have been a loyal Cricket customer and have upgraded my phone several times from Cricket. I am generally happy with my Cricket phone and prefer android until I started having problem with the camera when it keep shutting down while I was trying to take a picture. I indicated to Siery the issue I was having with my phone & asked if I can bring my cell phone for her to take a look. She seems very nice, courteous and politely respond that I can bring my phone in but she does not think she can help me rather she said I can buy a phone upgrade since they have a sale going on. I have called many Cricket around near my location in San Diego area and ones I spoke to seems does not know how to help to fix rather more interested for me to buy an upgrade because they have a sale. I am not tech savvy. I used to take Samsung I bought from Cricket when I have problem to the Cricket store where I bought it from. Its too bad that the guy at that Cricket where I bought my phone- no longer works there. He was knowledgeable about fixing Cricket phone without pushing me to buy a new phone. I have switched to Cricket from Verizon since 2019 and have upgraded and bought phones from Cricket. I remained as a Cricket customer and even recommended to my family and friends because of the reasonable cost of a plan, and availability of someone in Cricket store to fix the phone when I have issues.
